a 1995 Chrysler LaBaron convertible had a rear window regulator break in many peices! Cynthia at Power Windows repair was VERY helpful in how I should send the unit. Did your power window stop working? This business won't waste your time. I found this place through Yelp's "Request A Quote" tool. I got many responses but their message stood out because they straight-up answered with a price. The others gave me the runaround. It was a no-brainer, I booked right away. (Window would go down but not all the way up.) From start to finish they were so nice, and as a woman, I didn't feel taken advantage of. I stayed in the lobby while they did the repair. There's wi-fi, chairs, and a little long table to wait at. The only con is the location & small parking lot. The location is in a rough part of town and was fine during the daytime. (I'd hesitate to go after sundown.) As for parking, I ended up parking next door. When I told them where I parked, they were more than accommodating. I handed them my keys and when the repair was done, my car was conveniently parked right out front. I did see they offer mobile service (where they come to you). I'd probably do this next time. This is one of those times when you really want to write a rave review. Wow! I found these guys on Yelp and checked them out. I got there as they were closing, but I liked them, so I called to make an appointment. In the meantime, I spoke to someone in Scottsdale who quoted me $600 for a new driver's window motor. I take my car to Power Window Repair, and the guy (I wish I got his name because he was awesome, said I've got good news, and good news. $99 and 15 minutes. I was so happy. It took 10. The rear window motor for my 1985 GMC Suburban went out. Replacement motors no longer exist. You rebuilt the motor, the Chevy dealer reinstalled it, and it works great! What more could I ask for? Sorry I have not photos. read more

Shocked, I tells ya! I wish I had taken before and after photos to submit here of the destroyed regulator I took out of my 1998 Lexus SC300 and the repaired/rebuilt regulator I received from Power Winndow Repair! The cable was severed, plastics were broken. I thought it was a lost cause. Not with these guys! I got the mechanism installed with very little trouble, plugged it in, and voila! My window works like new! I hope to never have this issue again, but you can be sure that if I do, I'll be using Power Window Repair for any and all window regulator work in the future! Outstanding! Sorry I thought I left a review a while back after my window was repaired by your company. My bad because you all definitely deserve the highest review possible! Called and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. When your vehicle is going to be left out overnight for example and the driver side window broke and disappeared down into the door, a same day appointment was important to me. When I arrived everyone friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. The waiting area was very clean and my vehicle "Lincoln Navigator" was in for repairs literally right away. Maybe an hour later my vehicle was ready to go. The price was absolutely nothing to complain about considering an emergency service repair, and after attempt to fix the problem myself at home and showing up with the door completely torn apart, they found all the parts I took off and got the door back to 100%. Volvo C70's are prone to power window failure. The doors are the longest that Volvo has ever offered, and the regulators are complex and expensive. I have replaced these 3 times, and it is not easy, and once repaired, they will break again. PWR was on it. I highly recommend this place. I had a power window regulator replaced in 2017 and I was very impressed. They use metal parts - not plastic. So in 2023 another window regulator broke. One day, the drivers window on my 2012 Tesla model s would not go up. And of course it happens to me during the supply chain hang up. Nobody has parts and anyone that does is weeks out, or wants a medium sized ransom for it. What do you do? You take it to someone who can rebuild it. They did an awesome job.
