This was my first experience with Precise Tree Care. I will definitely use them again. Using their online free estimate was easy. They sent Joe, an Arborist, who answered all my questions before writing up a very reasonable estimate. My project was scheduled when I requested. What I most appreciated is they use text messages which saves time. On project day I met the whole team. The foreman Gordon assured me I would not know they were there. He was right. The tree crew just left and I must say I am extremely impressed with Precise Tree Care. Through the whole process from the arborist to the scheduling to the actual work-It was done very professionally! It was SO hot and humid today and my tree was huge but they took it down fast and efficiently and left my yard looking better than before they came! This was our first year using Precise tree care to take care of my Austrian pines in my yard. I didn't realize that after so many years these pine trees catch diseases that can kill them after 15 years or more. My trees are huge and mature and I noticed they started to turn brown needles so I contacted Precise Tree and they came right out and took care of my trees throughout the spring and summer. They sent me reminder texts when they were coming out and sent me an invoice when it was over and paid. They were very organized and their staff was very pleasant and nice to deal with. We have used Precise Tree Care for about 8-10 years and every time we are more than happy and satisfied with the service. The estimate was fair and the work was scheduled within 1 and 2 weeks. They came and removed 4 trees, showed up exactly on time and were finished within 2 hours. Had precise tree care come out today to cut down a few trees and trim a few others. They did an awesome job. Love this company. These guys have done a great job any time I have them out! I had them take down a tree and remove two stumps this time. It was raining so I wasn't sure if the job would get done. They kept me in the loop, they were going to eat lunch wait for the rain to let up and then get to work. That they did! I have had multiple trees removed on my property and they have done an excellent job. A few years ago we had a 60' willow removed along with two giant maples. It was really cool to watch the process.
