This place has horrible customer service, I called to schedule an appointment spoke with Cindy she was very rude and condescending and not helpful at all! she asked to take a payment over the phone and wouldn't ever offer me an appointment, she stated the payment was due first and someone will contact me for an appointment. Payment is not an issue but don't expect me to want your services with that kind of first impression. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! you just lost a customer. read more

This was my first time at this place and I was confused by it. Was it medical imaging or the stock market??? Very chaotic and the girl at the front desk was having multiple conversations onher Bluetooth very loudly. The screaming of patients names was a bit too much as the waiting area is 5feet away from her. The two guys at the front were a lot calmer and professional but the girl appeared angry with her life. Very unprofessional, they called me to set up an appointment. They give me the wrong address. I show up to the address they gave me which was an elementary school. I tried to call them back to see what was up. I get put on hold for like 15 minutes, then they give me the right address but then it hangs up in mid conversation. Now since im "late" and when they call me back they tell me to make a new appointment. I was already half a mile away. I would had been 30 minutes early if theyd gave me the right address. My moms doctor sent my mom here for an accident she had. Not only was the technician rude to us but they were way over priced when they settled ! My doctor told me he was sorry and that he was not going to send patients here anymore. Plus, I think the reviews are fake. Look at how everyone is young and they have pictures of cars? Let me start off by saying very horrible service! Do not come here you will be treated in a rude manner. I came here first of all they don't take appointments so I waited about an hour, decided to come back the next day being that I was not attended. The next day I arrived I waited about 2 hours and was treated very rudely by Adriana. Not only did she not update me about why the long wait but she was very unapologetic. Never coming back here again no one seems to care that you are waiting and treat you as if you are not a valued customer. My doctor will not be referring any more patients to this place as well. read more

I have received several scans at Precise Imaging Center. The tech who performed my scans went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. The office staff is professional and courteous and were able to schedule me same day. I couldn't even get past the phone part of this before I decided to go to another MRI place. Both times I called I was put through a phone system and on hold for more than 10 minutes. Then when I finally got through they wanted me to get an x-ray of my eyes? I no issue with my eyes. read more

So the owner contacted me to apologize and gave me a gift card for my difficulties, however at the same time he still insists that my appointments were "basically on time." He then told me that due to the recent complaints of their front office they will be completely moving them to a different location and fixing a few of these issues. So be prepared to find these horrible front office employees and schedulers at another MRI location in the very near future. An update to my last review on this place. The manager sent me an email and apologized for the mixup. I decided to reschedule and they did a good job. Employee manning the MRI machine in constant contact throughout the process. So, my score has gone up. Just make sure that when you speak with an appointment employee to make an appointment, if they seem a little vague, ask to speak to the manager. read more

I came in to perform an MRI, they booked my appointment the next day. When I came in to the office I was greeted by a man with glasses, I think his name is Luis, and he was very helpful and made it easy to fill my paper work. The facility was clean and the the service was great, I would like to mention though that their report took them two days to get to my doctor (even though they said it would be there the next day). Very clean facility, the staff was very professional and attentive to my needs and other patients needs. The Facility is a hidden gem in Van Nuys. My first time in this location and its the worst experience ever!!! My appointment time is 4:00pm, I came in the front door exactly 4:03 due to the traffic on the way, OK I was 3 minutes late! The lady in front desk greeted me and checked me in... Since it's my first time in here I have to fill out some few paper works. While I was only the first page she told me I can finish it later as they need me inside already.. So I said Ok. I went inside and this MRI tech his name is Sina ( I asked the front desk ) just told me to go and change my clothes, to get ready for the MRI, I asked him how long I will be inside? He responded around 25 minutes. I asked may I use the rest room quick? He responded "we really needed to start" . I was shocked and said are you saying I am not allowed to use the restroom??? I did not even wait for his response I turn around and went to the restroom, when I came back he had the paperworks that I started filling out and asked me some questions. Then he showed me the dressing room, after I changed I came out and he said OK let's get started! Inside the MRI room he told me to lay straight gave my earplugs and he came out and said once are you ok? I responded YES. After few mins without a warning I heard very loud sound w/c means that he's already starting the procedure. I almost had a panic attack from the loud noise that startled me without any warning (I know MRI is loud) but the fact that he has NO care for his clients and All I can see is he just want the job done and that's it!! I am a medical professional too and I was very disappointed every time I encounter people In medical field treat their patients like just another number to finish their job for the day! It was wasn't a pleasant experience at all!! Please treat your clients/Patients the way you wanna be treated! read more

I usually only review food businesses but I felt that since this company went out of their way to treat me like royalty, the least I can do is bless their page with my words of passion and encouragement. I am a relatively healthy person so when I started developing issues with my sinuses, being the hypochondriac that I am, I rushed to the web to find a MRI center. I didnt know what I was getting myself into since I have never had a CAT SCAN before, but the nice folks at Precise Imaging put me at ease. I am very claustrophobic so I thought I was going to have a panic attack but I was very happy to find out during our walk through that there would be no issues. What I really liked about this facility is the decor. It does not scream out sterile, im going to die in here hospital type but a much more comfortable homey feeling. I wanted to watch TV there since my cable is off but they were so quick with getting me in and situated that I didnt even have time. Being a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to take time to meet all your customers but the nice gentleman Mike, I believe his name is, was able to come greet me and talk to me about the cat scan I was about to endure. Mike I am pretty sure is the owner or at least he acts like it since he was so attentitive and courteous. Anyways, not to be mean, but I hope I never have to see this place again because that would mean I am as healthy as a ox, but heavens forbid I am actually sick, Precise Imaging will definitely be my go to. Went in to make my appointment there yesterday it was a friendly environment must add the place is nice and welcoming also. When I went in yesterday didn't wait at all to make my appointment they even got me next day which is today feb.04.2016. Before I left since I was a new patient I filled out forms so when I came in for my appointment everything can run smooth. The staff in front are very respectful and nice. What a pleasant, easy experience! I scheduled an MRI and they were very helpful with answering my questions over the phone. I had an awful experience with a closed MRI years ago and was dreading the thought of having another one. I have to say I am most appreciative of the staff for being so kind and caring. The techs talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. As if that wasn't already great enough I was really happy about the MRI cash price AND surprised at how fast I got my results the very NEXT DAY! This is one of those places that proves the best is not necessarily the most expensive or has to be on the Westside. Just the difference in huge difference in cost made it well worth it. It was 50% cheaper than the cheapest of the other 4 centers I had called. From the front desk receptionist to the technicians, the personnel conduct themselves professionally, efficient, respectful and at the same time friendly, informative and patient. Even though there were other patients waiting, I was called in at exactly my time of appointment and was out of there in no time. Their paperwork/questionnaire is also kept at the very minimum with no silly questions. The interior is kept extremely clean, cozy and friendly rather than the other somewhat lifeless and sterile looking centers. Don't be taken back by the exterior look of the building or the location. Had an issue with an appointment that employees seemed unwilling or unable to correct after several attempts to get information. I contacted the company via Yelp, not expecting a response as they are closed for the weekend. The owner/manager contacted me personally via phone and text on a Saturday to rectify the issue.
