I recently purchased a greenhouse that requires a gravel pad under it for drainage, etc. Since I had such a good experience with him last time, I decided to contact him hoping he'd made gravel pads before, and he agreed to do it within a few days of my initial contact. He gave me a price upfront that was very fair, and even threw in the timber frame on thinking about it for free. He and two other guys showed up in the morning on the day we'd scheduled, and they immediately got to work leveling an ~2% grade where the pad would sit. Despite it being a bit hard to access (there's a small gate, then a bit of a trip to get to the site in my backard), they managed to get the area excavated in just a few hours using just wheelbarrows. They worked diligently putting down textile barrier, laying the timber frame, filling it a little with gravel, tamping it with a machine, and then repeating. I was very glad they did it in stages as the greenhouse directions stated, and the angular gravel they used was exactly what was called for and quite attractive besides. The timber frame is staked down in several places along the perimeter with some pretty hefty stakes, and the whole thing feels solid. There was a sprinkler head in the site that they capped off for me for free, too. They would have finished that day if it weren't for an intense storm, and to their credit they even worked a bit in the rain. I was especially impressed that, unasked, they moved a super heavy box of my greenhouse parts under cover that was left out and was going to get drenched. They returned promptly the next morning and finished up the job. Frankly, this would've taken me several weekends and a huge amount of effort to do myself, so having it done in just two days was incredible. Augustin's a great, friendly, no-nonsense guy; I really enjoyed our interaction. The pad's held up great since it was installed a week and a half ago; it's been through several sprinkler runs as well as torrential storms and it's drained beautifully and looks intact. I'd highly recommend Augustin for any hardscape projects like this. I'll definitely be contacting him again should I need more work done.

I contacted several companies who said my driveway would need to be torn out and re-poured without ever looking at the job. Augustin gave an estimate that was very reasonable, came when he said he would and performed the work. He also filled cracks in my concrete walkway even though I had not thought that would be included in the estimated work. Toward the end , he ran out of compound but returned later in the evening with more purchased compound to complete the repair. Really nice guy. A plus,plus,plus work. If your concrete driveway has cracks in it, you should hire Augustin's company now before the freeze/thaw season starts.

Truly experienced and professional. I will not say anything bad about them. The problems with the company as I see it were that they were busy with a big job up in Greeley and possibly others last year and they were juggling work loads and crews all over and this led to poor supervision and rushed last minute scheduling including very poor communication. I paid the highest amount ever for a back yard patio and felt as if I had to be the on site and behind the scene as a general contractor at my own home. I worked my you know what off getting the job done and frankly, we're still disappointed in the final product! The company did not use Brannan, the concrete supplier's delivery truck for the supply of concrete, CMH rather used their own, which led to a very poor quality color mix to be delivered and upon drying, the finished product color looked horrible! Repeated calls to CMH were a complete hassle and while they finally returned and inspected the patio, twice they attempted to seal the patio with colorized sealant. I had the main concrete supplier, Brannan, come to the house and they agreed that the final product was flawed due to CMH cutting corners to deliver the product themselves. If I were to have more concrete work done, I would use another concrete construction company! I hesitated writing this review for almost a year but after having spent six thousand dollars for a small patio and seeing the time and effort on my part and the finished product, I did not get my money's worth, far from it!
