The white did not cover all the black and it looks terrible. Neither repair was even close to slightly the same color as the plaster is BLUE! They also left a mess with foot prints on the bottom and repair material stuck to the walls. I asked if they would be pleased to show this workmanship off to their friends and they would not answer. Now a year later, we cannot get in the hot tub unless someone sleeps at the lake house over night and turns it on at 9 am since we cannot turn it on remotely. So, beware of the salesman. Also, at the time of purchase it was 2024, why sell anything without Bluetooth? Also we had to have two pool schools because the first person who arrived did not how to even use our salt hot tub.

There was ONE customer in the store when I walked in. The girl behind the counter was helping another man with some water tests and advice. I just needed one box of chlorine, so I set it on the counter to wait. While she was helping the first guy, she turned around and read information from the box of chlorine I was trying to buy so she could answer a question he had... So she knew how long we had been waiting. Two other customers walked in while we were waiting and they both wanted to run water tests. After the first guy was done and checked out, she ran water tests for both the guys that came in after me. She checked one of them out, still with me waiting and turned back around to help the second guy. When she went into another longwinded technical explanation of the test results for that guy we turned and walked out, leaving the box of chlorine on the counter. Even though this store is a few blocks from the house, we drove to the Hulen location and made our purchase in less time than she had left us standing at the counter. I'll probably just start buying my chemicals online now. The girl working the counter today around noon just cost you a regular customer.

I came on here to write a review about what just happened to my brother and it seems as though some…read moreother clients are getting the same hostile attitude as he did. This company services my brothers house every week and made there weekly visit on Tuesday 5/18. This morning he woke up to his pool being 1 1/2 feet below its normal level so he went out to check it. He noticed immediately that his back flow valve was open and all water was draining into his yard. He called the owner of the company to ask if there was a reason it was left open and if anything could be damaged and the owners response was to get mad and defensive and tell him they would never touch that valve and started yelling at him. My brothers tried to talk but the owner wouldn't let him so he hung up the phone and decided to head up to the store to see if they could easily resolve the issue. Again, he just wanted to make sure there wasn't an issue with his pool equipment that he didn't know about. When he arrived the owner continued yelling and cussing at him and telling my brother that he cant blame him since the water level is the owners responsibility. In response to being verbally attacked my brother got angry and yelled back. The owner told him he lived in a "white settlement trash house" and told him to get off his property. He followed him outside and tried to get my brother to hit him first. My brother didn't want to fight him and decided to leave. After he left the owner started texting my brother with all kinds of excuses and said my brother must have opened the valve himself and left it open. The owner has continued to text my brother while also telling my brother to stop texting him. He is also now apologizing and saying he didn't mean what he said probably to avoid this review. In summary, don't even consider using this company. Comparing with reviews over the last few weeks the owner can't control his anger issues and blames everything on the client.
