It's an old school vibe that takes you back to 1934 when Archie Sr. founded the place. They have a nursery and also a landscape division, so if you are not a do-it-yourself person, they can take care of things for you. And only use them when absolutely sure of what you are buying; their return policy is terrible, and it's impossible to find on the site. I purchased some forms for a water feature we were building ourselves on the weekends. It took a little longer than planned, and we ended up not needing the forms. When I emailed to get an RMA, I was told, "Under our return policy we do do not accept items back after 30 days of purchase." These were two unopened boxes in perfect condition. I understand it was my mistake in making the purchase to begin with, and I would have gladly paid the shipping to send them back. Now I'm stuck with forms I don't need, and they have my $120. ***Edit: After calling and speaking with Dan, he agreed to accept my return and refund the purchase amount minus a 25% repackaging charge.
