Fort Worth is off my beaten path, but it sounded like it was going to be worth the trip, and it was. There is an ambiance about the place that puts you right at home. It's an old school vibe that takes you back to 1934 when Archie Sr. founded the place. They have a nursery and also a landscape division, so if you are not a do-it-yourself person, they can take care of things for you. When you park and enter in, the first thing that hits you sit he size of the place, it's huge! They have an amazing selection and it is accompanied by fantastic customer service. I purchased some forms for a water feature we were building ourselves on the weekends. It took a little longer than planned, and we ended up not needing the forms. When I emailed to get an RMA, I was told, "Under our return policy we do do not accept items back after 30 days of purchase." These were two unopened boxes in perfect condition. I understand it was my mistake in making the purchase to begin with, and I would have gladly paid the shipping to send them back. Now I'm stuck with forms I don't need, and they have my $120. ***Edit: After calling and speaking with Dan, he agreed to accept my return and refund the purchase amount minus a 25% repackaging charge.
