As a woman raising a safety concern, being dismissed and told not to come back rather than having the situation handled neutrally or referred to management was especially upsetting. Rather than addressing the concern professionally, I was told not to return so that someone else would not have to worry about encountering me. Being treated this way -- despite having done nothing wrong at this bar -- felt unfair and unprofessional.
