Tuna with Avocado and a citrus puree. I also ate pork belly and it was delicious

I live in Southern California and ensure I dine at Pottoka when in Paris. Sebastian GravE's exquisite presentations and cacophony of flavors in every dish (entree and desserts) are the best I have eaten globally. It is very quaint an unassuming place but the service after you enter is world class. Be patient as it has very limited seating and they have the BEST food in Paris. It is also a short walk to The Eiffel Tower and very safe.

Our family enjoy the food tremendously here! Definitely need to get the razor claim and grill baby squid as appetizers! My daughter don't usually like seafood can't stop eating and used up all the bread for the delicious sauce. My son enjoyed the pork chop and sauce was delicious. My husband and I have the grill scallops. All amazingly tasty!

Amazing dinner and best meal that we had at end of our trip in Paris. We ordered the pork trotter croquettes and calamari as starters.Highly recommend. For entrees, the codfish and hake dishes were cooked perfectly, with fish not overdone and the sauces complementing each dish. Service was impeccable and very attentive with great recommendations. Highly recommend and would come back here next time we are back.

Spent 7 nights in Paris and this restaurant was my favorite. Not only was the food outstanding, our waiter was excellent and made us feel so comfortable (and he had an excellent wine recommendation). The food was extremely flavorful and beautifully presented (I should have taken photos of the food, but was too focused on eating and enjoying the meal). From the appetizer to the dessert, we enjoyed it all. The restaurant is also just 2 blocks or so from the Eiffel Tower, which made it easy to get an up-close look at the tower lit up and sparkling at night after dinner. A nice end to the evening. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would go back in a heartbeat.

We all thought this was the best meal we've had in Paris so far. Reservations are. MUST. There are 2 settings, 19:30 and 21:30. It's very small , of course, but that only adds to its charm. Service was calm and professional. Our waiter spoke English, a great help for us. :)the 3 course menu was 35 Euro each...with supplement and wine, 180. Service not included. Our starters were the soups (see photos), plays included duckling, pork belly, and beef. Everyone craved, and clean plates abounded. I forgot to take pics of dessert--they looked too good to delay over. Pretty sure you'll love this gem!

I like their south western French cuisine Apart from the tight space of the restaurant, I like everything The cuisine is good and the location is good as well

We came back a second time for dinner because we were so impressed by their lunch service. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area. The street is full of restaurants that are recommended by the Michilen guide. This restaurant is owned by Sebastien Graves. Before opening his own restaurant, he worked for Christian Constant, who basically owns this street. The service here was spot on for lunch, but a little off at dinner tonight. Nothing really major - just slow with delivering the bread. But everything went smoothly afterwards. I would recommend everything on the menu. Every dish coming out of the kitchen was plated beautifully. If I had more time in Paris, I would come back to try the entire menu. The flavors of the dishes we tried were updated French with Asian influences. Let me start by saying my starter of cod served with a crab consume was fabulous. The fish was medium rare, and the crab consume was bold and complex. You can taste the crab guts in the broth. Just wonderful goodness. My wife had the sea bream tartar, omg was what she said. It was so bright and fresh, the ingredients all complemented each other. We had the monkfish as our plat, it was a dish for two. The monkfish was wrapped in bacon and served with potatoes, chestnuts, clams and seasonal vegetables. All I can say is this dish was done right. The sauce, the protein, everything was perfectly cooked in this dish. For dessert, we ordered the honey ice cream and yogurt cream. This was amazing. So light and refreshing, a perfect end after a rich main course. We also had the chocolate ganache and peanut ice cream. This one was very rich. A spoonful with the salt, chili, and chocolate crumble together offered the perfect bite. It was a combination that just tingles all your taste buds. The basque cake we had at lunch on an earlier visit should also not be missed - moist and buttery. Make reservation or plan for an early dinner when in Paris. The restaurant gets busy very quickly.

My meal was super good! Harcort white fish with mushroom foam and herb sauce

This place was a recommndation from a friend. You must make reservations, limited seating. The food is Basque. I started with the melted camembert cheese and fried bread. I called it my deconstructed grilled cheese sandwich. It was so good, the cheese was melted in a iron skillet eith slices of bacon over it. The fried bread were on slice of good bread cut into 4 slices fried and served on a salad with balsamic like dressing. It was awesome! I had the hacort fish, with mushroom foam and herb sauce. It looks strange but the flavors were impeccable! I had the gatau Basque for dessert .. it is a traditional cake kind of custardy, buttery light. Served with ice cream. The meal was about 50 euros with no wine, pricey but worth it!

Having an exhausting first day in Paris, dining at this restaurant finished it on a very high note. The restaurant is fairly small and you may find yourself sitting inches away from an adjacent table, but it's all worth it! This restaurant offers a reasonably priced 5-course "surprise" prix-fix menu. It's roughly 65€ a person. The dishes that accompany this meal are so playful and full of flavor that it will play mind games with the guests. For example, one of the biggest mind-boggling combinations that we had on a dish was chicken accompanied by a broccoli and banana puree. I repeat, a broccoli and banana puree. What in the world?!?! Personally, I would have never have thought to mix these two ingredients together to make a sauce, but somehow and someway, it paired well with the chicken that was prepared. When taking a slice of the chicken, the broccoli/banana puree, and the black sesame sauce, and combine them for the perfect bite, it all gels together and you can see the vision the chef wanted to make for his guests. It's safe to say that throughout the meal, the one thing that was observed is that the chef loves to mix sweet with savory items. Another mind-boggling example was the meringue on top of a crab cake. The service was friendly and attentive. Another positive was that their English is pretty good, so if you're not a native speaker, don't worry, they got you! Bottom Line: Definitely worth a try! The prix-fix menu is the way to go if you have hard times deciding what to eat like we do!

Likely the best meal I've ever had. This small restaurant delivered in the biggest way. The service was good but the food was incredible. Course after course we were amazed. I'll come again every time I'm in Paris.

To be or not to be? Should I add another 5 star rating to this hidden newly opened gem and make it Too popular to score a reservation at short notice? O'rite. So here it is, it was amazing. Order: 3 course prefix for Euro35. Everything was delicious. Champagne is $13 per glass, not listed on wine menu. So skip Champagne! Read a review stating wasn't enough food.. in my opinion, I was 110% at the end of the meal and food coma started to kick in.

Had a wonderful meal here with my cousins. Every bite was an experience. I highly recommend this Provençal gem. Pork belly entre was superb, tapas excellent. Basque cake perfect.

Let me tell you discovering this place was the highlight of our trip. Sam the manager is amazing and was able to get us the last table at 9pm at the bar. This restaurant should be 5 stars that is how awesome the food and service is when we went. We had the sea bass tartar gazpacho to start.... Amazing amazing amazing the price for three course meal was 35 euro which I thought was a bargain. The main course I had the pork belly and my girl had the crispy chicken. Again perfect and delivered after we finished our apps perfect timing. Dessert we left it up to Sam and he didn't disappoint. I mean when I tell you a legitimate 5 star meal at the price u would pay for an average place. Total cost with wine 95 euro and worth every penny. If you don't go, then you have missed out on something special.. On a great Street in a great neighborhood.

Pork chop for one. Wonderful! One chop .

We enjoyed our dinner on the outside of the restaurant after about a 20-30 minute wait. The bone marrow had the best flavor I've experienced for the dish. However, it is definitely overshadowed by the rich flavor of the foie gras. This experience was unforgettable, with our view of Parisian streets on a brisk, April night. We even came back on our last night, but didn't realize the hours on Google maps was for the deli. The restaurant closes earlier, before 9:00 PM. This meal got us thinking about Paris in a positive light, and we hope to be able to come back to eat the amazing dishes again!

They had a number of goods to choose from and I ended up buying a few things for souvenirs. As for the actual restaurant, they had a number of delicious sounding items on their menu. Our server was very attentive to us and helped us decide on our dinner orders. Similar to the other restaurants though. After our food was delivered, it was far in between when we were checked on again. And after dessert it took even longer for our server to bring the bill. Overall, the food was a letdown. I do not exaggerate when I say that the frog legs just tasted like slightly flavored water. My friend's ravioli had a fairly decent flavored sauce but the pasta was a bit chewy. My friend's duck breast was pretty tough; I had noticed the table next to us also ordered it and they seemed to have trouble finishing/cutting theirs as well. As for my steak with foie gras, well the steak was once again tough and the foie gras was weirdly stringy. It was soft for the most part but there were parts that were tough and stringy. Maybe that's a section that's generally separated in the preparation process and it was missed? In any case it was disappointing. What wasn't disappointing was dessert though; perfectly sweet and balanced.
