We loved this place. The potstickers were fantastic and we also really enjoyed the wings and shrimp cocktail. The potstickers were so delicious and the cocktail drinks were so good too. read more

10/10 spot!! Service, food, atmosphere all of it is amazing. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

We ordered the potstickers sampler, which was nicely varied and full of flavor. The surf and turf was a great value, with a generous amount of shrimp and chicken. The garlic eggplant was crispy and absolutely delicious. Scallion pancakes were solid and well-prepared. We also enjoyed the creative assortment of original cocktails--definitely worth trying. Overall, a great experience with plenty of standout dishes. read more

Having lived in Hawaii, LA , DC and other major cities I've tried maybe the best DimSum available outside of China. The potstickers here are some of the best i've had any where. There are 5 different dipping sauces available, and more than a half dozen types of fillings. Yum but not to be out done by the fried rice! Use that to catch all the extra sauce and filling!!! There is a creative bar menu too. All in a pleasant, comfortable environment with great service. Highly recommend. read more

It is a quaint, friendly, date night destination with phenomenal potstickers! Service was timely friendly and informative and the food was great. They have other food items but I'd highly recommend sticking with their specialty. They have several varieties to choose from. Add a glass of wine, relax and enjoy this small neighborhood secret! read more

Potsticker - Potstickers! - Asian Fusion Near Me - Saint Paul, Minnesota

I've anxiously awaited the opening of Potsticker as I live nearby. I've since visited Potsticker 2 times in 3 days, once eating in and once take out. Eating in is the way to go to get the best of Potstickers food and feel. Eating food hot and fresh from the kitchen is fantastic. Potsticker offers a few appetizers. I've tried the chili cucumbers and the Korean wings. The cukes were crunchy, slippery and subtly spicy. The wings needed a boost of flavor to go with its nice crispness. Alone the wings were bland. We also have tried the Shrimp and Chicken fried rice, Pork Belly fried rice and the Ribeye Noodles. All are flavorful with generous portions of proteins and perfectly cooked and seasoned rice. We did need to ask for a serving utensil when eating in. Finally - Potstickers! A nice selection of potstickers are featured on the menu as well as a variety of dipping sauces. We've tried each of the following- (Shrimp, Beef & Chives) (Beef & Carrot) (Cilantro Pork) (Chicken & Celery). Each was delicious - here was where take out showed negatively as keeping dumplings hot is challenging. The sauces, Classic and Ginger, are great but have not tried the Old Godmother Sauce due to fear of excessive heat. I look forward to trying the other portions of the menu in the near future. My only other comment is that the. table top fills quickly with plates if ordering 2+ items. Don't miss the bar featuring unique cocktails, sake and wine. read more

We went here for Father's Day and it was AMAZING!! Drinks were fun, service was impeccable and the Potsticker Tour was a delight! Adorable inside, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Incredible experience and can't wait to go back! read more

Darrien was great, welcoming atmosphere and food. As a vegan I felt included by the options

Visited 9/6/24. First time at Potsticker and overall I really enjoyed it. Made reservation with 3 friends a few days prior but they likely could've accommodated some walk ins as well. The place is cutely decorated-for four of us we worried a bit about the table being a bit small, especially based on what we ordered but we made it work! Service was solid and prompt with the perfect amount of check ins. They had a good assortment of drinks and I ended up going with a seltzer from Urban Growler. To start we all split the House Cucumbers. These were very flavorful and I enjoyed the spice on them-definitely wouldn't recommend eating them with chopsticks as we all started out with these and after multiple slips and clothing stains we deemed that they were better to eat with a fork. Two of my friends ordered the Surf and Turf fried rice and the Ribeye noodles with shrimp subbed in place of the ribeye. My other friend and I split the Potsticker Tour for Two, which was really great deal. With this you get two of every flavor potsticker, all sauces, and an entree to split (we split the pork belly fried rice). Really great deal and you'll likely leave with leftovers. I also love trying different flavors so it was really fun to hear about all of them. While our waiter did tell us the sauces and potstickers to start, by the end it was hard for us to remember who had tried each one and which ones were which-I would highly highly recommend with this special that they get some kind of paper menu guide underneath or to the side (like with some flights of beer at other places) so people can remember which is which and also a pairing guide for which sauces go best with each dumpling would also be amazing. There were times where I liked specific dumplings and sauces on their own but together they didn't go well at all. I would also say that my favorites were the ones where they were willing to get more adventurous like the Kimchi pork and the butternut squash & shrimp because some of the others started to blend together flavor wise. Loved the pork belly fried rice. Overall I loved the idea of the potsticker tour for two and had a fun experience with it but a few tweaks like the ones above would've made me love it even more. read more

Avoid disappointment and make reservations. Fun, small dive. Reminds me of NYC where it's quaint and they fit as many people in every available nook and cranny. Easy street parking. We tried the shrimp/chicken fried rice, the ribeye with egg noodles, cilantro and pork potstickers and the potstickers with shrimp and beef. Our favorite was the ribeye entree, good for sharing for two if you augment with appetizers. The gochuang dipping sauce was the best, very flavorful, not spicy at all. The classic sauce was too vinaigry and the only thing we didn't care for. Fried rice is good but taste is ordinary, not extraordinary. read more

Took an order to go...mu shu pork, general chicken, three different dumplings, and some sides. Everything was ready within 20 minutes and it was all packed well to travel. The pork belly fries were amazing and all the dumplings lived up to the hype. I will be going back! read more

Terrible service I waited 40 minutes, which is 20 minutes after they quoted our pick up time they said they didn't have our food no communication once we got the food. Food was crap. They don't even use scallion pancakes anymore. They use regular flour tortillas business is definitely gone under. I would not recommend this place. read more

The flavor is flat. Most disappointing is the sauce. The sauce should be the easiest part, potstickers from the frozen section from the grocery store taste better. read more

Quaint tasteful restaurant. Plenty of free parking. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is amazing. Fresh quality ingredients. The soup is my favorite followed by the chicken teriyaki potstickers and pork with chive potstickers. I've enjoyed every dish I've had to include the highly addictive cucumbers. This is one of our top 5 restaurants to go to in St Paul. I would recommend making a reservation for weekend visits. A true neighborhood restaurant with staff that appreciate the customers. read more

The menu looked terrific and we were very much looking forward to ordering. 25 mins later, we left, without so much as having an order taken. I'm not sure what we could have done to upset the server, as all we did was sit down after asking if it was okay to do so. We were given menus, the table was wiped down, and we then spent the rest of the visit watching the guy spend lots of time chatting with the other guests and refusing to acknowledge us. Today's a tough one for everyone in the city, so lets assume someone was having a bad day and come back another time to enjoy the food read more

So good I love this place. Food is thebest Asian food in twin cities. Way better than any other dumpling restaurant around!

Found this on Yelp when out shopping and had a great experience. Helpful staff, nice service. We had the "Potsticker Flight for Two" which had two of each of their 8 potsticker types, plus some of each of their 5 dipping sauces. In addition, you get an entree and we chose the Ribeye Noodles for $5 more. All were delicious and we enjoyed sampling our way through. Definitely worth a return! read more

Was very excited that Potsticker had tofu options for General Tso's tofu, but was disappointed after trying it. The tofu pieces were huge; too big to be bite-sized. They were flash fried with no breading or coating at all, so the tofu was a little tough on the outside. The inside didn't really taste like it was cooked or seasoned. Sauce was good and service was excellent. Will probably try Potsticker again but not the tofu. read more

We came here on a Sunday afternoon for my daughter's birthday around 1pm and the Open sign wasn't on. We went in anyway and found out it was open. The food was great and the service was good. We wondered why we were the only ones there? After a while, another guy came in but it was way too empty for this great place. We ordered the tour for two, edamame and kimchi fried rice for the 4 of us and they were enough. We finished them all. Delicious! read more

One of my favorite places now. I would eat here every week if I could. Obsessed is putting it lightly. We got one of the feasts so we could sample all the potstickers, some entrees, and appetizers. All of it was phenomenal and well priced for the portion sizes read more

The flavors were great, the decor was clean & beautiful, the service was knowledgeable & pleasant

This is a fantastic new modern and casual, upscale joint serving some delicious fresh-made potstickers! It was bustling on a Friday night at dinner but we were quickly seated at an open table. Things are a bit drafty if seated by the side door- hopefully they can fix this. There's a good selection of unique cocktails, including a cocktail flight of four different drinks off the menu! I have not seen this before at other restaurants, and thought it was a nice menu feature. There are some wines, sakes, beers, and n/a beverages. The menu obviously features pot stickers, but there are some other dishes that sounds interesting including fried rice, and some wings. We had two orders of true pick two potstickers and sauces. The pork and chives were the best! Enjoyed trying the different sauces as well. A meal of 6 pot stickers is perfect- not too filling! So glad to have this new restaurant near by! read more

I went here on Xmas 2024. It was very chaotic but I felt the staff were total professionals despite most door dashers and some patrons being wildly unreasonable. The food we ordered ran out the but the staff was quick to offer alternatives that were delicious. I felt the pork belly noodles were awesome and the pot stickers were amazing. We had a party of 4 but they were even able to squeeze in a 5 year old dining with us despite a packed dining room. If you're looking for amazing food and great service this is the spot. Great value for the price. Thank you pot sticker for a super fun Christmas dinner. read more

Food here was expensive; for the taste? Yeah. The scallion cake I ordered, which I forgot to take a picture, was burned..... like what? The dumplings were not good. At least these two. But I doubt the other ones would be any better. The fried rice was ok but I wish they had something to accompany it. (Is that how you write/say it? The service was ok but somewhat judgy? That was weird. The ambience was too dark on some areas and bright on others. Very small space for what they are doing there. read more

Ordered via DoorDash as I was at hotel on business. Food arrived hot but after that was not good at all. Ordered General Tso's and Buddha Delight. Tso's was completely flavorless, more the color and texture of a chicken nugget in weak sweet and sour. The Buddha Delight had the flavor of old soy sauce and was greasy with only green beans in it. I'm sure this isn't what they want to put out, but if both dishes are bad, there's a problem. read more

Great new spot! We got the pork belly fried rice and the ribeye noodles, would highly recommend both. Also they don't have a kids menu but our kids devoured this food! An unexpected delight! While the menu isn't huge, there's a great selection of potstickers and several entrees that are sure to please anyone in your group. The ribeye noodles were the star of the show, with perfectly cooked ribeye. The potstickers were good, and really large. Service was very attentive, though we did feel a bit rushed to make ordering decisions and pay the bill. However, the server was very nice. read more
