This is scam !!!! I even think that all positive previous reviews is lies. Look up at the Yelp how many there are bad reviews . We ordered Apollo dirt bike on July 3 . Today is July 29. Nobody answers the phone . Nobody answers through email . We never get any responds on Facebook messenger as well . Just once I heard a voice of Heather H. and without answer on my question she hanged up on me . Then I got a few text messages from her with no clear information . She promised to get information about our order and it last for many hours . Now we are promised to get refund . Why ? So , they don't have it here in USA ? Why it takes to get respond from warehouse for many hours . We have cellphones now, we have internet ... Why after 3 weeks we didn't get any updates ??? Would you like to have such a deal ? If it's not scam this is very bad business . If you don't want to get angry and upset your kid stay away from this company . If I can say that this is a company . My son is very upset now, I'm very angry and now I'm doubting about refunding process . Also, they don't let negative responds stay on their Facebook page. Wow, what a great experience! I've bought several vehicles, kit bikes and motorcycles before, but I've never dealt with a more responsive company as far as info and upfront pricing. Heather set me up with a sweet deal on multiple bikes I was purchasing for my nephews. Shipping was fast. Made sure I received everything. The best part was the whole time I felt like I was dealing with a person and not a corporation. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is when buying online and over the phone. read more

Ordered a bike on June 3rd, according to their website they advertise fast shipping so that sounded pretty good to me and that's why I ordered from them. June 14th rolls around and I haven't heard any updates from them so I emailed asking for any updates, they said they were traveling for "work events over the past couple weeks, we will be in the office next week and check for an update".... next week rolls around didn't hear anything so I called them about 10 times in a matter of 5 days and NO ANSWER.. another week goes by and I call and call no answer, I find a number to text them and I asked for a simple update on when my bike was going to arrive they respond "we will refund your order, thank you" so at this time it's June 25th pretty much an entire month Since I paid in full for the bike $1,299... so after going back and forth a few days they said "the funds go out from us right away once accounting dept processes the refund and it takes however long your bank takes to process the payment, call your bank and ask how that process works".. so I did, I called my bank and they told me that's not how it works at all... July 2nd rolls around still no refund, July 13th rolls around still no refund, July 27th rolls around still no refund, every day I have contacted power dirt bikes through email and text and they eventually ended up telling me there's nothing they can do about it it's all up to my bank... I ended up going to my bank to file a reversal of funds but in the process I had to get a new debit card because of fraud. This whole process lasted from June 3rd to August 1st, no apology from the company, no refund, they didn't reach out to me in any way, and no bike. None of this would have happed if they would have just been transparent with me throughout the process. And to the lady that emailed me after 2 month of receiving horrible customer service ya obviously I'm going to be a little pissed because I paid full price for a bike and was straight up lied to about multiple things.. You told me in an email "you get further with sugar than with vinegar.. that's a terrible annology to use in this situation, if you knew anything about certain types of sugars you would know that over TIME sugar in certain foods will turn into vinegar... kinda sounds like that analogy works in my favor. read more

It has been 2 and a half months since I paid for the bike in full and I still dont have a title. The delivery was delayed more than two weeks. I tried for days to get someone to answer the phone. All I got was an answering machine so I had a friend call from another number and they answered the phone. I then called back a minute later and guess what, they did not pick up. We tried this several times from different numbers and the same thing each time. It appears they have caller ID and screen all calls. The best part was after waiting almost five weeks for delivery and calling daily and emailing daily, (who wouldnt when they have close to $900 of your cash and are avoiding you in every way.) They tell me to only contact them by email Hopefully I will have the title by Spring of 2018!!!!! Stay away or use a PayPal System. read more

My experience with this company has been horrendous! They received funds for a bike I leased on June 6. I did not hear anything from them for weeks. I tried calling and the NEVER answer. The only communication I have had with them was by email. With an employee who has been just rude and unprofessional from the start. I tried to remain understanding until about July 2 when I still had no bike but yet they had already taken my money on June 6. I asked numerous times for them to call me and they just responded by email and never called or answered. They never kept me up to date with anything. I facebooked messaged them to try and get a hold of anyone and they just read it and never responded. Very unprofessional. I told them I wanted a refund and then magically the next day they tell me "it has already been shipped" yet they have no tracking number. So not only were they trying to play me by telling me "it has been shipped" and "it's out of their hands" but it is now July 6 and I still have no tracking number, bike, or refund. They never once even apologized for their short comings until after I had said something to whomever read my message on Facebook. Then after that they were back to being rude. The company never made it right, the only way it was resolved was by the finance company! They were able to get my refund which also tells me that Power Dirt Bikes was being untruthful when they said the bike had been shipped already. Thank God the finance company was able to help me because Power Dirt Bikes did nothing. This is my experience with this company and I would not recommend anyone use them, ever. I agree with people below left HORRIBLE 1 star. I contacted the website phone numbers to purchase bike(s) during business hours (They do take your debit/credit card info at checkout submit button but do not fully process the payment by doing so, only way to finish is a phone call BUT) they (or the person named Heather H. Sales and Accounts Manager in Email) NEVER willing to respond or talk you in-person by Calls and only way communicating with customers is Email saying: "You need to fill out ALL information about your debit/credit card including photos of the card back and front and government photo ID to process your order." This was my first red flag. I did not feel safe give all my finance and security info over Email so I said I will pay with Western Union Money Order instead. And they said No, they only accept direct Bank issued money order or cashier's check. This was my second red flag because to me money order is money order! So I said okay, I will use my Wells Fargo Bank Money Order then I asked the "Payable To" info for the money order such as name and mailing address. Then this is EXACTLY what they replied to my email next: "No thank you. We are not going to move forward with this order. We believe you are and will not proceed with this order. We recommend trying to order through a different company." This was my third red flag. What is so wrong with this company? I am willing to pay with my bank money order not by debit/credit card and they refused to give me "payable to" info (WHY?) as well as refused to answers few questions (such as trunk/color option etc.) regarding products which costs over $1000. They just want you pay over $1000 right away Without any product questions, Without your finance and personal security, Without any phone calls AT ALL but only with your direct BANK debit/credit card with their own hands to pay NOT BY YOU. They are the only company who asked me this much personal info including card photos of front and back and even government photo ID on top of rejecting me to pay for a product by Bank's money order now and only rudely replied exactly as following: "WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING YOUR ORDER OR YOUR PAYMENT SO Move on to the next company!!! We do NOT want your business!!". It was definitely Unprofessional and Rude and Humiliated experience EVER. Something was seriously not right about this Powerdirtbikes Company. Please STAY AWAY from this phishing scam like company!! Find somewhere else that you can actually talk to a salesperson over the phone and ask questions and stay in a secure payment method!! read more
