The amazing thing is how compassiate he is the work. During the initial visit, he took me for a ride, literally, to other sites he finished. All looked fantastic. I hired the company and he finished the chimney in one day, replacing the underside, which did not exist. They perfectly color matched the house and did a wonderful job cleaning up. He followed up later with a phone call, asking how please I was with the work. I told him that he could bring anybody by to look at the work and compared the house to the chimney. One year and a half later, I called him again for roofing and siding, the whole house. He again whisked me away, to the exact same places. So you know there is no BS in where he worked. I hired him for both again, comparing him with other companies. The rook was finished in one day, cleaned up and all. The siding took nearly two weeks. Siding work is messy, so expect that. I did not. In any case, they worked with me in my daily inspections of the work. If saw something, they corrected it. I had some screens riped. They replaced. I asked to replace the house siding inside my porch. They replaced. NO extra charge. Lastly, he is reasonably priced. I checked. He, again, followed up after the job. He also gave a very long guarantee, in writing. Hire them!!!

My wife and I were initially nervous about how the shake siding would look compared to the real cedar we had before. But as you can see in the pictures, it turned out wonderfully, even better than we expected. Russ immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied after the job was done. This is our second time using Russ. He also replaced the siding on two of our chimneys a few years ago and did a great job with that as well. I also love that they come through after and make sure that they fix any issues that I had with the painting. They were usually 2-4 hours late in arrival time. The water heaters were plumbed incorrectly- he used the wrong couplings, tubing and also installed improperly. He turned the pressure up to 160 (60 is the max per professionals). The valve had to be replaced and we paid $1,000 to a master plumber to re - plumb correctly and replace the valve. The ceiling fan was wired backward. They would not return my calls or text when I asked them to come fix it. Very poor quality and customer service.

We have a newer four-story townhome that needed a complete refresh--ceilings, trim, walls, and even some drywall repairs--and they handled everything with professionalism and care. Lucio was prompt in coming out for an estimate, and he helped us select the right materials without over-purchasing.
