    Tricolor salad
    Aarti G.

I'm not sure why this place has such a low Yelp score but the food and service were great. We made a reservation though this wasn't necessary as there was plenty of seating when we arrived. There's plenty of parking. We weren't super hungry so we shared a salad and chicken parm and subbed the side pasta for spaghetti. Everything was delicious. The Tricolor salad was fresh and flavorful with a nice acidity. It was really just different leaves without any veggies but it paired well with the chicken parm. The chicken was a large quantity and easily fed both of us. However, I was disappointed by the little pasta on the side which I would say is the cheaper part of the dish. The pasta was so good I wanted more of it.

I was so impressed with this place, it went beyond my expectations and I cannot wait to return. We went for my husband's birthday and cannot wait to bring more people here! We got clams casino and they were some of the best I've had, the clams were huge! We also got chicken franchise, eggplant parm, and a side of broccoli rabe. All of the plates were extremely large, they absolutely did not skimp on portions. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the eggplant parm was the best I've ever had. It was huge, and assembled like a lasagna almost. I cannot get over it and will be returning just for that. The broccoli rabe side was bitter and delicious. Service was excellent, everyone was so nice and the inside is really nicely appointed. We also got the tiramisu sundae for dessert and it was also huge !! Overall amazing value for what you get, remember to bring your appetites

This is the place if you want to have a casual dinner or go sit at the bar watch the football game and have a great dinner with some appetizers! We started with the risotto balls , yes, you might think there's not a lot but damn they are very good and the sauce that they're in is amazing!10/10 I also ordered a paper plane which was very good and the bartender was very attentive ! The steak frites ! They were the best ones I've ever had ! Hands-down, the steak was good, but having the egg on top of glossy glaze truffle fries that were very well balanced with the juice of the steak. I don't think they can make that part any better besides the quality of the steak! Also, I'm not a huge fan of a strong truffle flavor and the fries were not overpowering everything balance so well! It's a must try. The people next to me also had pepperoni pizza which looked phenomenal with the little cups of pepperonis !!!

I have been here a bunch of times Nice bar area and a fine selection of higher end wine #caymusvineyards. I enjoyed the rigatoni and added meat balls to it. Huge portion. I got 3 meals out of it.

Easily one of the best Italian options in Western Massachusetts! I grew up here and I come back to eat at this restaurant specifically every time I visit home because it always blows us away. I consider buying half the menu to go as meal prep for the next few days because each time i'm that impressed.

We been here a couple time for lunch. They have great pick half lunch menus to choose. Beautiful place, friendly staffs, and awesome food. Would love to come back here for dinner sometime and try some of their amazing dishes.

Nice spot in the heart of Longmeadow, been here a couples times now, once at lunch and once for dinner. The pizza is pretty good, although the menu isn't very big and it's limited. Even their beer menu is lacking, no Sam Adam's selections in Massachusetts? Weird. The hostess staff is kind of hit or miss, especially at dinner but doable. Overall not a bad spot for a quick bite.

Went out for an early dinner on Friday. I've never been to Posto before. It's in the Longmeadow strip. Parking was fine, there is a large parking lot. Inside it is a mix of old and new, as the menu states the fare is. The walls have old pictures and then some contemporary items. It's a nice mix. My companion and I ate in the bar area. Evidently, it gets rather busy there on Friday night as many of the high-top tables and bench tables had "Reserved" signs on them. Our server, Sarah was punctual and came just after I sat down. My companion was already there drinking a beer. We chatted for a bit about the place as I perused the menu. At the suggestion of Sarah, I ordered the "merci merci me" drink. Very interesting and actually quite good. My companion had been to Posto regularly so they ordered the mussels appetizer. I ordered the Butternut squash ravioli. As a side note, the pasta is made fresh daily. The mussels come out in a huge bowl. It's a spicy broth they use and it burned my mouth tasting it. My companion loves this dish. My pasta looked divine. The ravioli was cooked al dente with the gently sweet Butternut squash perfectly encased inside. The pictures don't do justice as the flavor was very good. For dessert...I am ashamed to admit that I didn't take any pictures... just dove head first into it... the flourless chocolate cake with almond Gelato and salted caramel drizzle topped with a small dollop of mascarpone cheese and vanilla-chocolate straws. We had this with expresso. It was simply heavenly. The cake was dense and so flavorful, the Gelato and salted caramel drizzled sauce was the perfect complement. We shared this and I'm glad we did as it was too decadent for one person to finish on their own. I'd say this is a good spot to meet after work on Fridays. It's not cheap and probably better to get a reservation as by the time we left it was hopping busy.

Finally got to Posto in East Longmeadow and it was a treat! It's a fun Italian restaurant with a gorgeous little patio, awesome bar, and even better food. We really liked everything -- except we'd upgrade the pasta with the chicken parm to linguine or penne next time! We tried the Sopressata pizza which was sooo good. Also the cacio e Pepe fries are a crowd pleaser! You have to try it!

The best damn meatloaf you'll ever have

Listen....just listen to me real quick. Dont waste your time going to any other Italian restaurant in Western MA. This place fucking blew me away. The old fashioned that they make goes down like juice and got me intoxicated enough to start ordering everything off the menu. Order the risotto balls for an app, it basically comes in like a fucking ice cream cone filled with garlic mashed potatoes. For dinner I got the meatloaf, and after my first bite it was hard for me not to make love to it. If you're looking to take your significant other on a nice Italian dinner style date or just looking to impress...whoever you eat meals with, take them here instead of driving into the city. I spent $200 on a dinner for two (with drinks, apps, and desserts). Not even mad about it.

Quite expensive but you get what you pay for. Home made pasta, not shy on the garlic, and decent bourbon choices at the bar

Some restaurants serve food. Others tell a story…read more At bNapoli Italian, Chef Momo Camara does both. I've been a fan of Chef Momo since his days at Harbor View Hotel on Martha's Vineyard, where his talent was already impossible to ignore. Yes, he's the chef who cooked for President Obama twice, but what impresses me most isn't the celebrity connection. It's his commitment to seasonality, sustainability, and the people behind the food. Chef Momo doesn't just buy ingredients--he builds relationships. He visits local farms, works directly with producers, and supports local businesses throughout Western Massachusetts. That philosophy is the heart and soul of bNapoli. This time, my favorite dish was the Hamachi Crudo. Thin slices of yellowtail, cured with salt, sugar, and citrus zest, floated in an orange acqua pazza so vibrant it tasted like sunshine meeting the sea. Clean, delicate, and beautifully balanced. The squid tonnarelli was equally memorable. Tender squid folded into house-made pasta with a lemon tomato sugo simmered for three hours, enriched with lobster stock, Calabrian chilies, crab, and shrimp. Rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. My daughter's favorite showcased Chef Momo's creativity at its finest. Using a pâte à choux-based dough, he achieved a texture that seemed to defy gravity--ethereally light, impossibly pillowy, and delicate enough to disappear on the tongue. Paired with sweet roasted corn, asparagus, lemon crema, and crispy basil, the dish tasted like summer distilled into a single plate. As an Asian female chef, I couldn't help but reflect on how underrepresented chefs of color remain in fine dining. Some of the most talented chefs I've met throughout my career deserve greater recognition, and Chef Momo is certainly one of them. His food speaks for itself--thoughtful, elegant, technically precise, and deeply rooted in community. If representation matters to you, if supporting local farms matters to you, if celebrating extraordinary culinary talent matters to you, don't just talk about it. Show up. Make a reservation. Support Chef Momo. Western Massachusetts is lucky to have him.

In your description of pasta puttanesca, you failed to mention there would be onion. The person I was with hates onion. I was nice to that person and traded meals with him. He got my seafood risotto and I got the puttanesca. I could not taste any anchovies or salt in the dish, and I discovered i don't like it. I sent it back and ordered Alfredo with shrimp. One of my shrimp was NOT deveined. That's right, it still had its poop. And the level of black pepper in the dish was so strong, it left a metallic after taste. The seafood risotto was over cooked. Babies could have been fed that rice it was so mushy. That risotto was NOT creamy, just mush. And again, it needed salt. On a note that has nothing to do with food, we got one drink refill from the the water kid. He walked by us later, gave us a dirty look when we pointed to our empty cups, and kept walking.
