My home had to be cleaned of smoke and contaminants from the toxic ashes of the Eaton Fire. Contractors were overloaded with requests. Jamie responded to my request for an inspection quickly, as well as provided a thorough estimate of work, again quickly, at a fair rate compared to many who were raising prices unjustly because of the fire. Once agreed upon, they were equally fast to do the mitigation work. They had specialists remove two old asbestos pipes before other work began. Then they removed the insulation and thoroughly cleaned the attic. They are Lead certified specialists as well. Following that, they packed-out the entire home and garage and cleaned for toxins with a proprietary solvent spray and wipes. They used HEPA vacs, wiped down all walls and moved behind appliances and cleaned those as well. Finally they pressure washed the house. Omero then provided me with a Certificate of Completion. Both Omero and Jaime are good people. They are extremely considerate and kind in dealing with stressed-out and despondent customers who need to move forward. Highly recommend!!!

The service was okay. They cleaned our house decently well, but the real reason why I'm giving 1…read morestar is because the cleaners were rude as hell. Especially one of the girls. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to my mom. I came to Yelp and saw this place had high ratings, but I was given the opposite of top service. My mom asked her to clean certain areas (asked super nicely) and the girl would respond with a lot of attitude. There were also parts of the restroom (specifically the shower doors) that were hard to clean and she mentioned that she wouldn't be able to clean the entire thing which is fine, but she said "I just want to tell you so you don't blame me." She said it in a real bitchy way. I get it if you're having a bad day or if you hate your job, but have some freaking respect, especially when you're talking to a customer like myself or my mom. Never doing service with this company ever again.

Cindy is very professional and great at providing a timely communication. The team completed the job within less than 5 hours which exceeds my expectation as we have a lot of stuff at our small place. They moved furniture to clean the hidden spots and wiped down cabinets where had been emptied. Overall I am very satisfied with their service and would refer them to other friends.

After every tenant turnover, he is the first person I call because I know the job will be done properly, on time, and at a fair price. He repaired a ceiling in my own unit after a water leak caused by the previous owner and completed the entire repair in a single day. He also patched numerous holes left behind by a former tenant, repaired damaged cabinets and doors, installed new windows, laid waterproof flooring, mounted a ceiling fan, and completed several interior painting projects. Every project has turned out great, and the quality of his work has held up well. His pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work. He also researches materials to help us get the best value. Small touches, like leaving behind the extra paint after completing a painting job, have been incredibly helpful for future turnovers. Nick communicates clearly throughout the project and works efficiently without sacrificing quality. During renovations, we trust him enough to give him keys directly to our units without supervision, so he has access to the property whenever work needs to be done. I highly recommend Nick to handle everything from repairs and painting to flooring, windows, and general property maintenance. His workmanship, fair pricing, and consistency have made him an invaluable resource for my complex.
