HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

So, Zach comes over to see the paint job we needed on the upstairs. When he found out that our daughter passed away two months earlier, he got quiet - and later left promising to get us a quote. We had gotten about 4 quotes and all of them were very close in price, some were extremely crazy. We chose A and R based upon how we felt about the company and the reviews they had. Alex was very kind and explained everything and gave us options. He sent us the estimate in a very timely organized manner. Once we chose to go with them Alex went over paint colors and gave ideas/suggestions. He was extremely patient while we waited 3 weeks for our HOA's approval(kind of crazy). Once approved they began within a week and power washed and the crew was here daily, prepping, painting and always left our home clean. They were extremely hard workers and braced the heatwave we had with ease(they made it look easy that is). The time they took in prep was amazing, they paid attention to every last detail.
