The car deserved it and the price was worth every cent for their specialized skills. Thank you BCC!!! I strongly recommend them if you love your vehicle and need serious work done.

A review of Big Country Customs. Delete if not allowed. I called several times and spoke with Hope…read moreprior to dropping off my truck. She said custom bumpers range from $1,400 to 1,600 including coating plus $635 for a winch with a 5 day timeline from dropping the truck off to picking the truck up. I did not have the winch wired in because I wanted to do that myself. I dropped the truck off July 11, Monday morning, I asked for a quote for sliders and a rear winch in addition to the front bumper. I was informed that I would receive the quote later in the week and that they would need the truck an additional week to do the work. On Wednesday I followed up about the quote I was waiting for and I was told they were too busy to do the sliders and the rear winch but they would still need my truck until the following week. On the following Monday, July 18th, I followed up to see what day I could expect to pick up my truck, I received a reply that they would get back to me later in the day, on Tuesday I had to follow up again to get a response that they were going to do their best to have it ready by Friday. On Thursday I received a call that my truck was ready for pick up, which was good news. When I arrived I was presented with an invoice for just shy of $5,600!!!! More than double the amount that I was quoted over the phone. I admit my mistake was not getting the quote in writing. There was no notice provided by them at any time before I dropped the truck off or while it was in their shop about the additional fees they were planning to charge, which added up to over $3,000, again, more than double the initial quote. The bumper looks great but the winch is not accessible and the free spool knob is nearly impossible to reach. I'm going to have to take the bumper back off to wire the winch and I hope that I can clock the clutch housing forward so that I will be able to access the free spool knob without cutting an access hole in the bumper. Overall I'm left feeling like I got ripped off big time at Big Country Customs.
