Potsticker combo

We always drive by this spot and say "we should go there sometime!" Well, we finally stopped in for dinner and oh so glad we did. We got the signature potstickers and split orange chicken. I really likes the beef and carrot potsticker and the kale potsticker. The orange chicken was absolutely delightful, not too sweet or sticky, just wonderful. We were also swayed to try a couple of cocktails since there was a margarita special going. Cocktails were also fantastic. It was a hoppin' evening and we could see why. Our bartender/server were also fantastic. Stop on in to Potsticker!

Sampler Card

This place absolutely blew my mind. I am shocked it has not gotten more local praise. I ordered the potsticker sampler and every new type made me think it was my new favorite. I could go round and round and still feel like the most recent one was my new favorite. They were delicately prepared. Soft, moist, and glistening, they had that perfect crisp on the bottom. The sauces were fantastic too. The flavors were so good that I felt paralyzed by the options. The ribeye noodles were absolutely incredible. The attention to detail was amazing, right down to the pea pods. They were a vibrant green with spots of char and it was a perfect cook. I will be back as often as I can. Wow, that was good.

Lunch with my cousin

Cute little local spot. Met my cousin for lunch, we met early, which was helpful, it could get full fast. Good potstickers, I tried two kinds: Beef, Shrimp & Chive | Butternut Squash & Shrimp. They were... alright. There was a flavor I couldn't place in one of them, maybe orange peel? It was a bit bitter, but not totally off putting. Would like to try some of their other items on the menu. Nice staff. Street parking (which is dicey in the snow)

They make really good spawn mees! Delays in the customer service should be really really good professional!

You need to be careful coming here because you can easily over order and have a ton of leftovers. The pork belly fried rice is one of my favorites and doing a sampler platter of just one each of the pot stickers is more than enough. But always. I always enjoy an old fashioned made with Japanese whisky. I almost had the smoked Manhattan but maybe next time. Another tasty treat are the fries. Drizzled in a hot pepper peanut oil, they are so amazingly tasty! Service is always quick and it's definitely worth making reservations as the place is definitely limited in size.

This place is so cute! Its very small so if it's Happy Hour or dinner time i would recommend calling ahead. The house kimchi was fantastic. The curry potstickers were my favorite but i enjoyed all of them. We got the sampler. Great cocktail menu too! Our server was amazing, i didn't catch her make but me & my friends will be back for sure.

First time here for dinner. Make a reservation as it got busy. The food was outstanding, and doing the potsticker sampler gets you a ton of potstickers, the dipping sauces, and a large entree. The two of us could not finish all the food. Our waiter was just awesome, both in his service and personality. Purchased frozen potstickers to go. We will be back!

Came here on a Friday night. It wasn't too busy but it took a long time to get seated. Potstickers were so good! Pork cilantro were amazing Fast casual but can be a super cute hidden hem date spot!! They also have strong cocktails!

Ordered this for delivery at Wandering Leaf. It was good! My only complaint being that it didn't come with silverware and one piece of chicken was so big I really needed a knife I didn't have. Good food! Would eat again. The potstickers were a hit with my friend and I.

Dumpings!

The dumplings are to die for! Super fun flavors and colors too. Portions of other dinner dishes were huge as well, you'll have lots of leftovers. Cute atmosphere too -- somewhat smaller so call ahead to ensure seating!

This is a nice neighborhood hang outs! Surprisingly good. A lot of Korean flavors. The potstickers are actually good with generous fillings. The Sze Chuan Fries has bulgogi flavored pork belly, crispy goodness with right amount of kick (spiciness). The Korean wings are as it should Crispy and Juicy. This is not a fancy place but service is amazing! and they have a Bar!

Pork kimchi potstickers and beef/shrimp/chive potstickers

Potsticker is a smaller establishment, so I recommend getting a reservation. It seems to be popular with an older crowd for some reason and we could tell that it has a lot of regulars. It can get a little noisy in there when it's full! Our server Bo (green hair and tattoos) was fantastic and seemed to be singlehandedly holding the place together (bartending, running food, hosting, bussing, serving), whereas the rest of the staff were kind of wandering around doing random tasks like filling waters and lighting candles. We tried the pork kimchi potstickers and the beef, shrimp, and chive potstickers, both of which were a step up from your typical potsticker. The classic sauce was also quite good. They had a szechuan steak and frites special which was pure perfection. The fries were seasoned with a great combination of spices and the ribeye was ridiculously flavorful and tender! The staff kept apologizing for the wait and even gave us a free dessert (a delicious creme brulee) for it, but we honestly didn't feel like the wait was that long at all!

Stopped into PotStickers for dinner with my husband on a whim, and we're so glad we did! First things first--this is a relatively small space, with a max capacity of about 25-30 people. It creates a nice, intimate atmosphere, but it's not the kind of spot where you linger too long after your meal. Mission is to eat and go! I ordered eight potstickers, half cilantro pork and half curry chicken. Both were delicious, but the cilantro pork was the clear winner for me. Each potsticker was nicely portioned with a solid amount of filling. I also ordered the ginger smash sauce--I'd absolutely get it again. The eight potstickers felt more like an appetizer than a full meal for me, so I also ordered the Korean wings. They were crispy, saucy, and an absolute must-order again! My husband went for a stir-fry chicken dish, which he really enjoyed. The portion was huge--plenty for leftovers the next day. He also got an Old Fashioned, and according to him, it was one of the best he's ever had. Long story less long--we had a great time and will definitely be back! Next time, we'll be stopping in for a happy hour potsticker run.

I have been here two times in the last week and lemme tell ya.. this is quite the spot. I do suggest making a reservation because everytime I go here it is popping! What a vibey place, the lights aren't too bright, it gives a hip, fun, light energy and is not too pretentious but has INCREDIBLE FOOD AND DRINKS. Right now, one of their specials is whitefish toast.. if you enjoy fish at all, you need this. The fish is light and fresh, they put fresh dill on top and it is placed on top of some toasted sourdough bread perfectly. The fish is flavorful, a lil earthy and I feel as if there are capers or olives in in the fish mixture, whatever it is is fire! The burrata, beets, and citrus is a nice lovely, fresh, light app, the burrata is perfection with the beets and fresh, juicy citrus, drizzled with some oil and random pieces of garlic mixed in, YUM. I suggest ordering bread on the side with this one! The wings here are a staple and always delish. Crispy, hot, and coated perfectly in a light sweet chili sauce.. they hit the spot everytime. The housemade ranch is a perfect dipper. The other day I tried the chorizo and scallops... oh my goodness gracious.. it was a lil spicy and creamy with the bean puree and the scallops were buttery, light and divine! 10 outta 10 would do again. Finally, got the goat cheesecake, gluten free ginger snap crust with poached pears. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I want this now and in every lifetime! The cheesecake was light, yet decadent, deep, creamy with a light, unassuming flavor. The crust was delicious and the poached pears added that perfect fruit component. I got Liam as my server both times, he was helpful, attentive, had good suggestions when asked questions and didn't interrupt at all, amazing! This is the spot for any occasion!

The host asked us a bit later if we'd like to sit down at some bar seats that opened up, which was very kind! I ordered the martini du jour and am obsessed. If you like martinis, this is the spot for sure! Looking forward to retuning!

But, we were able to order and drink one drink during the ~45 minutes we had. They closed up shop promptly at 10pm. They had a classics and a "rumors" section of the menu. I didn't think the signature drinks were overly unique, with classics like Paper Plane making that menu side. I had a pomegranate mojito which was good! Consensus was that the cocktails were good not exceptional, especially for the $16-17 price point. We ordered churros for the table which were a table favorite! I got the vereniki (filled with potato and onions - more commonly known as peorogi) smothered in a mushroom cream sauce, topped with steak and onion straws. It was delicious and super hearty; not something I could eat very often. I also got a Moscow mule but was a bit bummed at how weak it was and the fact that it wasn't served in the traditional copper cup that helps keep the ice from melting and diluting the drink. I also want to point out that they added a 3.8% credit card charge (which I know is becoming more srandard), and a 20% gratuity, even though we were only a table of 5. Overall, I had a good time and enjoyed myself but not sure there is much there to bring me back anytime soon.

It is in the Mac-Groveland neighborhood so there is ample street parking nearby if you turn on any of the side streets. The restaurant does get busy at dinner, so I recommend making a reservation ahead of time. They have many unique options for cocktails and mocktails. I opted for the Slaychel which is a non-alcoholic beverage that I think of as an elevated mimosa. It is fruity, slightly tart, and delicious! The service was great! Our water was frequently refilled and never got empty, and our server asked about any allergies and dietary restrictions before we ordered. They were able to modify menu items to fit the different dietary restrictions! Two people in our party (including myself) are vegetarians and one member is gluten-free and also doesn't consume much dairy or eggs. They were able to serve the patatas bravas with the egg on the side and the grilled asparagus with the egg and cheese on the side so we were able to all share the starters. The patatas bravas were wonderful! The potatoes are perfectly crispy but still fluffy. The tomato sauce was slightly smokey and had a very slight kick (think Minnesota spice) and it balanced out well with the creamy tomato. If you're only going to try one appetizer, this is the one to try! The asparagus was also nice. The salsa verde had a slight kick (a bit more than the tomato sauce from the patatas bravas, but not super spicy. Still Minnesota level of spice). The shallots also added a nice crispy texture to the dish! The egg really stood out in this dish, with its runny yolk and batter coating. There were a lot of nice elements and textures. As for pastas, I split the Spaghetti and Radiatore with a friend. The Radiatore was nutty and tangy, and the serving size was generous. I enjoyed it, but I would order the Spaghetti over it any day! I don't even know how to describe the Spaghetti and do it justice. It was creamy, cheesy, delicious. Our server said it was a staff favorite, and I understand why. If you're looking for a vegetarian option, go with this one!! Even if you aren't a vegetarian, give it a try. It's so classic, and it's done so well. For dessert: they give free churros when you're dining in! They are served warm with a chocolate drizzle. We also ordered the Honey Cake which we enjoyed a lot! The cake itself was light, like a mousse. There was some crunch from the hazelnut praline and honeycomb toffee pieces. It was nutty and sweet but not overly sweet. It was a perfect way to finish off the meal! Estelle was delicious and the service was great! I can't wait to come back!
