Drove all the way across town with the doors and the person said "yes" we fix screen doors. When I mentioned I had them in the truck, she said," Oh, sorry we are too busy right now." Then I remembered, this was the same place I took a door to a couple of years ago and was told the exact same thing. In my opinion, they don't care about service and are money-grabbers, wanting to come out and sell you new doors, not fix them. Avoid this company, not professional.

They were absolutely professional.The staff was polite and delightful.They had to come back a couple of times to complete the job (through not fault of their own).Each time they said they would be there at a specific time; they were there right on time. When I spoke with the office, they were friendly and always helpful. I found out after speaking with a neighbor that Columbus Glass installed the glass for their kitchen cabinets a couple of years ago. They did a beautiful job with those as well. I am very happy with them!
