The staff at Precision is top notch. They have helped me get my back healthy again and are always super attentive to what is going on in each visit. Cannot recommend them enough. read more

I initially visited Precision Chiropractic because they offered SoftWave therapy, which I hoped would help with recovery after my rotator cuff surgery. During my consultation, Dr. Jon Eberle focused on my kyphosis and recommended a 36-visit corrective care plan along with wearing a kyphosis brace for two years. I was provided with a written care plan outlining the services and costs. Based on that document, I agreed to treatment and prepaid $1,226 toward the plan. After beginning treatment, I received chiropractic adjustments, was instructed to use a Thoracic Denneroll, and was taught a very simple breathing/postural exercise that I was told to perform throughout the day at home. When I later discontinued treatment after receiving a second opinion from a spine surgeon, I discovered that I had been billed an additional $42.50 at each visit for the breathing exercise and separately billed for "traction," which turned out to be supervised use of the same Denneroll I was already instructed to use at home. Those charges were not something I understood from the written care plan, and I was surprised to learn about them only after my insurance was billed and my refund was calculated. When I questioned the charges, I was told they had been explained to me beforehand. That was not my recollection. My husband was present during the consultation, and we remember reviewing the care plan and discussing the brace, but not that these additional billable services would be charged each visit. My concern is not about chiropractic care itself. It is about transparency. I believe patients should clearly understand exactly what they are paying for before committing to an expensive prepaid treatment plan. I encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask for a detailed explanation of every service that will be billed at each visit and how those charges could affect any refund if treatment is discontinued. Overall, I was disappointed by what I felt was a lack of clear financial disclosure. read more

Well I can start that the team is just overly nice. You feel like your part of the family. My chiro also always has my file out, analyzing my images before every adjustment which i think is professional and not common! I was born with scoliosis and have been to alot of chiropractors to avoid bracing. This group is offering exercises and soft tissue work with the traction therapy devices. So cool. Their approach is gentle and effective but also not too soft or isolated. Its holistic. Try it! read more

Surgery and pain injections felt like my only options after learning I have cervical spinal stenosis. I went to see Dr. Chris at Precision last spring and began twice weekly adjustments and traction. I'm currently going once a week and doing chiro "homework" the other days of the week. While my condition can't be cured with adjustments, my pain has decreased and I feel my treatment is helping me avoid more invasive procedures, at least for the foreseeable future. Dr. Chis' team is supportive and always encouraging. Shout out to Julia and Peter! read more

Best Chiropractic Care I've ever had! "Care" in th true sense of the word, Dr. Jon Eberly truly Cares and his expertise is exceptional! The staff also is friendly and professional. They make you feel important. read more

Jon and his team are extremely knowledgeable and want more for their customers than just a quick adjustment. They give x-rays, compare your spine measurements to a normal spine and it only adjust but give you the tools and exercises to get you moving well and out of pain for good. Highly recommend Precision Chiropractic for anyone that has back issues and wants to move better read more

I highly recommend Dr. Chris Hagen at Precision Chiropractic. I'm in my fifties and work on the computer a lot. Over time I noticed I was taking Tylenol or Advil more and more for my achy neck, shoulders and back. Then things got worse when I threw my back out picking up heavy boxes. I'm so happy I found Dr. Hagen. He has truly improved the quality of my life. When he first saw me, I could barely walk and was in pain. Dr. Hagen did a thorough exam including x-rays. He also listens carefully. He was able to pin point the exact issues on my neck and spine. This included the fact I had lost most of the curve on my neck. Dr. Hagen devised a program to correct the issues which included chiropractic adjustments, exercises, and traction. My aches and pains are dramatically improved and I'm a lot more active now. We were able to review the specific improvements of my neck and spine with follow-up x-rays. There was significant improvement in the curve of my neck and spine. I've included a picture of Dr. Hagen here. read more

I walked into Precision in a lot of pain but also skeptical after years of trying different chiropractors .Dr Eberly took the time to explain how he practices a unique form of chiropractic care that is science- evidenced based. My chronic pain symptoms have improved more than 50%!!! Which is huge. Best of all my progress was visible on follow up xray. I'm grateful for him and the entire team at PC. read more

Vibes are super weird here. I overheard therapists bad mouthing someone who recently left in front of a room full of patients. Seems like since the last time I came there have been a lot of changes. Steer clear big Tuna. Head for open waters. Will not be back. read more

I was experiencing symphysis pubis dysfunction during my third trimester. I didn't see anyone and just dealt with the pain until I gave birth. SPD was worsening postpartum and that's when I decided to see a chiropractor (never been to one before). Dr. Melot was AMAZING. She walked me through the process and I came out of her facility feeling like a brand new mama! I felt an instant relief - would highly recommend seeing her. Thank you Dr. Melot!!! read more

Excellent chiropractic practice with compassionate staff. Both Dr. Hagen and Dr. Eberle are CBP trained doctors. I'm experiencing results faster than ever before. read more

This place is great. Very helpful and easy to work with. Dr Eberle and Dr Kat have helped to ease my neck pain and even gotten me to not hate their torture device (traction). Love that they use X-Rays and actually base their practice on some science. The office has a fun vibe, everyone is helping out and doing their thing, I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

HIGHLY recommended to anyone who can access this clinic. I didn't even know what CBP was until I found this place. Man, am I glad I know now! Dr. Eberle is one of the most knowledgeable and talented healthcare practitioners I've ever met. Not only does he listen to what you and your body are going through, he educates you on how to continue your journey to better health. He holds you accountable as a patient and the practice itself is comfortable, clean, and welcoming. I travel from San Antonio to get chiro care and it's worth every mile. He and his team are exactly what I needed to combat the chronic back pain that stemmed from my 2005 motocross accident. I never thought there would be an option for relief, but alas, there is. Thank you, Precision Chiropractic ATX! read more

When I selected only one star as my rating for this business Yelp prompted me to consider the fact that I'm making this review during times of COVID, and to take that into account when leaving a review. That's very important information as it directly relates to my rating. A few months ago my wife went to this business for an adjustment. When she arrived none of the employees were wearing masks. She immediately noticed this as she's a nurse and always wears a mask and knows the importance of how many lives are saved by this simple act. She also noticed that she was being looked at in a bizarre way for wearing her mask. That aside she stayed for her adjustment and learned some very helpful exercises that really helped resolve her pain. Fast forward a few months. The pandemic is worse than its ever been. Wearing masks in public and businesses is the norm and enforced at a high level. The daily covid death toll in the US exceeds that of 9/11 and has been for months. My back was having pain and I knew I needed an adjustment. My wife suggested this business as they did help her pain. We decided to make an appointment for me (assuming they realize the severity of the pandemic and absolutely wear masks and follow COVID precautions as it's not new information these days). My wife even called the day of my appointment to ask if they had updated their COVID-19 precautions, stating that no one wore masks the last time she went in. She was assured that they follow all current COVID precautions and that all employees and patients are required to wear masks. I arrived for my appointment. I looked and was pleasantly surprised to see that the gal at the front desk and everyone else in the room (employees and patients) were wearing masks. This was short lived. Soon the Dr walked in to talk with the receptionist. He was not wearing a mask. Shortly after him walking in I noticed that two other employees were being very liberal with their mask wearing. One had it hanging off her ear with a patient below her and the other employee had just fully taken hers off. She put it back on after I looked at her. Either way it seems that there's a loose mask policy at best. And the Dr. doesn't even wear one from what I saw. Like I said before... each day the amount of people dying from COVID is a higher number of deaths than all the people who died on 9/11. Wearing a mask is not optional anymore. Nurses and Doctors wear masks for 13-14 hrs at a time without a break. Needless to say I didn't stay for my appointment. I left because getting an adjustment wasn't worth the risk of getting COVID. The juice definitely isn't worth the squeeze on this one. They're probably good at what they do. But they're not good at following simple CDC COVID prevention measures. read more

I highly recommend this place! Dr. Eberle and his team care about making people feel better. He knows a lot about scoliosis and mine is measurably better since I've been in his care. read more

Great team with holistic vision. Dr Eberle is very knowledgeable and up to date on research and practice, and always has good suggestions to improve my quality of life. Just yesterday he recommended the Venom heating/massage unit. I bought it and it has helped greatly with my lower back strain. All the equipment is very forward thinking, from the compression sleeves to the vibration plate to the infrared sauna to the laser treatment. I especially appreciate having Pilates Reformer available there. I've found that pairing my chiropractic adjustments with my Reformer sessions has increased my core strength and helped me overcome decades of bad posture. read more

I highly highly recommend Precision Chiropractic. Dr Eberle and Dr Melot care so much of each of their clients. They spend quality time with you and take their time with you. I love that Precision Chiropractic also adjust prenatal, newborn and children in a quiet setting upstairs. Dr. Melot is amazing at what she does. And don't forget you can get a massage and acupuncture there as well and they also have an Aerial Yoga Class and on Mon and Wed at 7pm there's kickboxing. read more

Dr. Melot is an absolute life saver. My back and hips left me in agonizing pain after a c section birth and I was struggling to pick up my baby. I thought I'd never get past the pain and I was distraught. Dr. Melot was kind and put me back together, stronger than ever. She also helped my daughter who was awfully fussy. She even treats my mother! She is a whole family healer ! I don't know what we would have done without her. read more

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Eberle, his team and their overall approach. Put aside any preconceptions about chiropractic experiences. They won't apply here. Dr. Eberle is focused first and foremost on educating you about your specific health and situation. He then works with you to customize a research-based approach to achieving the result you desire. I went in presenting with horrible neck pain that was dramatically impacting my quality of life. His treatments have been an absolute game-changer for me. I'm sleeping better than ever. I wake up pain-free. I have more energy. The lack of pain has also had a dramatic impact on my mood and overall state-of-mind. Set an appointment and go have a conversation. Dr. Jon Eberle and staff are the pinnacle of health care. They are knowledge, kind and thorough and take a holistic, not a reductive view of your body and your livelihood. You are not just a patient at Precision, you are family, and the energy and community that orbits there are second to none. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Eberle for almost two years. Now wait -- People say -- TWO YEARS - I don't want to dedicate that much of my time to heal. I would love to share with you, that I go to see Dr. Eberle for pro-active reasons now verses when I first sought him it was much different. I was in chronic pain and been to multiple places for healing. Yes, they were good -- but they didn't heal me. They got me as far as I could go and then that was it. Dr. Eberle not only helped my body, mind and being heal -- He taught me how to self heal and what to do on my own between visits. Yes, it takes time. However, I know I'm worth it. Every minute that I take to do what his plan suggests WORKS! I will be forever grateful for being blessed to know Dr. Eberle (and Dr. Kate too and the whole amazing staff). Thanks are just not enough. Kudos -- Laurie S. read more

My wife and I did some research and found Dr Eberle who looked to specialize in correcting this rather than maintaining your current level of pain. I started going to Dr. Eberle last year with debilitating neck pain that I had been having for several years. I had seen several "typical" chiropractors as well as physical therapists, and a neck surgeon that wanted to cut me immediately! Within a few visits I started to feel better. Now almost a year later I have little to no neck pain and other muscle and joint aches I thought were just me aging. The best at what he does, and have recommended friends and family from all over to visit him! read more

We LOVE Dr Melot and Jenna!!! My daughter, who is now 8 months old, and I have been adjusted at Precision for a few months now. Pregnancy was incredibly hard on my body and it is finally feeling back to itself again! I didn't know you could be adjusted during pregnancy but for the next go round, I'll definitely be on that table after hearing all the benefits for expecting mamas! My daughter struggled with severe reflux, 2 flat spots on her head, torticollis resulting in difficulty sleeping comfortably, a major dislike for her car seat and a strain to participate in tummy time. Since seeing Dr Melot, she no longer requires prescription reflux medication, doesn't mind going for rides in her car seat and has no more flat spots since the adjustments not only helped her sleep (through the night, might I add), but sleep comfortably! After 3 adjustments or so, we saw a HUGE improvement in her range of motion and willingness to not only participate in tummy time, but desire to get "on the move". My family loves this facility and we recommend it to everyone! read more

Dr. Melot's amazing energy and love for what she does are a few of the reasons I chose to bring my son to see her for chiropractic care. I have been taking my toddler to Dr. Katherine Melot for the past six months and I wish we started with her long before that! Dr. Melot has become an integral part of our daughter's health and wellness. I wasn't fully educated on chiropractic care and the many benefits until this past year when researching for my daughter. Now seeing first hand the many benefits, I tell everyone I meet in the area to see her! Tremendous difference in her sleep at night, has helped strengthen her immune system, and has helped us prep her body to safely receive vaccinations. We also learned about reflexes my daughter still had from infancy that should have disappeared, that could mimic behavioral issues later on. Dr. Melot helped facilitate this reflex to disappear! I will absolutely go to Dr. Melot when we have another child to help me thru pregnancy and have her be a part of their life as well, especially during infancy. (I SO wish we lived in the area when my toddler was an infant! We could have used her expertise!) Do not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Melot! read more

After injuries sustained in multiple MVAs last summer, I needed consistent treatment and follow-up when my family moved to Austin from the Seattle area. After a lengthy search, I found Dr. Eberle. He is a highly competent chiropractor who quickly was able to take my X-ray's, review my old records and even pick up on a misdiagnosed correction! After several months of twice a week driving all the way south from Williamson county (which is absolutely worth it!!!!) I'm finally feeling like the pre-injury me again! With the help of his trusty team, I'm reaping the benefits of adjuvunct therapies in my journey. For me, the combination use of laser therapy, massage therapy and accupunture therapy for intense back spasms and sore, tight muscles has made a world of difference in my progression. I cannot thank Dr. Eberle and his excellent team enough for the thorough and dedicated time each one spends with each patient to make us the best version of ourselves. read more

I absolutely love Precision Chiropractic ATX. Every single practitioner is a passionate professional that gives their all in what they do. His condition has already drastically improved, and he is not even done with treatment yet. Dr. Eberle truly has a servant's heart, and is one of the only medical professionals that I trust has our best interests in mind. Precision Chiropractic and Dr. Melot have completely changed my life! I'm 37 years old and pregnant with twins. My first two pregnancies were extremely painful with sharp shooting pain and sure enough, it started very early with this pregnancy. By 20 weeks, I was in tears daily and was considering crutches or a wheelchair because the sharp shooting pain was so unbearable. Doctors never seemed to have an answer and just told me that pain was part of pregnancy. A friend referred me to Dr. Melot. I can't even express how that first visit changed everything. Dr. Melot didn't think pain was normal at all and almost immediately started working on the area. The sharp pain left that day with only a few fleeting pains since. In the 4 months that I've been going to Dr. Melot, she has taught me SO much and he kept all the pain away. My posture is better and I haven't felt a need at all to even get a prenatal massage since. She uses tons of tools including cupping, massagers, electric therapy, stretching and so much more. Each visit customized to where my body is that day. I feel like she really pays attention and knows exactly what is needed for each visit. My weekly visits are the highlight of my week and I always leave feeling like the time was spent wisely and effectively. Don't look any further, especially if you are pregnant. I could not be any more grateful for this practice. read more

Dr Katherine has been wonderful with our Deacon. He is 10months olds and has seen her on a regular basis since he was born. She is so careful with him and always has a wealth of knowledge and resources. Her consistent care helped regulate his bowls early on and he has amazing posture as a 10month old. He has yet to become seriously sick or have issues with his ears which I feel has been largely due to her consultant care. We love her!!! read more
