It's rare to see a contractor with only positive ratings these days, so choosing Tom and Jerry's…read morewas a no-brainer for that alone. I needed to replace the roof on a new home for my son. I obtained a few estimates from different contractors, and they were not the cheapest, but they were reasonably priced with far better reviews than the cheaper option, which is another reason I chose them. Thomas is highly responsive to communication, which again is quite unusual with most contractors in my experience, so that was a nice plus too. They provided evidence of insurance upon request. We paid a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and I was able to pay that by credit card without an extra fee, which was appreciated since it allowed me to get reward points on the purchase. A crew of three guys came out to the house early in the morning and completed the job just before dark. They did a phenomenal job. Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Despite already being reasonably priced, Thomas gave us a nice discount for the extra decking on the final invoice, which was a happy surprised and very much appreciated. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. If you need a new roof or any kind of roof work, Tom and Jerry Roofing is the best there is without a doubt!

Another contractor just used a drone to inspect the roof. And while I understand, this is efficient and can identify areas that need to be repaired, he missed about three things that Tom identified. The crew that came out were pleasant and did a great job. The cost was reasonable. I am very pleased with Tom and Jerry's and would definitely seek them out future roofing needs.

Their price was fair, they worked fast, and most importantly, they did quality work. Another nice thing was their work staff was friendly with me and with each and seemed happy, which indicates that it's a solid operation that treats its workers fairly. Another thing I especially liked was that they involved me in decision-making. When you're working on old houses, you'll inevitably discover some problems when you start opening up walls and ceilings. When we discovered a problem, Edgar from Plan B was careful to explain what he discovered and give me options about how to take care of it, from doing nothing to a complete overhaul. He didn't pressure me to pick the option that would make the company the most money, and he took the time to show me what was going on and to discuss different options for addressing it.

I had many questions, and he answered all of them! His crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. My wife and I were initially nervous about how the shake siding would look compared to the real cedar we had before. But as you can see in the pictures, it turned out wonderfully, even better than we expected. Russ immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied after the job was done. I highly recommend Firebrand Roofing and owner Boaz Clark!…read more Boaz has worked with both my home in Chamblee and my mother's home in Madison, Georgia, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service he provides. At my mother's home, he went above and beyond by meeting with the insurance adjuster multiple times, documenting the hail damage with excellent photos, and advocating tirelessly to help get the roof approved for insurance coverage. His knowledge of the claims process and willingness to fight for his customers truly set him apart. At my home, Boaz inspected my roof, provided fair and detailed quotes for chimney repairs, deck staining, and roof washing, which we'll be moving forward with this fall. While he was already on the roof, he even took the time to perform a complimentary service by blowing leaves and debris out of the roof valleys around the chimney. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare. Boaz and the entire Firebrand Roofing team are professional, responsive, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and do the little things that make a big difference. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, I wholeheartedly recommend Firebrand Roofing. You won't be disappointed!
