We have been using PPS for years. Ryan has been incredibly helpful on numerous occasions, including most recently in identifying and addressing the source of constant water meter running. Very reasonable prices as well. I would highly recommend them. read more

They replied the entire house a few years ago and was reliably. Did a good job at a very competitive rate. When we had an outside issue we called them after getting two other bids. PPS was truthful and not gouging, and a great job! Recommend them!!! read more

Just had our entire house re-piped after a pinhole leak. Beyond pleased with Steve at PPS plumbing. I was appalled by all of the rip off artists who tried to take advantage of our situation. Beware! We got bids that were 4-8x higher. Couldn't recommend PPS more. Fair, honest and went above and beyond! read more

PPS was assigned by home owner insurance to address a leaking pipe under a bathroom cabinet sink. Plumber arrived and inspected leak through the existing access/opening in wall. However indicated I/homeowner need to remove the entire cabinet and countertop to provide access for PPS the repair the leaking pipe and cabinet/countertop removal was not part of their service. PPS Plumber called for another PPS plumber to join him. Second plumber provided rerouting or repiping option and cost only and not a localized repair. PPS submitted ONLY rerouting and repiping option in their report to the home warranty company and not the option to locally repair the leaking pipe. FYI, rerouting or repiping is not covered by home owners insurance. I asked Home warranty company to contact PPS to verify/confirm the locally repairing option, yet PPS refused to acknowledge what they had told me/homeowner earlier. I reached out to two other plumbing companies to provide repair and out of curiosity, rerouting and repiping cost for me. Their prices categorically were much much less than PPS pricing. I hired one plumbing company and they locally repaired the leaking pipe under the sink, without needing to remove the cabinet or even increasing the opening in the wall. There is no Professional integrity at PPS and I would NOT recommend them. read more

Just had PPS Plumbing out to unclog both my bathtub and toilet drains. They were super quick to respond, professional, and got everything working again without any mess. As a new homeowner, it's a relief to find a good plumber. read more

Steve and Ryan have been incredible partners to work with. As a restoration contractor, we are always seeking out reliable and trustworthy plumbers to refer and collaborate with and PPS has gone above and beyond to serve our customers, and in turn, we've been privileged to work with some of their stellar customers. Thanks for all you do! read more

I would never use this business again. They are not nice and just awful to deal with. I literally called over 50x before getting through, and I swear it felt like they just wanted to hang up on me. Worst customer service ever. Tried texting and they wrote back and told us to call. Obviously they do not want anyone's business. Also they told our HOA one thing, but did not keep their word. Should've used a different company even though our HOA wanted us to use them. read more

Steve, Ryan and their whole team are great. My water heater went out and they were able to come out Monday morning first thing and replace it for me. The process was quick and their work was seamless. I had hot water in about an hour which made my wife very happy. we couldn't be more pleased with PPS plumbing and their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help. read more

Steve and his team are so on top of things, it was a huge relief. We have a 60s house in Orange County. A pipe leaked and we knew It was time for a repipe. Steve delivered. Team came out next day, repiped with plexi pipe and did it for a better price than repipe1. Plus they didn't make me do a bunch of bull shit background work. Drywall work was so good our contractor said the guys were unbelievable. Very very happy with my repipe!!! read more

PPS Plumbing Services - Picture of our pipe explosion. - Plumbing Near Me

Had a leak and contacted a different plumber that charged me for a leak detection that just ended up trying to sell me on either a reroute or repipe. Contacted other repipe companies to get competing quotes which happened to be less than the first company but my dad uses PPS so I gave them a call. They were very helpful and informative over the phone and scheduled for them to come out to take a look. Unlike the first plumber, they actually found exactly where it was and gave me multiple options, all of which were more reasonable than the others I had gotten quotes from. We eventually went with the option that was less expensive than either a reroute or repipe (for now until we decide to repipe and most likely will end up using PPS). I should have just called them first. Steve's team of Ryan and Raul were awesome and their work was excellent... highly recommended! read more

We've used this company several times for our pinhole leaks. Reasonable cost, good work. I'd recommend it.

Have used PPS for years. They are the most honest, dependable and knowledgeable service. Have used other plumbers used by our contractor for different houses but always go back to PPS. The best for emergencies or any issues relating to plumbing or pipes. read more

Let's face it hiring the right plumber can be a daunting task. Sometimes you just have to hope for the best outcome because you are desperate and have an emergency. These folks checked all the boxes and did not disappoint. Not cheap but fair. Quality skilled professionals. Would definitely use again. read more

Decent service in the past when they had reliable plumbers that responded in a timely manner. Hard to get ahold of them now and the office personnel are rude and extremely unprofessional. I would avoid if you want a professional experience and don't want childish texts from them. read more

Over the years, I have used PPS Plumbing for work that has ranged all the way from a whole home repipe to more mundane plumbing issues. Most recently, I needed their advice to make sure I ordered the right sink - this involved several calls and even a site visit. They are skilled, very responsive and they don't disappoint. I highly recommend PPS Plumbing. read more

Took Ryan a little digging in the wall but he managed to find and repair our pinhole leak. Kind and courteous and the amount charged was fair. Thank God we found a plumber that got the job done properly. We will recommend PPS to anyone who is looking for an honest plumber! read more

If 0 stars were available I would have picked that. During their "so called" repair they: cracked a shower handle, chipped the kitchen sink, broke the kitchen faucet, sprayed a chemical when trying to fix the sink which pitted the brand new faucet, installed wrong parts which contributed to ~20k of later damage. When we called about these they claimed they never installed the wrong parts but their worker said they did. Also they were very rude and made things up.. I'll never deal with them again. I had a ceiling plumbing leak on a Monday called PPS plumbing in a panic and they sent our favorite guy's Ryan& Rual right away even though they were swamped. They are always there for you with emergency's which means so much to customers. In addition they don't charge you thru the roof they are very fair. read more

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I had a running toilet and had the entire tank parts replaced by PPS plumbing. Several times water would not stop running to fill the tank, so asked for a call back and noted that the flapper valve was not sealing properly. I was told that I'd have to pay for a return visit ($75.00 min) and would most likely need to replace the toilet, I was also told that they only install top of the line parts so that couldn't be the issue. I said no thank you to paying for another service call and ended the insulting conversation. I purchased and installed a replacement flapper($5). Problem solved! It is too bad a loyal customer was lost over a $2 part they installed that did not do the job properly , not the top of the line part as I was told. They had called back sometime later to offer to come at no charge, however I was already in route to solve the problem myself. read more

I hired Steve and PPS Plumbing for one of my homes and felt they did a great job. Figured I'd use them again for another property and felt like I hired a completely different company and Owner. Steve came out to quote me on the finish plumbing work after the re-pipe job was done and then left us hanging when we needed the work done. He later text me with some crazy irrelevant verbiage which left my wife and I scratching our heads wondering what in the world happened. He later text again saying he mixed me up with another customer. Needless to say, we will never be using PPS Plumbing ever again. read more

Steve and his crew are amazing! We had two other plumbing leaks repaired over the past 6-7 years and Steve came up with great ideas to get hot water to far side of the home that used to take 4-5 minutes! Now it takes less than 10 seconds!! Thanks Steve and crew! read more

PPS came out to repair 2 sink stoppers and a "seeping" toilet. The sink stoppers were fine, but the toilet seeped again the first time I flushed it. I immediately called. They set up 3 visits to come fix it, and no-showed all three times. I asked for a refund and they were very rude to me. They told me they would call "when they were in the area" because the job was too small. 8 weeks later, after no phone call, I hired a competent plumber to come fix it. Rude and unprofessional, I am very disappointed in this service! read more

Love PPS Plumbing and especially Steve. My only complaint is that sometimes its had to get a phone call back and unfortunately that means I have to use another less competent plumber. They completed all my master bath remodel plumbing and were amazing in getting it done in a timely manner. read more

I am not the person who write reviews but Steve and his crew were simply so amazing that I had to write this one. Steve knows his job in and out. He is quick with diagnosis and he and his crew finishes the job at a surprisingly fast speed. He is very reasonable and transparent with his work. It was not just Steve, but Pam at the front desk, was very polite, helpful and patient too. I was very surprised that she was able to patiently pull out 10 years old details of our house. Overall I highly recommend PPS Plumbing for a perfect, reasonable and stress free job! read more

Today PPS came out to do a repipe for me. I have 2700 sq foot house with 4 bathrooms and all the trimmings... Steve the owner said they would start at 8 and be out by 3-4pm. I wasn't sure how that was going to work as I imagined only a few guys working the job. Well they showed up with 10-12 guys and just started going... I was shocked at how fast the progressed. They guys were all very nice and professional and clearly had a lot if experience.. anyway they were done on time and did a great job. No issues and they were very clean. The family is super happy with all the new fixtures and better water pressure and I'm super happy all of that ancient galvanized pipe is gone. I can't say enough about PPS Plumbing! They are an awesome group and I highly recommend them for re-pipe projects and all plumbing needs. You're a class act Steve and PPS. THANKS! read more

Steve is extremely unprofessional. Have never experienced the kind of treatment he gave my wife and I from another service provider in my entire life. He treated my wife and I despicably. The company came as a recommendation from a trusted source but I will never use PPS again. Steve proceeded to say "F**k you" at the end of our phone call when all I wanted to do was discuss payment terms for a job that they initially did not complete which caused a leak in our home when we were away on vacation. Anyone who cannot work with their clients in a reasonable and calm manner should not be in business. Very, very disappointed.... read more

Scheduled an appointment to fix my drains that are running slow- the soonest appointment was 3 days- scheduled the appointment took the day off without pay- I get a call at 8:20am the day of appointment telling me they needed to cancel- some part broke- along with slow drains are really not their specialty and would suggest I call another service- without looking at my drainage problem the receptionist said I really need a rotor router co- and have someone that she'll refer- seriously- they could have called me the night before- the receptionist said they don't call after business hours......and then referring another more expensive service without diagnosis the problem- possibly liquid drain fluid could work- in the end business must be so good taking care of customers come last- I used this service during the past 4 years- and obviously they could careless- read more

Steve and his crew are very professional and competent. Prices are very reasonable. Quick response to your needs.

Steve, Pam and the crew at PPS are nothing short of spectacular. Living in an older home for 20 years, we had to systematically replace every valve, fixture, toilet and appliance in the place ... then eventually do a complete re-pipe because of the incessant slab leaks. PPS was always there to save the day, always dependable, honest and fair prices. We trust them so much, we would simply leave a key under the doormat and go to work knowing that when we would come home, the issue would be fixed and the house would be immaculate. I will never use another plumber and have recommended them to dozens of friends and family over the years. Since moving into a new-construction home three years ago, we haven't needed to call them (knock on wood), but will not hesitate when the time comes. read more

I was very happy with the service we got from PPS. We called yesterday and they stopped by for an estimate within a couple of hours (they were close by). They didn't try to upsell a complete repipe for our slab leak. We made an appointment for today - they were on-time and finished quickly. They were very professional. I highly recommend using them. read more

I had a water dripping down the ceiling, near a fire sprinkler head. Called PPS and sent them a picture (Marissa was very helpful in coordinating this). Steve called back within an hour and came over. Clean work set up. Identified problem as pin hole leak in plumbing line. Showed us the corroded pipe and replaced with pex. Fair prices Also, in his initial call, Steve encouraged to check if home was still covered by warranty. Great tip. Overall, this was a very good experience with a situation that all homeowners dread. Thanks, PPS. read more

The short of it: * Courteous, prompt, and helpful from the dispatch on the phone to the plumber who comes to your home. * Friendly at the home no matter how loud Sesame Street is and how annoying your children (or you!) can be! * I'm no savant on the economics of plumbing but their prices ($125 for a faucet, $100 for toilet install) seem very reasonable to me. * Ryan was thorough and stayed to help answer any questions I had. He could not have been more friendly. The dispatch told me he would call sometime between 7:15 to 8am--he called at 7:15 on the dot and was here less than an hour later. * The dispatch person I spoke to was very knowledgable. She saved me at least one trip to the Home Depot. Conclusion: With the possible exception of installing one of those toilets that can flush two dozen golf balls, most people don't really look forward to needing to call the plumber. However when, not if (I have three kids after all), I need plumbing help, I'm looking no farther than PPS. read more
