If you're expecting dedicated staff who pay attention to detail, you won't find it here. If you're looking for a company that prioritizes your best interests, I'd advise moving on. The idea that a small kitchen should be measured properly and completed within a reasonable timeframe is simply not part of their approach. If you want your kitchen to be the heart of your home without exceeding timelines and budgets, avoid this business. The prices are some of the most inflated prices in the local area - You can find better prices, business ethics, and much more competent employees with other companies in Tucson. Over the course of 8 months, there were constant staff changes--people were fired, reassigned, many people quit and the new hire PM was completely unprepared and had zero clue what she was talking about. So my designer got fired, I went through 2 different construction managers, four installers and the incompetent PM. While the owner himself handled a portion of the cabinet installation and was detailed in his work, that's where the positives ended. To make matters worse, I was required to pay 90% of the cabinet price three months before they even began making the necessary repairs and replacements. After the holidays I was contacted to pay the remaining 10% because they are in need of money for the business and I told them that I wasn't going to pay until the job was 100% complete. Also on the website it states "in business for 22 years." This is very misleading because the owner has only had the company for 3 years with only the name of the company being around for 22 years. Who does business like that? This company--Southwest Kitchen & Bath-- Is going to go out of business soon, and this business is one to avoid!!

The bottom of the drawer was bowing when I put silverware in the drawer, and had features, such as a large wine rack that we didn't need. We were looking for someplace that could reface part of the kitchen, and completely demo and rework the other side. We had a wonderful experience with Southwest Kitchen & Bath. Our sales person Lisa was wonderful to work with, triple confirming all the measurements so everything came in right the first time. Since everything had to be made custom, the total project was about 12 weeks, but the stages were clearly communicated up front, and we didn't have to clear out of the kitchen until after the new cabinets arrived, so the down time really wasn't too bad. We requested a few changes mid project, such as under cabinet lighting. Lisa and our project coordinator Katy were very helpful with suggesting what they could offer, but also options we could do ourselves if we wanted to go that route. We felt supported, not pressured, into changes that in the end we really love. Attaching a few in-progess photos, I'll try to update with some finished project photos later.

I so appreciated that Dan listen to what I wanted to have done in my kitchen and he made it happen at a reasonable price and quality materials. He saw my vision and made great suggestions but never pushed something I didn't want. There were time as the progress was going that I was in tears of joy with how it was coming together. I was so happy with the look, the people and job they were doing. Richard, Cesar, Raul and Martin installed the cabinets quickly and very effectively, even with a minor change that I asked them to do. They quickly did the change without making me feel I was wrong in asking. Great group of fellows that work so well together to get it accomplished. First tears of joy for how beautiful the cabinets were and looked. Miguel, Max, Jose and Victor were the crew that installed my granite countertops. I sort of made it a challenge for them asking that the largest counter not have a seam in it, but be a completely one piece. They did it so nicely. As they installed, the second tears happen for how beautiful it looked. Melissa took all my phone calls and answered all my questions I had, never me feel that any of them were trivial. I loved working with her, so easy to get along with. Only have one before picture. But what a change!

His report confirmed what the original report stated and their price for repair was on the lower end of the bids we got. We had to delay the work due to a slow escrow but once everything was resolved, we gave DSR the green light. I was told Jaime the project and scheduling manager would reach out with a start date but I ended up having to call him. We finally got a date on the calendar and were excited to be moving ahead; however, that day no one showed up at 6 am as I was told. At 7:30, I tried calling but had to leave a voicemail. Jaime texted me saying they would have to delay the job until the following week due to the "recent rainfall" and forecast for the rest of the week. I understand weather affects the outcome of a roof coating like this but why wasn't I notified BEFORE the appointment? At 8 am the next Monday, I texted Jaime AGAIN to ask if the crew would be at my home and was told they were on their way. Knowing rain was forecast for the next day, I asked if they would be able to complete the job that day. Jaime told me it was a 3 day job and they would only be power washing that day; the primer and other two coats would be applied later in the week. Again, why wasn't I informed of this at the beginning? The crew was terrific and did a wonderful job. My roof looks beautiful and is now protected again the monsoons. BUT... I had to take away a star for such poor communication. I only spoke to a "live" person when I first called; each time after that when I tried to reach either Will or Jaime, I got a very pleasant AI voice who relayed my message. Afterwards, both Will and Jaime were quick to request I write a review- strange since neither was willing to return my calls while the work was being done.

I called the following day to reschedule and am told that since I missed the appt, John may not want to come back.
