We communicated frequently throughout the process, and the team was always responsive, transparent, and committed to delivering outstanding results. They took exceptional care of our home throughout the popcorn ceiling removal, including changing our HVAC filters weekly to minimize dust. They even helped us repair a broken window that wasn't part of the project, and they showed remarkable patience and compassion in accommodating unexpected neurological challenges on our side. They handled every obstacle--including two unpredictable water issues and coordinating with our HOA as applicable--with professionalism, creativity, and a consistently positive attitude. Their craftsmanship is exceptional. Our custom fireplace is absolutely stunning, and the redesigned bathroom countertop and sink make much better use of the available space. Throughout the project, they made countless thoughtful enhancements that elevated both the beauty and functionality of the home. Poplin Construction exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a team that combines exceptional craftsmanship with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients, I highly recommend them.

A friend recommended All Aspects Construction & Remodeling. I narrowed down my many many projects & had them come out for an estimate for my seriously run down main bathroom. (20+ years, large family, many parties, children- so on) Besides floor tile & paint, they replaced everything. Sink, cabinet, toilet, light fixture, toilet paper holder(s), towel holder(s), tub, shower walls, added an electrical outlet, I'm probably forgetting something- but you get the point. I was absolutely IN LOVE with the work they did, how fast & efficient they are and the outcome. Every time I walked by that bathroom, I'd stop to stare for bit! The following year, I called em back. Besides swinging by to do a patch up job on my roof, they later tore down a wall in my living room, treated mold and built a refrigerator cubby. The following year; I've had a wall that had an electrical switch that belonged to a different room, which they removed and rewired and placed into the room it belonged to. The wall also had an old heater & separate cooler control switches that haven't worked in 18 years. They completely removed them and made me a completely blank wall for the first time ever! Then; my kitchen. Beautiful job! Incredible work, timing, and outcome. New cabinets, counter tops, pantry, lights, ceiling fan, PAINT, sink..... they did it all! I'm so amazed and am in love with how awesome my house is slowly turning out! I've got at least 3 more projects ... you know who I'll be calling! Dana, Matt & the crew. They came and did it white, gave us a non-slip finish in the bottom and left. The negatives are: 1) there was a problem with the non-slip and we have had to have them return to refinish the non-slip as it was akin to having 40grit sandpaper on the bottom of your tub. Not pleasant for the soft of skin. 2) The smell is a nice epoxy based "wow my head is spinning!" smell that lingers like a dead mouse in your dryer vent. It takes quite awhile to clear. 3) no touching or doing anything with the tub for 3 days post spray so any issues that you might notice will require an additional 3 days after they come to cure which means if it is your only shower you will be smelling like that dead mouse come the time you can finally get back in. Positives: 1) no removing old tubs. Saving the environment, calls from Al Gore thanking you for saving the environment that he so dutifully and wonderfully invented. 2) My head is spinning! 3) If there is a problem they are a more than willing to come and repair as much as needed to make you and your tub shiny happy. 4) I have a second shower so I only smell like a live mouse most of the time. Will report back regarding second repair of the sandpaper grip. They will come grind it down and redo it again if needed after this repair. Whoa, my head is spinning!
