Great place to eat Poutine. Highly recommend the mean supreme: very filling, lots of toppings (veggies, onions, meats)

It tasted weird. My main issue was worth it. Maybe because I didn't like the mustard. But i felt like i could make it better at home. The service was very good. The people were nice. The restaurant was clean, but there was nothing else about if that made me wanna go back

First you choose a base of either fried crispy or boiled pierogis, or poutine, or Mac and cheese. There are 12 different pre-set menu combinations to choose from including Buffalo Chicken (halal), BBQ brisket, Smoking Pig Roast (pulled pork with bacon and cheese), West Coast Dog (sliced hot dog), East Coast Don (with beef and lamb donair), as well as a number of vegetarian options. You also have the option of adding toppings such as fried Brussels sprouts, goat cheese, chorizo crumble, etc. The food was prepared quickly. We ordered the Buffalo chicken with boiled pierogis. There were plenty of pierogis that came with the order and each was plump and had a nice bouncy chew with each bite. The Buffalo chicken pieces were fried which provided some contrasting texture. The bbq brisket was saucy and tender. I appreciate that the mac and cheese was also very saucy and had a good cheese pull from the cheeses. There were tonnes of sautéed onions with this dish. My only critique is that the sauce was a bit thin compared to some Mac and cheese sauces that I had in the past. The space is warm and inviting with a combination of table and bar top seating. There's seating for about 18-20 people. There was a family celebrating a child's birthday while we were there and they were raving about how they had to come back after a previous great food experience. Order ahead is also available. Definitely worth checking this place out.

However, if you give me poutine done right, I will devour the fries and everything else in it. I bought a Groupon to dine at this Philthy Philly's eatery a while ago. I had passed by this location in the past, as my favourite Starbucks in Whitby is in this plaza. On Saturday, I drove over here. It was a soggy, rainy day, but it did not deter me from dropping by. I walked in. There were two construction workers in front of me. They were so sweet to let me order first. I said that I needed some time to look at the vast menu and let them take their time to order first. The man handling the cash and the food was polite and helpful. I had $20 to use. I went with the regular Philly cheesesteak and a regular breakfast poutine. I made a mistake with the latter and went a size up than I usually get. I normally do the Phil size, which is the small. When you order a cheeesteak and poutine, you get a drink for free. Nice! After all the dust had settled, I paid $3.14. First, it's nice paying pi. Second, the receipt had blue ink. It was different and cool. I got my cup and filled it up with Diet Coke at the beverage area. I liked the fork dispenser next to it and got a ton of napkins. I knew that I'd need them. I secured a comfy booth and watched TV. Roughly ten minutes later, my food was ready. My Philly cheesesteak had mushrooms, sauteed onions, green peppers, lettuce, and tomatoes. I asked whether the asian BBQ sauce had a strong ginger flavour. The man let me sample it. Awesome! It was perfect and I asked him to put it on my sandwich. My regular breakfast poutine looked amazing. It had two fried eggs, cheesesteak, and bacon. They were all in there with the cheese curds and gravy. I was so excited. I love the cheesesteaks here. It throws me back to visiting Philadelphia. My sandwich was perfect. The bread was perfectly toasted, but it was still soft and yummy. The beef in my cheesesteak was done right. I loved all the veggies and I'm so glad that I went with the asian BBQ sauce. The sandwich was delicious. The breakfast poutine was amazing. I didn't finish it all in one sitting and had the rest of it to take home. I normally don't like my eggs with runny yokes. However, when it mixes in with the gravy and cheese curds, it is a non-issue. I loved the cheesesteak and bacon mixed in with the poutine. It is so over-the-top good! The bacon isn't crispy, which is perfect for me. If you don't like bacon with body, you may want to pass on this one. Otherwise, I could eat the breakfast poutine as a meal. The place is clean. The women's washroom is also clean and maintained extremely well. The only complaint I have is walking around the restaurant. My shoes made that sticky noise whenever I lifted each foot off the floor. Other than that, I love this place. The food is tasty. Staff are courteous and hard-working. There was a steady stream of customers when I dined there. I'd come back in a heartbeat to experience another carb overload. (119)

The guy at the counter had a smile and was very friendly. We came here for lunch and we each got our own. I want to say we got the medium size poutine and it was definitely too much for each to finish on our own. We should have shared or gotten the smaller version. I ordered their pulled pork, my son ordered their jerk chicken, and my wife ordered one with bacon. They were all ok but extremely salty. I love pulled pork? But prefer it to be served with no sauce. This stuff was drenched in sauce to it takes away from the pulled pork. My son's jerk chicken was also very wet and would have preferred it to be served with chicken only with the jerk spices, but should be served wet. Way too salty and I'm not sure I'd return on my next visit.

I ordered one drink for myself and the two of us ordered two basic egg dishes (an omelette and classic breakfast with practically no substitutions and requests). We then waited almost an hour, even though the restaurant was only half full. No one informed us of any delays, and when I mentioned I was in a rush for an appointment, the waitress insisted the food was "10 minutes away," which wasn't true. When I later directly asked the waitress to cancel the order and bring the cheque just for the drink, her apology felt insincere and was followed by a defensive explanation rather than accountability ("I wasn't aware you were in a rush"). At that point, I didn't really want to argue, I just wanted to pack up the food that finally came (although it was strangely already cold) and pay. We also found it strange that they wanted to charge an extra $1 just to serve the potato sauce on the side, even though it already comes with the dish, which we found to be odd This was just a simple dietary accommodation request to not coat potatoes in sauce but only serve a little on the side, we're not asking for anything in addition to the meal. Overall, not worth it.
