They actually called me back, answered my questions, and were so helpful from the very beginning. Today, they even called to ask what time I was planning to come in. When I arrived, they took care of everything and installed the battery for me. The service was friendly, personal, and just genuinely great. And the price? I spent WAY less than I would have buying a battery from Costco or AutoZone--and I got the added benefit of supporting a small local business that truly seems to care about its customers. If you're in the Rancho Cucamonga area and need a battery, definitely give Prime Battery Solutions a try. Small businesses like this deserve our support, especially when they provide this level of customer service. I'll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to family and friends!
