I am on my knees pleading for you to open a restaurant in Las Vegas. Compared to the amazing food there, such as Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen or any of the Strip Steakhouses, this is so much better. For starters, the place is absolutely beautiful. The layout and the ambiance are very eclectic and original. Next, the service was well above any expectations. The server was kind, attentive, very knowledgeable about the food, and made great recommendations. We had the oysters, 6 of the freshest, plump, and favorable delicacies. Three large tuétanos (bone marrow) served with bread made fresh in-house. Followed that with the best aguachile I have ever had. It had fresh, delicious shrimp and scallops (callo). Our final appetizer was the blue fin tuna sashimi, and it melted in the mouth, incredible. Finally, we made it to the main course, pulpo asado. Four legs (tentacles) perfectly roasted with the best flavor you will find. Soft and perfectly cooked, the pulpo was exquisite. We ended the meal with dessert. I am almost out of words to describe the phenomenally deliciousness of everything we have eaten. We choose the Rollo de Baklava (Baklava roll). This is a slightly different take on the traditional greek delight. Instead of being flakey layers, this is rolled and sliced into bite-sized pieces. The flavor is amazing, nutty, and sweet without being overpowering or sticky like the traditional dessert. Not to leave out, the drinks were super tasty and came with the flair and show of some of the better eateries of Vegas. The carajillo was perfectly balanced and had a superb mix of liquor 43 and espresso. My wife had a gin drink that was so tasty that I would change my opinion about gin drinks. It was very tasty without being over sweet or bitter. Additionally, they had a nice selection of artisinal beers. Overall, I would give this place 10 stars out of five. This is now my favorite place in Ensenada to eat (not including my sentimental favorites). read more
