As a landlord and having dealt with a lot of contractors I was pleasantly surprised to see that they cleaned up all the debris from when they removed the old roof material. I got a 10-year warranty on the materials as well as a 10 year warranty on the repair. They are a bit higher, not much, than other places, but considering how easy it was to work with them and what you get for the money in the long run it's well worth it.
