The resulting deck…read moreis beautiful with impeccable craftsmanship (down to the screws); it has garnered compliments from both laymen like our neighbors and tradesmen like our house painter. We did have a few hiccups/issues on the initial permitting and early dig, but we were able to adapt and overcome, which I appreciated Steve's flexibility on.

I can't recommend Steve Beam's company highly enough! We've been working with Steve for almost a…read moredecade now, and he's consistently exceeded our expectations. We first hired him back when he was known as "Steve Beam Handyman," and it's been amazing to see him grow and expand his services with the launch of Denver Remodels Inc. Over the years, Steve and his team have tackled everything from small repairs (like anchoring heavy drapery hardware into our finicky plaster walls) to major renovations (like restoring the exterior of our 1908 Craftsman). One of our favorite projects was transforming our mudroom by removing a wall and building a custom breakfast nook. This was a complex project, but Steve's expertise and creativity shone through. He even suggested a design element in the booth walls that perfectly complemented the Craftsman lines of our home - it's those little details that make a huge difference. What we think truly sets Steve apart is his incredible craftsmanship, creativity, and his consultative approach. He takes the time to truly understand your vision and offers expert guidance throughout the design process. Whether you're tackling a small project or a major renovation, Steve's deep knowledge and experience are on display with every project he does. He's always there to answer questions, offer suggestions, and steer you in the right direction, ensuring that the final result is even better than you imagined. His team is equally fantastic - professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and truly exceptional remodeling experience in Denver, look no further than Steve Beam and Denver Remodels Inc. They're a standout and I'm so glad we found them.

I still cannot believe my good fortune to be connected with Connie Courim Hunziker! Connie's vast knowledge, astute design sense and attention to every little detail guided me through the process so amazingly well! Her enthusiasm and fun personality made the whole process more efficient and fun and also inspired me to see exactly how to put everything together. Connie's sense of color and vision of what to put together to achieve a beautiful finished result was so valuable. Besides that, her knowledge of professionals in the trade and guidance on finding the other products beyond what Floor & Decor can provide made the process even more top notch. She is the best!

Connie, the wonderful angel that helped me said, "Honey, you don't want black backsplash!" I have no skill in home decor and so I said, "Well, what do I want?" After looking at the pictures of my kitchen remodel she said, "you could use this or this, or this, any of these will look great" I purchased the tile samples she suggested and home and my husband and we chose the one we liked best. I think Connie saved us from a regrettable design choice for our kitchen. We are very happy with the end result and professional design/construction people have complimented us on the tile we chose for the backsplash. Thank you, Connie and Floor and Decor!

Let me share with you my experience,…read more Walter their salesman came out to give me a bid Once he found out that Home Depot had done the estimate already, he just used the amount of boxes which was about 80 for the estimate. He did no measuring or anything else. He was gone in about 10 minutes. (I needed only labor as I was purchasing the material from Home Depot.) Once we agreed on Price to have all the existing solid wood baseboard, removed the new floor put down and the baseboard put back. I agreed to the job. Pricing; I agreed on 50% down and 50% when the job was completed to maintain some control of the final product I'm very glad I did this. Their policy is to get 100% upfront, which I never recommend anyone for any service, ever do. The very next day after agreeing on terms with Walter, I got a call asking for 100% of the money I told this lady that's not what we agreed to and she said well that's what we normally do and I said you better call Walter. I'm gonna cancel the job. She did came back excepted 50% Overall, the subcontractors that came out from a company called Sun sunshine floors did a pretty good job putting in the material But it's the follow up , putting doors back on , getting trim put back on that was a real headache and took me almost 30 days to get done and also a threat of a complaint to get what I considered to be a very reasonable discount about $370 off my bill In the end, I fixed the existing problems myself because it was too much of a headache after they finally agreed to give me the discount Finally, a reminder again if you use this company, do not pay 100% upfront you'll have no control over the job over anything that needs to get fixed and you'll be working on their timetable, while they have all your money ------- Part 2 It's smart that Kelly took down her first knee jerk response to my above comment since is was inaccurate and not well researched. "Telling me I agreed not to leave public comment in agreement for the discount" -that was true if you accepted my generous offer.... the first go round. I'm going to guess that she finally got around to actually reading.... the 2nd email with my threat to file a complaint with yelp. Poof.....gone and replaced with boiler plate sorry we messed up and we should have done better. " Kelly, I wish you would have taken seriously my first initial complaint to your company and really taken the time to call me and find out what happened, Sincerely apologize, accept my generous offer and maybe even go a bit farther to make me happy and satisfied, If you had done so, we wouldn't be having this stupid engagement in the first place. Even after all that, I do hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.
