The installers, Ilya and Max, worked incredibly hard, were respectful of our home, and thoroughly cleaned everything up when they were finished. The installation took place during an intense heat wave, but they both persevered through the two-day job with a smile and a great attitude. A minor issue with the installation came to light a few days later. We called West Coast Heating and Air, and Christian, the technician, came out that same day. He worked overtime to quickly diagnose and remedy the problem, and we really appreciated his dedication and responsiveness. I highly recommend West Coast Heating and Air. The entire team are superheroes in my book! Being able to feel cool and comfortable again during this summer heat wave is amazing. We couldn't be happier with the experience!

We are extremely grateful that our Sales representative Sam Johnson was there to provide us with great service from the beginning of the project to the end. Crystal Rojas kept us informed of the scheduling, financing and what step the project was in. When installation day came, we could not have had a better crew than Francisco's crew. On the hottest day of the summer his crew installed our solar panels and Powerwall with limited power interruptions. They cleaned up before they left leaving no trace of being there. During our final inspection Eric Rojas prepped the equipment for the final inspection. His attention to detail was instrumental in passing our inspection. Great service for a great price.

I'm going to add myself to the chorus of people telling you to move on and not deal with this…read morecompany. Like many others, the service provided by this company is disappointing and far below even the most basic expectations. Ask yourself if it's worth getting a solid system only to have no one respond to emails, maybe get lucky to get a call back, have issues with your system that you were never informed of.. and on and on. My case is still open so I will update this if my concerns get addressed, but as of now, 2 stars is generous. The biggest disappointment? They can't talk to you enough until you pay them. Then you are basically ghosted. For me.. Lots of contact with sales and service until payment then no response. Installation was fine. Then someone came out weeks later and said my system wasn't working so he was fixing it. No one had bothered to tell me. The product is good, the service is honestly terrible once you pay. So I'd look somewhere else if I was shopping solar. I got burned on this one. Don't be as naive as me. Stay away.

I needed to repair my skylight after noticing moisture on an area of the wood below it. I received…read moreseveral quotes, but Sunline Energy was the only company that recommended fixing the root of the problem rather than just putting a Band-Aid on it. My skylight had been installed incorrectly by another company, which was contributing to the moisture issue. Since skylight repairs can be a relatively small job, I found that not many reputable companies were interested in doing this type of work. I was very happy to find Sunline Energy. Juan handled the skylight and related roof and flashing repairs, and I can't say enough about the quality of his work. He is a perfectionist and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He went above and beyond and fixed both the skylight and surrounding roof area beyond my expectations. Based on my experience and the quality of Juan's work, I would highly recommend Sunline Energy to anyone needing skylight or related roof repairs.

I do not recommend this company, I wanted to cancel my agreement because they postponed install…read moredate on more than one ocasion, they wouldn't refund my $1,000 deposit even though they were not complying with the agreement, life got busy and I could not pursue filing in small claims court but after hearing about the experience others had with the company (a nightmare), I realized losing a $1,000 was very little compared to what others experienced, not a reliable company because if they couldn't fulfil the timeline they should have offered to cancel and refund deposit, very disappointing. Adding on after Sunline Energy's response: I did not mention the following yet it is important to do so, in 2024 3 roofing companies told me that the roof was past due on repair, I had mentioned what happened with Sunline Energy in 2023 and was told that your company as well as others install on roofs that are not healthy enough and even with replacement of shingles the plywood was not thick enough to support solar panels, in other words, Sunline never mentioned something that was felt just by walking on the roof, ethics should be as important as obtaining a sale because people work hard to keep there home maintained, honesty is the best policy, I understand that the company must achieve sales but situations as so are very disturbing, Sunline Energy continues to owe us $1,000 due to a deposit for a job that never took place.

Christian Roofing just finished redoing the flat roof on the back part of our house changing it…read morefrom the old torch down to TPO. We've had many water leaks over the years, the roofing company that did it 10 years ago did not do a number of things correctly and are now out of business so we really wanted to get it right this time. I've had several roofers do work for us in the past and they all talk a good game initially but are generally okay to sketchy at best when it comes to getting the work done. Christian Roofing sets a new standard of Excellence in my opinion. From Johnny the estimator who is super friendly, professional and so knowledgeable he helped guide us into the proper roof that will not leak even if there's some ponding. The front office was spot on with Billing incrementally at the correct times and always there for any questions. Finally the crew including Juan Valdez, Alfonso, and their team were as professional and courteous as they come. They showed up every day at exactly the time scheduled and worked through extreme heat and humidity always keeping a positive can do attitude. They offered to cover things inside the house as needed and at the end of every day I received an email explaining exactly what they did that day with before and after pictures. Who does this? They even put a porta potty by the house so they didn't need to use our restrooms and the crew could remain on site for their lunches again next level. There was also some complex coordination with the patio company that would be building a patio and attaching to the edge of the new roof and they handled it flawlessly. I also threw a few curve balls at them during the project including having an old solar tube replaced and some damaged flashing outside of the work area repaired and again the response was no problem, the change order was written and it was done. I rarely write reviews but their service was so exceptional I had to do so here. If you want the best go with Christian roofing and you won't be sorry.

After receiving several quotes, we hired Raneri & Long for a roof replacement. While I appreciate…read morethat they pulled permits promptly and handled the final re-inspection smoothly, the overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication regarding massive cost overruns and a serious safety hazard left behind. The initial estimate of $20,000 ballooned to $32,000 (~$31,000 after a ~$1,000 credit) on the final invoice sent via email. While they noted wood replacement, they could not provide comprehensive photo documentation to justify charging for extensive plywood, fascia, shiplap, and rafter board. For context, they billed for replacing 294 linear feet of fascia board, whereas subsequent measurements and estimates from two professional painting companies confirmed the home's total fascia is only around 250 linear feet. Communication and safety were major issues throughout. When I pointed out during the final walkthrough that nails were scattered all over the yard, the representative claimed he had already used a magnetic sweep. Just one month later, my tenant borrowed a magnet and collected a box of hazardous nails--including dangerous push-pin style nails left pointing upward. While they did pull the required permits before starting and fixed missing edge-tile nails promptly, the lack of transparency on unexpected wood replacement costs and leaving sharp, dangerous construction debris in a tenant's yard makes this a 1-star experience.

He was incredibly thorough, clean, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. I'm happy to say I absolutely love my new fans, and everything is working exactly as it should. I believe it's important to recognize companies that stand behind their work and ultimately make things right. Thank you to the owner, Sergio, and the entire Jamar team for seeing this through to a successful resolution. He's one of the rare solar professionals who truly cares about his customers rather than just making a sale. Chad, Ian, and the rest of the installation team did a meticulous job installing both the solar panels and batteries, all within a tight timeline. The quality of their work really shows--see the attached photos for yourself.
