In stock parts arrive very quickly and saves me the shipping costs from other online retailers such as Parts Select, while pricing on the parts themselves are similar if not slightly better. The only time pricing has been substantially better (on a new genuine equivalent) is when I'm lucky and Amazon is dumping a piece of old stock of that part. One recent invoice had a special order part which was delayed after the main part arrived, and I did not receive a callback for it. I've docked them a star for that lack of follow up. Their local storefront hours are pretty good, although I ran into a long lineup one time on a Saturday...but weekday pickups have been a dream! These guys are my "parts source of choice" thus far!

I would avoid this place at all cost!!!…read more Over the phone on Saturday, Amir tells me they have 4 rims and we agree on a price. I drive over and gets in a wild goose chase in their junkyard to find only 3 rims. Between the two greedy hustlers I was dealing with, I'm ashamed to admit that I buckled and overpaid for the 2 rims (that's on me). Here's the thing, one would think that the price of 2 rims would be half of the agreed price for 4, right? WRONG!!!...not when you're dealing with people motivated only by money. Now, one would think that since a customer already paid too much for the goods, they could at least get him on his way, right? WRONG again!!!...I had to wait another half hour for the rims to be ready (I should have left, but they already took my money). NEVER again! This is appalling business practice that gives the industry bad reputation. Lesson learned. Now I would rather drive twice the distance to Richmond (Osaka Japanese Auto Parts) where I know I would be dealing with decent humans. WARNING: My Experience with BC Upfitters…read more I normally don't post stuff like this, but people deserve to know the truth. I had a breathalyzer installed by BC Upfitters and the install was a total mess. They sliced into my stock wiring, ran the cables through without sealing it properly, and left it exposed. Guess what happened? Water got in -- and not just a little. Keep in mind never had an issue with my truck not starting but two days after installation my truck wouldn't start and guess what it had rained. The result? My truck's computer is fried Starter damaged thousands in repairs Weeks of Ubers just to get to work Now here's the kicker -- they're trying to say this isn't their fault, claiming there was an old leak and no proof that thier installation caused the damage But I've got proof from both my mechanic and a water intrusion specialist that this was 100% a new leak caused by their bad install. The old leak was my passenger door leaking through the polyshield and the Leak specialistst confirmed the leak did not cause the damage. I'm out thousands, and they're refusing to take any responsibility. Just a heads-up if you're thinking of using them -- do your research, ask questions, and check their work. I wouldn't want anyone else going through what I am.
