Ollie has been in for grooming before and we have had great results- they are easy and convenient with scheduling and work with me to get the cut we want. So we decided to try them for boarding as well- they were so helpful and welcoming at check-in, they took time to answer all my questions and never made me feel like any were silly (He's our baby after all!). After talking to the staff for a bit I felt confident that they truly cared about the animals staying there and he wasn't just a number. They even have cameras we could tune in to and see what the dogs were up to. Ollie was bathed and groomed at the end of his stay, and they called to let me know as soon as he was ready.
