After working with them, it's obvious why they're so highly rated! Stuart came out the very next day and provided a fair, competitive quote for painting the exterior. Even my dog liked Stuart, which was a good sign! I can't say the same for the other two companies that came out. The two gentlemen who completed the work didn't just do a good job--they did an EXCEPTIONAL job. I had resigned myself to the idea that some of my 1980s siding would never look great again. I was wrong. The team went above and beyond, sealing every gap and nail hole across the entire exterior. They even applied elastomeric primer to the exposed wood ends to help extend their lifespan. The project took about two days of preparation and painting, and the finished product was absolutely pristine. My neighbors have overspray on their chimneys and brick facades from other painting jobs, but these guys didn't make a single mistake. The tape lines were razor-sharp, there wasn't a drip or a spot of overspray anywhere, and they even carefully taped around my house numbers with an X-Acto knife. That level of attention to detail genuinely surprised me. The quality of workmanship and value I received from Xtreme Painting are hard to find these days. Stuart and his team clearly take tremendous pride in their work and run an exceptional operation. Their Yelp ratings are well deserved. I just hope Stuart doesn't retire before it's time to paint my next house! Outstanding work. Thank you, Stuart and the entire team!

So, Zach comes over to see the paint job we needed on the upstairs. When he found out that our daughter passed away two months earlier, he got quiet - and later left promising to get us a quote. Well, we hear back a week later that their entire team wants to paint the upstairs as a gift from their company to our family. I almost couldn't speak on the phone. In the entire process that soon unfolded, they were professional and SO kind and attentive - helping us pick colors, checking in at a good time to do this. They took their time and did such a quality job - and Jessica came in and painted "Emma" on the wall taking a picture, before they covered it. I still get emotional thinking back on the experience year ago. They don't realize what this did for our family. This experience TRANSFORMED our home - and reminded us how much good is in the world. If you need a painter - LOOK. NO. FURTHER. They're not out to just make money. They care about people - and will treat you fairly. He suggested additions AND subtractions from the scope of work, and even created a few ala carte options for us to choose from. We even reviewed our color choices with Sarah, their color consultant! The estimate hit the sweet spot where we thought that Accent Painting really understood our scope, while also maintaining our budget AND our timeline, which is why we went with Accent Painting. We are super pleased with the outcome of our project. The house looks great! The colors are exactly what we wanted, all surfaces are perfect. The lines where the walls meet the ceiling are amazingly straight. Sylvan and his crew were fantastic to work with--they produce great work and are very kind. Met…read morethe sales rep the first time, they worked a bid and I noticed some things were missing so I called them back a second time to walk the job to ensure thorough communication. The second bid still had some details missing so I called the rep back to clarify some points. That was my first mistake, to think they would keep their word outside of what was written in their "contract " (in quotes because as a legal document, it is horribly written. First day of work comes around and they are obviously rushing the job. I let it slide because overall the crew seems competent, minus maybe the lead who answers every question with "that is not in the contract" for everything, including things obviously in the contract. The first error is painting a room the wrong color, "it's not in the contract!" Gabino says. Turns out it is. Day two and they are "done". I look around and they filled no holes and did zero sanding "It's not in the contract!" Gabino says. Turns out it is.. He calls a manager, gets told to do it and he himself comes back to fix it and give a second coat of paint on a room they completely missed. This second coat ends up looking worse than the first coat somehow as he tries to freehand the transition lines and messes it up badly, and still manages to completely miss one wall of the room they previously already missed. Obviously Gabino has better things to do than your job. Called manager and they come out to acknowledge this is their responsibility and then radio silence for a week. Finally the owner/"Chief Promise Keeper" calls me back condescending and not taking any responsibility for the botched job. I haven't mentioned yet how they did not use the paint grade that was agreed upon verbally multiple times. His resolution is "that sucks, these things happen". When somebody tells you who they are, believe them the first time. If you have to tell people you are a promise keeper, it's more than likely because you in fact are not. Steer clear and look elsewhere. Plenty of other quality painters out there to choose from. The owner also tried to bribe me not to write a review in exchange for them fixing their mistakes. Once we chose to go with them Alex went over paint colors and gave ideas/suggestions. He was extremely patient while we waited 3 weeks for our HOA's approval(kind of crazy). Once approved they began within a week and power washed and the crew was here daily, prepping, painting and always left our home clean. They were extremely hard workers and braced the heatwave we had with ease(they made it look easy that is). The time they took in prep was amazing, they paid attention to every last detail. Once the job was complete Alex came and did a walk thru and looked at everything with us, making sure we were happy and nothing was missed. Our house looked beautiful and we have gotten tons of compliments. The thing that also stood out was his communication and we didn't pay him until the job was complete.
