Power Home Remodeling - Amazing sales team ! Great Guys ! - Windows Installation Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

I've had a fantastic experience. Ellis wasn't pushy and helped make sure we understand all the great technologies of their products! The install process was super smooth and the contractors were super friendly! Even the managers that came by for double checks made sure that we were comfortable with our purchase. I would highly recommend, they take quality seriously. read more

Had a fantastic experience with this company. From the original guy at my door, to the sales guy, to the check in calls, installers, etc. My Windows look fantastic, the service was top notch and I feel I got a great value for what we spent. Not to mention the value added to my home for the update. Thank you!!! A satisfied customer! read more

Power Home Remodeling is great! The sales pitch was long, but I have sat through one of their competitor's sales pitches and it was nearly the same. From the salesman, Zack, to the installation lead, John, to the QA person Mike, these guys are top notch and really care about what they do. Same goes for their installation team. They are professional, courteous, and were always on time. We have a 30 year old house with the original windows, 18 total. We decided to replace 5 at first including two with cracks, but got pricing on all of them. Once the install was complete, Mike came out to verify the install was done properly and to have us sign off. While he was here, we discussed replacing the rest of them. As Power is looking to have repeat customers, he was able to provide a discount, saving us a couple thousand dollars on the total cost. We were not ready to do the rest of the windows at one time, so we took his advice on the next windows to replace. It was nice having his opinion on the windows that should be done, which in our case are the largest openings that cause the most energy to escape. We have booked them to do another another three widows plus replace the rear door with a sliding glass door. Their window prices are not the cheapest. These are custom fit, high-end windows. If you want the same high quality windows at nearly half the cost of the biggest name in the business, then this is the place. (I should mention that we got a price for all 18 windows plus the rear door for less than half of the big guys for just the 18 windows.) If you want a big-box, one-size-fits-most window installed for less than $200/ea, go elsewhere. Power's windows are life time guaranteed, with no cost to replace if you break them or notice a problem. About the long sales pitch: In reality, every window sales pitch/cycle is long. Its just a matter of you either walking into a window store and taking 2 hours to talk to them (plus the drive there/back) or a professional coming out to your house and taking about the same amount of time. Not to mention, if you need windows from a store, they will have to come out and measure anyway. Sure, in a window store you can walk up, say "how much for one of these" and they will pretty much tell you. If you need to know about installation, measuring, etc., it takes a lot longer. read more

We had windows and gutters installed and our experience was wonderful. From the sales rep to the crew who did our install. They did a wonderful job with installation and clean up. Would highly recommend power to anyone. read more

I replaced all windows upstairs, the windows are great and service is good. Everybody is nice. Good experience！

Don't give them your number, don't engage their salesman when they sneak up on you while you're trying to innocently enjoy your own front yard. They are pushy & won't leave you alone. They've called me constantly since then...while I'm on vacation, when I'm sleeping, it's ridiculous! They refuse to take no for an answer. read more

We had an appointment for a free quote on my property in Ellenwood. Was told 10am and that we were the 1st appointment of the day. We waited till10:20 then called them and was told they will have the person meeting us call and let us know how much longer. It was 10:50 when we got a call back that they had to reschedule for another day. Was told he was held up at another house when we were told we were the 1st appointment. Then was told they only deal with homes and not rental properties. Way too late to tell us after the initial 2 calls to confirm 10am appointment. Total waste of time! Poor scheduling. Also I think they left us hanging because it was a rental property which we told the first guy. Will never used these company for anything! read more

A rep came to our community and said they wanted to give a free estimate. I told him and the person over the phone what I would be willing to let them do and that I would be the one to handle any questions or concerns with my home, which they then said that would be fine. They scheduled to come out the next day by 1pm. I received a call to confirm that they would still be coming at 8:53 am and they still where 30 minutes late with out letting me know at 1pm or even Five minutes before that they were running behind. On top of that the rep that came to give me an estimate did his rounds; he told me everything in the world that needed to be done and when it was time to give me the estimate he would not not even give me the estimate. This was a big waste of my time and I told them before they came to not waste my time and I wont waste theirs. read more

A representative from this company came to my door trying to give a free estimate for windows. They were adamant to know if I have a spouse or significant other in the house with me. After three times asking why that's relevant and stating I am the sole decision maker in the house and getting the same requirement of information from the representative, I ended the conversation. It was creepy and bizarre. I wouldn't trust this company at all. There's no reason they need to know how many people live in the house and when we get home unless they have ulterior motives. read more

We just had all windows and our front door replaced. All of the contractors from the initial sales guy Steven, to the quality assurance guy Brandon were professional and did a great job making sure that everything was done correctly and that we were happy. They weren't the least expensive but high quality product and worth every penny. Highly recommend! read more

I am very pleased with service from this company. We were in the market for an issue with a leak and Power came an fixed our entire roof. I hate the sales process, The sales person wants to ensure both parties will be there, so that if there are any Questions, he can answer them for both of you. Well, The salesman made a good pitch, lowered the price of window's and I agreed to get the job done by them... They used the old "Car Salesman" trick, where price doesn't matter, we'll get the payments where you need them? ($67.00 a month is doable) and I don't have to sit through any more presentations... the installation process was Seamless, measured and installed like clockwork. The final product I'm happy with, 100% improvement over what we had... All in all, I'm happy, love the new windows, and priced comparable with other window dealers. For my next job, I got 3 quotes, had to sit through 3 presentations, but at least I know what I'm getting for me investment.... read more

We needed to replace all the windows in our home (32 total) and, after several quotes, we ultimately went with Power Home Remodeling. We've been impressed with the experience from start to finish. From our sales rep, to installation, and our wrap up meeting they've been helpful, professional, and exceptional. We plan to use them for additional home projects and I would highly recommend them for windows - you get what you pay for! read more

Letting them into your house is like letting the Jehovahs Witnesses in so that you can try to convince them you've already found Jesus. They're going to stay for hours, and then keeping coming back with copies of the watchtower--I mean coming back with estimates and special discounts. read more

We are extremely pleased with Power Home Remodeling. There is not one thing I would change about our experience. James and Mark were both amazing. The crew that came to install our windows were great they moved quickly and were very polite. read more

My experience with Power Home Remodeling has been exceptional from beginning to near end (and I only say near because they are still working as I write!) The first salesman that showed up to my home was a cold caller and I could tell that he loved his job and company which is always a great sign. When I got my estimate visit, Cornelius and his "trainee" made me feel comfortable, like they actually cared about my particular home, and I ended up having a great time during the presentation and felt very educated on what was needed for my home. They were very patient with all my questions. I also appreciated that they did not climb on top of my house due to recently inflicted damage, which a lot of roofers would do to risk a quick buck. COVID hit but the company kept me well apprised of the situation and when I was finally able to have my pre-install, Jonathan was very thorough and friendly in advising me. I ended up needing to spend more money due to underlying roof conditions but I'd rather have a job done right than the company just trying to secure a sale! The first day of my job (today), Mike showed up to make sure I was happy with the process and answer any further questions. He, like everyone else, was friendly and I could tell he loves and believes in this company. I like Power because they are thorough with information, they offer financing, have friendly and happy employees, have been in business for eons compared to other roofers, and THEY train their roofers instead of subbing out to random teams. My project hasn't been completed just yet but I am already very pleased. If you are thinking about getting work done by PHR I don't see where you could go wrong! read more

You have my sympathy if you've ever given these people your phone number. I made that mistake when they were going door to door in my neighborhood with the usual we are installing windows for your neighbor Bob, and wanted to offer you a free estimate. I planned to replace our windows at some point so I was interested in getting a quote. Gave them my number and set up an appointment for the weekend. Figured they'd walk around the house counting and measuring and then leave some estimates. I read about their sales tactics online and decided to pass. Called and cancelled the appointment stating I changed my mind. I have answered their calls on 3 occasions the last year telling them each time I am not interested. I have had to hang up on them each time because they haven't learned how to shut their face holes. I set their calls to go straight to voicemail and told them I was doing so. I noticed they've called since then, but left no message. I am somewhat disappointed. I might change the settings back and see what it actually takes to get one of these mouth breathers to say thank you or have a nice day and then actually stop talking and hang up. Wish me luck. read more

I had a great experience with them. They told me what to expect and when and how long the project would take. They contacted me to verify times and availability. They showed up on time and did a great job! Super happy with the work they did. The sales demo was long but it was impressive (we were looking for windows). read more

We were promised that the larger 6" gutters are superior and debris would not accumulate as it does in smaller gutters. Absolutely incorrect. In less than 4 months after installation, all of our gutters are overflowing !!!. I cannot imagine what will happen in the Fall... My old smaller gutters, never overflowed like these. Of course the warranty does not provide cleaning...... Save your money. Do not purchase these overpriced gutters !!!. you have been warned ..... read more

This is the second time I've used PHR for windows--the first time was in NJ, and now here in GA. I was already familiar with the company, so while I understand the complaints others have voiced about the sales team can be a little pushy at times, when my husband and I were finally ready to have the windows replaced, we were excited to see that PHR was in our neck of the woods. The product is great, and the warranty is superb--I had no issues getting replacement screens when I was in NJ, and I have no reason to think that I will have issues with warranty replacements this time around. The sales process was quick and easy for us as we were already familiar with the product, and the install of 28 windows was complete in ONE DAY!! We are thrilled with our new windows, and I would definitely recommend the product to anyone. read more

I wouldn't give them one star if I could help it. Very very pushy business and will not take no for an answer. Will harass you and will call you 3-4 times a day to try and give you a free quote. I told them numerous times I was not interested and then they want to start picking out everything slightly wrong with my house. Do not recommend to anybody. Awful. read more

Hi all, i just replaced some of my house windows and i cant say enough good things about the whole process, the whole staff we have deal with is awesome, the product is of the best quality available, they are so professional and quick to work. They showed up early and explained everything to me. They didn't show up in a mask however they did social distance. I knew someone who worked for them personally. read more

Talked to them about siding for my home--they set up an appt to tell me all about it, etc. ---we chose the siding, etc and within a few days they notified me of the date they would start (which was a little less than a month away -October 18). Did not hear anything else until a couple of days before they were supposed to start, I get a call that the group (or whatever) they deal with for waste management cannot deliver the dumpster to my location. I was told that they are working on getting it straightened out and will try to go a different route, and as soon as they get it arranged they will set up a new date to start. Don't hear anything and after about a week, I call. Told by (supposdedly) one of the VP's that was working on it that they were still trying to get everything arranged. Another week - no call or anything, so I call again. Same story from same person. About 5 days later, I call again because I haven't heard ANYTHING. I did not call last week, so I called today. Now I'm told that they can't do it at all because the group they use to do the siding does not even come to Jackson! Not just that they can't get a dumpster here, but they can't do it at all! No one ever bothered to call or email me at any time! read more

Way overly aggressive sales people. The Nextdoor Norcross web site has several scalding reviews. Check out this video from a Ring doorbell. https://norcrossnorth.nextdoor.com/news_feed/?post=44456240 The guy that called on my wife identified himself as Jared Caldwell. I called their corporate offices and told them I will have the police remove him from my property the next time they set foot on it. read more
