We LOVE Digg! I remember looking for boarding for my 2 big dogs and feeling disappointed in the condition of so many of the ones nearest to us. A friend told me about Digg, so I checked them out. They aren't anything like the other locations I visited. You enter to a large welcoming space and friendly faces behind the desk. The facility is by far the cleanest I have toured and smells great! Most places smell like wet dog and dog food, not Digg! I think that's a testament to their cleanliness. My dogs always come home clean and completely exhausted. Occasionally one of my big guys will get stress belly aches when he's there (he's a big baby), Robin and her staff have always been very attentive to his needs and keep me in the loop about how he's doing. They're extremely detail orientated and have strict standards for the dogs they welcome into their facility which makes me feel very confident in their care and well being. Their daycare program is wonderful too! I love being able to drop them off on days that I'm just super busy and can't give them the attention and exercise they need. I'll start with the important things a dog owner wants to know; Digg is a safe and clean facility for your fur baby and all the staff I have met are certainly "Dog People" :) Digg puts all dogs through a personality assessment before allowing them to join the pack to ensure against aggressive behavior at their facility. Robin and her team are both professional and caring with your pup. They send an occasional photo text update so you can see how your doggo is doing, which I love. They will care for your dog with whatever instruction you leave, specific food preparation, administering medications needed, etc. We have a skittish Italian Greyhound who prefers the peace a quiet of her own home to socializing with other dogs or meeting strangers. With time, patience, and persistence she has come to love the staff at Digg. It's the only facility we trust with our precious girl. She has boarded there many times now and if anything out of the ordinary is going on during her stay, Digg notify' s us right away. I wish they had more flexibility in weekend hour drop offs/pick ups or day care options, but alas, we make do! I can appreciate that their services are sought after enough that they can be a little selective! read more

Found Digg Pet Resort through Yelp and saw that it was newly opened and close to where we live so we gave it a try. Love the facility! Everything is super clean, really nice, and they have a huge outdoor shaded area with Turf for rainy days and a huge natural grass area for sunny days as well! They also have indoor play areas for the dogs that are also separated for small vs large dogs. Our pups loved their first day at daycare this week and came home super exhausted and happy! Ava, our Siberian husky is only 8 months old and loves being able to run and play all day (husky owners, you know what I'm talking about) to release all her energy. Morgan, our husky shepherd mix is 7 yrs old and is more reserved and shy but she loves going as well. The owners are amazing and they take such good care of them and make sure every dog is happy and safe. Planning on going back for lots more daycare days and boarding them next month! The staff really takes the time to acclimate the dogs to the large groups and the dogs with the play all day so they come home extra tired. This was the first daycare I took my girls to and they had so much fun! The location is great (a couple minutes from several major neighborhoods including ArrowBrooke, Preserve at Doe Creek, Savannah & Windsong Ranch) but still away from any busy roads. Beautiful new facility with so much room to play no matter the weather (indoor and outdoor). They have already been back and will continue to go whenever we a meeting-heavy day at home or people coming to work on the house.
