Surgery and pain injections felt like my only options after learning I have cervical spinal stenosis. I went to see Dr. Chris at Precision last spring and began twice weekly adjustments and traction. I'm currently going once a week and doing chiro "homework" the other days of the week. I highly recommend Dr. Chris Hagen at Precision Chiropractic. I'm in my fifties and work on the computer a lot. Over time I noticed I was taking Tylenol or Advil more and more for my achy neck, shoulders and back. Then things got worse when I threw my back out picking up heavy boxes. I'm so happy I found Dr. Hagen. He has truly improved the quality of my life. When he first saw me, I could barely walk and was in pain. Dr. Hagen did a thorough exam including x-rays. He also listens carefully. He was able to pin point the exact issues on my neck and spine. This included the fact I had lost most of the curve on my neck. Dr. Hagen devised a program to correct the issues which included chiropractic adjustments, exercises, and traction. My aches and pains are dramatically improved and I'm a lot more active now. When I selected only one star as my rating for this business Yelp prompted me to consider the fact that I'm making this review during times of COVID, and to take that into account when leaving a review. That's very important information as it directly relates to my rating. A few months ago my wife went to this business for an adjustment. When she arrived none of the employees were wearing masks. She immediately noticed this as she's a nurse and always wears a mask and knows the importance of how many lives are saved by this simple act. She also noticed that she was being looked at in a bizarre way for wearing her mask. That aside she stayed for her adjustment and learned some very helpful exercises that really helped resolve her pain. Fast forward a few months. The pandemic is worse than its ever been. Wearing masks in public and businesses is the norm and enforced at a high level. The daily covid death toll in the US exceeds that of 9/11 and has been for months. My back was having pain and I knew I needed an adjustment. My wife suggested this business as they did help her pain. We decided to make an appointment for me (assuming they realize the severity of the pandemic and absolutely wear masks and follow COVID precautions as it's not new information these days). My wife even called the day of my appointment to ask if they had updated their COVID-19 precautions, stating that no one wore masks the last time she went in. She was assured that they follow all current COVID precautions and that all employees and patients are required to wear masks. I arrived for my appointment. I looked and was pleasantly surprised to see that the gal at the front desk and everyone else in the room (employees and patients) were wearing masks. This was short lived. Soon the Dr walked in to talk with the receptionist. He was not wearing a mask. Shortly after him walking in I noticed that two other employees were being very liberal with their mask wearing. One had it hanging off her ear with a patient below her and the other employee had just fully taken hers off. She put it back on after I looked at her. Either way it seems that there's a loose mask policy at best. And the Dr. doesn't even wear one from what I saw. Like I said before... each day the amount of people dying from COVID is a higher number of deaths than all the people who died on 9/11. Wearing a mask is not optional anymore. Nurses and Doctors wear masks for 13-14 hrs at a time without a break. Needless to say I didn't stay for my appointment. I left because getting an adjustment wasn't worth the risk of getting COVID. The juice definitely isn't worth the squeeze on this one. They're probably good at what they do. But they're not good at following simple CDC COVID prevention measures. read more

Great team with holistic vision. Dr Eberle is very knowledgeable and up to date on research and practice, and always has good suggestions to improve my quality of life. Just yesterday he recommended the Venom heating/massage unit. I bought it and it has helped greatly with my lower back strain. All the equipment is very forward thinking, from the compression sleeves to the vibration plate to the infrared sauna to the laser treatment. I especially appreciate having Pilates Reformer available there. We LOVE Dr Melot and Jenna!!! My daughter, who is now 8 months old, and I have been adjusted at Precision for a few months now. I have been taking my toddler to Dr. Katherine Melot for the past six months and I wish we started with her long before that! My first two pregnancies were extremely painful with sharp shooting pain and sure enough, it started very early with this pregnancy. We started seeing Dr Melot when our son was only 4 weeks old. He was very fussy, uncomfortable and gassy all hours of the day and we didn't know what to do or how to fix it for him. After exhausting all our options at home and doing some research, we decided to look into pediatric chiropractors. Dr Melot was recommended through a moms blog and so we decided to give her a chance. I was feeling pretty nervous bringing my newborn baby to a chiropractor, but Dr Melot immediately eased my concerns once we met her. She was so comforting, warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. She was very gentle and allowed me to hold my son through the entire appointment, stopping to take any breaks and ease any concerns we had throughout it. By the end of the first appointment, we noticed an immediate "relaxation" in our baby. He seemed content and comfortable for the first time in weeks! When we returned home, he allowed us to hold him in positions he never had, he was content, and happy! It was like we returned home with a new baby. We continued to work with Dr Melot for a few weeks - only 6 appointments total! She was very transparent and reasonable and did not take advantage of our time or money. I also need to mention her compassion and flexibility towards me as a first time mom. It can be stressful to get a newborn out the door for scheduled appointments and she was always understanding if we had to adjust our appointment times last minute.
