The outside was a melt-in-your-mouth fried texture with the inside being soft and doughy in the best way. Paired with any of the 3 dips, it made for the most delicious appetizer that essentially filled up our entire table itself. Special shoutout to the arse sauce & their honey mustard- sooo good. The table also tried the buffalo chicken wrap (YUM), caprese sandwich (good!), and penne alla vodka (somewhat mid but better as leftovers). Sweet potato tots were the perfect side. The cheese curds were either barely cooked and stale or very overcooked and chilled--the cheese was hard, rubbery, and really cold! They were seasoned nicely though, so we ate enough of it--especially my sister who found some redeeming factors within them! The sauce helped! Oddly enough, we were basically the only people inside, so I'm not sure what went so wrong! There was a small post-funeral or celebration of life being hosted outside (I think???? Everyone in that area wore black/dark formal clothing and looked upset), so maybe all the care went to them??
