The I Heart Butter Tart Concrete ($6.49) that I ordered was a little too much for myself. I did decide to go through and finish the ice cream / sundae just so I don't have anything to go. The interior of the place was properly though out and well designed. Self order stations are available to order from and the ordering interface is one of the better systems I have seen. When I dined in early afternoon on a weekday it was a rather slow day. There were a couple of Shake Shack employees constantly roaming about the premises ready to attend to any customer request. 1 such employee was thoughtful enough to serve me and a group of other customers some water. I have mixed feelings about the bathroom setup. Yes, it is clean and there were a few toilet rooms available, but it requires a code to be entered prior to using. The door screen shows as vacant but an employee still needs to give out the 4 digit code needed to access the toilets. I also found some issues with the water faucet sensors. It is inconsistently picking up my gestures resulting in an unreliable and unsteady flow of running water when I was washing my hands.

There is no seating at this location, so if you are planning on ordering and then waiting, keep in mind fbaf Rudy is pretty slow at making their burgers and you might have to wait in rough weather. Otherwise totally worth it, everything was great about my burger. The meat was crunchy, sauce and other ingredients were delicious and I love the buns they are using. Highly recommended

There is no seating at this location, you can't even go inside. You order from a window and wait on the side of the street until it's ready. So there's little overhead when it comes to seating, cleaning up after customers, etc. That is fine and understandable yet they're asking for tips to take your order while you stand outside and wait. The order in question: two burgers, two drinks and fries. I was given 1 napkin for all of that. Just one napkin. The burgers were small, just a bit bigger than a slider but thin and they were overcooked and burnt all around the edges. The fries were fine, golden and crispy but served in a small bag for $5. If Rudy is trying to save money in this economy, that's fine, but I don't feel the need to give them mine.

The service was friendly and patient as I was greeted upon entry and took my time perusing the menu. The restaurant was very clean and organized, not a lot of stuff on the walls and the bathrooms were in top shape which I appreciated. I ordered the classic double burger, with a side a fries and a cane cola. The burger was delicious! Toppings were fresh and tasty, and it made a mess with the sauces and condiments which is a sign of a great burger. It wasn't overly huge, a good size for my hands and they did get messy as I devoured this scrumptious burger. The Cane Cola was a nice accompaniment to try for the first time but not necessary to enjoy the burger. The fries were golden and crispy and quite a large portion for the price. I just wished the fry lengths were a bit longer as I received a lot of tiny pieces instead of longer potatoes which meant I was scooping them up in my hand to eat them. Not a dealbreaker, just an annoyance. The wait for the food wasn't very long, about 5-8 minutes and they brought the order to the table. I really enjoyed the burger and fries making this NOT just another burger spot but MTTBS = Must try this burger spot!
