Had an excellent experience with Porsche Langley. Allan in Sales was fantastic from start to finish, Knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely easy to deal with. Allan went above and beyond to make the deal work and was incredibly accommodating throughout. Masih in finance was also excellent and helped make the overall process smooth and professional. Both were a pleasure to deal with and made what could have been a complicated process feel effortless. Very happy with the experience at Porsche Langley and would highly recommend Allan, Masih, and the team. read more

Jay S. showed me a Boxster at the end of day on Saturday a week back which had just come in and looked really good. Jay noted the car had yet to be inspected. I called Jay the following Friday with the intention to purchase after a test drive when he told me the car was sold. Jay never called me to let me know the inspection was done nor a courtesy call to let me know the car was sold. I felt like I was wasting Jay's time just to call him. He never said "sorry the car sold" or I'll call you if the deal doesn't go through or if we get another one in. Basically there was nothing in it for Jay so he made me feel like I should get lost. I was NEVER ever treated like this at Vancouver Porsche Follow up and customer respect - Jay gets an F! read more

I purchased a 2019 Miami Blue Macan from Porsche center Langley in November of 2019. I loved my car for most of this time. In January 2020 my 6 year old son went to open the back door and his finger got stuck in the door handle, it tore his finger when he pulled it out. Apparently some water got into the door handle and when it froze it cracked the door handle on both driver side doors. They fixed the problem and sent me on my way. Today, they have had my car for about 7 week and now they are telling me I wont have it back for another 6 weeks or so. My car filled up with water, battery was covered and the electrical etc has to be replaced and so does the carpets. I have been told by another mechanic (a friend who used to fix this issue) that once this happens cars usually have more issues as time moves on. There is a smell, and other water related damage that can happen. So, I call my sales guy Curtis who is now the used sales manager, I explained my concerns etc and long story short will buy back my car at the absolute top dollar he can if I am not satisficed with the repairs. Good enough. I kept checking on my car and he was going to have the service guy call and update me. I didn't hear from him for weeks. The whole time they had my car they never even called to discuss. On the second day they had my car someone called and said it would take a few weeks and would I be ok with the loaner car. I said ok. Its now been 7 weeks and the first contact with service was today. At this point I am getting upset and frustrated. This is the second water damage warrant work I have done and they dont seem to be too concerned that I am without my car. I message Curtis again about how much they will give me for my car, he offered me $57,000. What?? When I bought car they said that Porsche keeps its value?? I am looking on the carguru website and they offered me $58,700 and the wholesaler I know said the blue book value is $56k-$68K depending on condition of car. It is perfect. Just like the day I bought it and now has new carpets even. Only 20K on it even. Curtis sends me back an email and says that they need to make $7000 on the re-sale and I have to pay $2500 for service $2500 for two complete details one for when they show the car and the other when it is delivered to the new customer. What?? Then I have to pay for all the records, car history report etc. I remember paying $1000 for that when I bought the car and I know they are going to change that to the new owners as well, so why do I need to pay all that as well. This is crazy. I list my car for private sale and I can get $68,000 if ready by tomorrow. Well it wont be ready until February 15th (ish). I email the service guy and tell him my story and ask him what he is going to do for me. I ask for the next service to be taken care of by them ($1600 for oil change and top ups) or greatly reduced. The answer is NO. Management says they are doing nothing. I have a loaner car and that is all they are willing to do. This is the worst I have ever been treated and this is a luxury car store. They do not care about customer relations or service. I give them zero stars in that department. All I got was... ya that happens with the Macans both time I took it in for warranty work. Even after my small child was hurt and bleeding. My car is very pretty. It is the Miami Blue but I can wrap any car that colour and feel the same. The apple car play only works 65 percent of the time, you can only defrost the wind shield at full heat and full blast, and the rest of the heat systems are awkward to work. The only thing they said about this is yes, that is common with Porsche they dont get the little details but it is a good driving car. I agree it is nice to drive but a luxury car with that price tag should do a little more. signed... a very said Porsche owner read more

This dealership is full of liars and con men. I purchased a 2018 Porsche GT3, had it imported into the U.S. The process was unorganized, lengthy and very frustrating. The staff promised I would be reimbursed for the GST. Well, guess what? They Lied! 2 years later, still haven't done right by me. The salesman isn't professional or polished enough to understand that when someone spends $230k with you, a thank you note or small gift is appropriate. Just sleazy, lying "used car salesman". My advise would be to stay as far away from these crooks as possible. read more

This was the first Porsche dealer I went to while looking at buying my new 911. What a waste of time that was! So glad I left, and went to a different dealership, one where they have been taught manners, and customer satisfaction. read more

Love these guys. I've purchased two Macans from them, one a GTS orderded from the factory. Everything went perfect, super nice people, willing to negotiate a bit on the price (it's a Porsche, right? So not too much wiggle room...), both sales a great experience. Some of the sales guys, Brad and Daniel, own Porsches and are enthusiasts themselves. On top of all this, they hosting a killer coffee & cars. read more

It is not very often that I take the time to write a review, but I thought the service I received at Porsche Centre Langley deserved a nod. Our salesman Brad was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional! He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Well done! read more

We were in from Edmonton and were told that our lighting system for our trailer was defective by the trailer dealership. Took our Cayenne to Porsche Langley and they fit us in with no notice whatsoever, tested the system, could find no problem but while they were testing they noticed that a light on our license plate display was out so they replaced it and filled up the washer fluid. They also determined that we needed an adapter that the trailer dealer didn't know about and told the dealership what to order. All of this at NO CHARGE! Everyone was so nice and accommodating and obviously were there to take care of customers. If we lived in BC this is where we would be coming for all of our service. read more
