I've always had great experiences with Rite Way so I trusted their recommendation. As other reviewers mentioned (believe them) Steamy Concepts was great but Royalty Renovations was HORRIBLE. It took forever to get an appt, their payment options are outdated, terrible communication throughout, but the kicker was the disaster they left behind. They didn't put plastic up to contain the drywall dust and literally every surface floor to ceiling was covered in thick dust. Thank god we don't have allergies or asthma. I called and asked for a supervisor to visit and he agreed saying it is not the first time his guys have wrecked a place. His employees failed to speak to me at all before, during, or after; which he also said is a problem. They were supposed to re-intall a shelving unit and I had to help the supervisor do it. They left trash. He took pics of all the dust and said he would get back to me about a cleaning crew but never did. The following Monday I got a call from some other company about cleaning but we had already dealt with all of it since no communication from the supervisor. So apparently his employees aren't the only ones who don't communicate. Then their office calls me about my final bill. I tell them I want a discount for all the mess that we had to clean ourselves and all they did was remove their normal measly cleaning fee of $35. Yea well maybe that would be fine if it was NORMAL mess but not for the sandstorm of dust they left over every surface: floors, beds, curtains, rafters, cabinets. Cleaned up the tile with a mop where some of the steam went over the edge. He also gave us booties to wear to help keep the carpet clean while it's drying. We were out of town when the remodeling was done, and were assured that we would get an update every week on the progress, with pictures. After a few weeks with no update, I finally hounded them for photos and did get them. When the large mirror was replaced in the bathroom, we noticed a large chip out of the corner. Unfortunately, I don't have any "before" pictures, but it wasn't there before they started. Finally, we were assured that there would be minimal "mess", and that they would put plastic down on the floor and over our electronics. I think our electronics were covered, but there is a trail of dirt on the carpeting where the dirt was tracked in. I've tried to shampoo it out, but it is still stained. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend them unless you were able to direct and watch the work on site.

When we decided to remodel our current home, which was a much larger project, we knew we wanted to get an estimate from Johnnie at BP. We ultimately went with them and are glad we did. Jillian coordinated purchases for our project, and Jesse was our project manager. Walls, ceilings, electric, plumbing, and doors moved. Tile was replaced, new cabinets and lighting installed. The work was again completed on time and within approved budget. We really are pleased with how our house looks and how functional it is, and we've recommended BP Remodeling to friends. One is in the midst of their project now. We hope we are done with remodeling homes, but we would not hesitate to use BP again based on our experience.
