I messaged Rigo and he responded immediately. After giving him an idea of what I needed done, we scheduled a date to meet up so he can look at the trees and give me an estimate. I wanted to remove a really big and old tree, some lawn plants, a medium sized orange tree, and trim some trees. With all of that work, he was able to give me a really affordable quote. After we met up, we were able to schedule a date to start the service. Rigo was really accommodating, easy to work with, and very informative. On the day of the job, Juan and his crew arrived and was ready to get to work. Juan was super nice and friendly. Juan checked in with me to confirm the work I needed and then they got to work. Their work was excellent! They had like 10 guys, each guy having their own role and their teamwork was flawless. I was in awe just watching them. These guys are pros. Not to mention, after the job was done, their clean up was quick and unbelievable. This team is amazing. Would recommend and work with them again!

I called around to 4 or 5 places and of those, My Tree Experts were the only ones to respond at all. Their response was timely as well. I arranged for an estimate and the guy showed up on time. He was very professional and gave me a quote that was far less than I thought it would be. The price was completely reasonable, so we came to an agreement and scheduled them for 2 days out. Their crew showed up on time and were also very professional. No joke, the majority of the crew left 15 minutes after they started as they bulk of the stump was gone and they had removed the wood chips and cleaned up. The guy on the stump grinder stayed to finish doing his part, including grinding a few feet outside of where the stump came out of the ground. This was done to make sure I had level ground where it had previously been raised by the roots. He even packed down the area for me. I just couldn't be more pleased with their work and level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

His crew, including his Dad, was there on Tuesday morning and went right to work. His Dad spent more than 30 years working on Cal-Trans projects, and he knows and applies their specifications, for a quality job. My system had several breaks, which were wasting water BIG TIME! I have used OC Sprinkler Doctor twice over the years, spending a combined $2,849 for sprinkler work…read moreat my home. The first visit cost $1,133 and covered the initial setup and repairs to both my front and back yard sprinkler systems. They did a good job and I was happy with the results. I brought them back a second time for $1,716 to handle wiring, fix some broken sprinkler components in the front yard, and extend the system to cover additional areas. The wiring of both the front and back systems was done perfectly, and I appreciated that part of the work. That said, if you have fruit trees or citrus in your yard, be aware that they do not have the expertise to handle specialized watering needs for those plants. The sprinklers near my fruit trees were set up incorrectly, and a professional arborist I later consulted told me the configuration would overwater the trees. I called OC Sprinkler Doctor to come back and fix the issue, but they never returned my call. Now I am in a position where I will need to hire a professional arborist who also can do landscaping to come back and fix the sprinkler system again, likely at a cost of $3,000 or more, when I am able to afford it. They are reasonably priced and capable of handling standard sprinkler lawn work, but the lack of specialized knowledge around vegetables, fruit trees and citrus trees, combined with the complete silence when I tried to get the issue resolved, may end up costing me far more in the end.

I had 3 palm trees trimmed. They showed up on time and took the estimated amount of time which was 1 hour. Did it for the agreed upon price. Cleaned up perfectly. Very friendly. Zero complaints. Even offered to trim more off the Palm trees but that is always difficult to figure how much to cut but they did fine and asked if I wanted more trimmed. What more can they do? Will call again in a year or so when I need more trimming. read more

But Lynda, the only person you're permitted to speak with to arrange service, is a liar. We hired J. Moreno Tree Service to take down and manage the removal of three trees. While negotiating the service and the price, we asked for two things: 1) that an 8' section of a specific tree be left so I could make a bench out of it (this request was accompanied by a photo) and 2) that we be able to keep the ground-up trees to use for mulch. "I'll let my guys know to take care of it," Lynda wrote in a text. Guess what? She lied. The guys who came knew nothing about it and by the time I got out there, they had already cut the 8' section into pieces. When I showed the worker the request and the photo, he felt terrible; he had not been told about that, he said. When I contacted Lynda to ensure that we would be getting the mulch, she wrote, "We cant get The mulch because it's mixed with logs (sic)" When I asked why she didn't tell me that when I asked, she wrote, "Im so sorry They came from another job and couldn't it was mixed (sic") In other words, oopsie, tee hee. She had the nerve to blame it on "miscommunication" when it was right there in the text string. Lynda is a liar. Her sole objective is to agree to get you to accept the job. She does not communicate with "her guys." Lynda is a liar.
