There was ONE customer in the store when I walked in. The girl behind the counter was helping another man with some water tests and advice. I just needed one box of chlorine, so I set it on the counter to wait. While she was helping the first guy, she turned around and read information from the box of chlorine I was trying to buy so she could answer a question he had... So she knew how long we had been waiting. Two other customers walked in while we were waiting and they both wanted to run water tests. After the first guy was done and checked out, she ran water tests for both the guys that came in after me. She checked one of them out, still with me waiting and turned back around to help the second guy. When she went into another longwinded technical explanation of the test results for that guy we turned and walked out, leaving the box of chlorine on the counter. Even though this store is a few blocks from the house, we drove to the Hulen location and made our purchase in less time than she had left us standing at the counter. This company is so bad that I have to do something. They went to my house and "fixed' my Polaris and pump. When I returned home, nothing was working so I called them the next day to tell them the Polaris wasn't moving and could they come and check their work (they said it was running when they left my house). Two weeks later they came out, after two rude phone calls because how dare I ask them to check their work. They told me that the problem was my filter because my pool had been green which is ridiculous because my pool was crystal clear and it being green was never part of the conversation. They charged me $800 and then wanted $129 for coming back out to check their work. I have received a past due bill for the $129 and not sure how to handle it but I will not pay it. After one year, it began leaking. When I called Leslie's, I was told "we don't work on them" and to call an HVAC company. Not one word about warranties or coverages or anything else... Just "we don't work on them". Over the past three years we have had three HVAC companies and two pool companies come out and tell us they cant work on them because they can't get parts. Somebody finally told us that Leslie owns Jacuzzi pool equipment. When I called Leslie's, they admitted they did own them and that this unit was under manufacturers warranty, and I would have to talk to the manufacture. The lack of help was blamed on prior management. The manufacturer tells me they will only cover parts and I'm responsible for the service call and all labor. Just a warning. D9 not buy any pool heaters or equipment from Leslie's pool.

I was not informed ahead of time that they would no longer be servicing my area. Instead, I was left waiting, assuming service would continue or be rescheduled. When I reached out about missed service, I was told it would be rescheduled. That never happened. Days later, I received a message saying they no longer service my area. No accountability, no urgency, just a delayed afterthought. Then came the refund process. Again, slow and reactive. I had to follow up multiple times to get clarity on when my money would be returned. When a company makes the decision to stop servicing an area, that should trigger immediate communication and prompt refunds. That didn't happen here. This isn't just poor customer service, it's disorganized and disrespectful of people's time and money. At a minimum, this company needs to: * Notify customers in advance if service areas are changing * Honor rescheduling commitments instead of disappearing * Process refunds quickly and transparently without customers having to chase them Right now, the experience feels like you're the last to know anything, and that's a problem.
