A huge thanks to Anthony and Tiffany for coordinating all the logistics, Anthony in particular was so helpful from start to finish, always available, responded immediately to any question, and just made the whole process incredibly easy. An especially big thanks to our installer Bobby and his crew who did such an exceptional job carefully removing the old system and doing a beautiful install of the new one. They also completely reworked the AC closet, moving the system forward and sealing everything off cleanly, what was once a poorly converted linen closet now has potential for usable space behind it. Whereas the old system sounded like a jet engine taking off, the new Mitsubishi is astonishingly quiet, the condenser is outside our bedroom and you hear literally nothing. It works flawlessly and has been keeping the house perfectly cool through what's shaping up to be a hot summer. This was not an easy install either. The house, like many older homes, is full of quirks and Diamond did an amazing job working around all the pitfalls that come with squeezing a central HVAC system into a house not originally designed for one. Everyone at Diamond was a total pleasure to work with and have in our home. Their pricing was fair and reasonable and the quality of their workmanship is just excellent. If you need any kind of HVAC work done I highly recommend reaching out to Anthony and the Diamond team. Thanks so much guys!

Subject: Andy D. unprofessional Conduct and Price Gouging…read moreThe technician initially stated he would inspect the unit to diagnose the problem and provide a price estimate. However, after the inspection, he admitted he did not know what was wrong. Instead of a proper diagnosis, he offered a series of speculative part replacements, warning me that if the first parts didn't work, he would have to replace more at an additional cost.He said he found 3 part that no working but inorder to continue I have to pay him now $600+out of $1,300+ before he replace them. I agree to let him replace because he said he found this 3 to be broken. He proceeded to replace the 3 parts but later said they don't work. I asked him why they don't work he just say don't know. I ask him is there any power? He said no. He told me the part that suppose to supply have no power. I told him that he should know how to check them not asking me. He told me the power supply part cost about $400 so, I have to continue because I already spend $1,300+ for 3 inexpensive parts, charging me nearly $2,000, yet the issue remained completely unresolved. He is now claiming I need to replace the main board for an additional $1,600+. Why don't he just tell me ahead that I might have to replace everything which cost almost the same as brand new units. At that time he said even he replace that $1,600 board it still night not work. This is unacceptable, predatory behavior. Fortunately, the entire interaction was captured on my security camera. I am filing this report to BBB and X warn others about these scam tactics and to demand accountability. I will consult the Sheriff. I have someome coming to inspect it. People in this city don't want this kind of scammer around. Note: update to match the time line (10/10/26) 4.28pm. I expect you to tell me what's wrong with my AC unit not me telling you. You are the professional isn't it?

He also installed a new cleanout/access valve on the condensate line, which should make future maintenance much easier. What impressed me most was that he went the extra mile and checked the entire drainage setup. He noticed dark buildup inside the small tubing near our sink, removed and thoroughly cleaned it, and then reconnected the tubing much more efficiently. The previous setup had excess tubing that was bending/kinking, which may have contributed to the drainage problem. Jay took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job correctly rather than just getting in and out. Great experience with Wintri from start to finish. Highly recommend, and a big shoutout to Jay!

What I appreciated most was his honesty. He explained that he can get my AC fixed and running today, but because of the age and condition of the system, it would probably make more sense financially to start thinking about replacing it rather than continuing to put money into repairs. With three kids at home and this heat, getting our AC back up and running today was definitely important! Jay was kind, patient, never pushy, and made sure I understood all of my options. It's really nice dealing with someone who isn't just trying to sell you something. Great experience all around. Thank you, Jay!
