They were very careful even when carrying heavy furniture that was quite challenging come down a narrow stairway with wooden bannister. They were efficient and polite. The whole move took about 8.5 hrs. They had to take apart a electric recliner couch which took time. Unfortunately, it was reassembled incorrectly & would only recline 30% of the way. We didn't notice this with all things going on until the next day. We called , and they happily agree to send a person out to fix it the next day. They apologized, and the service guy was polite and had to unassembled & reassembled it the right way and did so without any fuss, In their defense, there was no manual so they had to investigate to see the problem.
