Ryan, Suzanne, and Mary have been incredibly patient, kind, personable, and--most importantly--helpful. I've had a lot to learn, and each of them has taken the time to truly "teach me the ropes." Yesterday, I walked in at 4:29 p.m. (they close at 4:30) with nine packages to ship. Instead of feeling rushed, I was greeted with a warm, "Hello! Come on in--how can we help?" I kept apologizing for coming in so close to closing, and they immediately reassured me: "Oh please, we're here to help--don't worry, we've got you." Their professionalism and genuine kindness do not go unnoticed. I'm so grateful for this team and the way they consistently support small businesses like mine.
