I have a problem with the finance department. I told the salesman I would pay cash. He insisted that I fill out the credit form anyway. " Its just a formality" , he said. "It won't go anywhere". I think they all do that. The finance manager forced me to sign the form and assured me that it would be "torn up" once I paid in cash and to notify the finance department of the payment. He assured me the credit form would not leave the dealership. I paid cash the next day and notified the finance department of the payment. 2 weeks later I received a letter from Porsche Finance Department in Atlanta that my credit had been denied and that the denial had been reported to the credit agencies. I wrote to Porsche Finance but they have ignored my letter and refuse to make it right. This is so wrong, I would give zero stars if I could. Disgusting. However, I really like the car. read more

Open, clean facility. I brought my Porsche here to get the charger to reset since it was asking for a pin. It took about an hour and a half, but I brought work with me, so I didn't mind waiting. Nikki told me that she'll bring my car back but it'll be another 45 minutes to get the charger to work. She brought the car over and said that they were able to get the charger to work, so I didn't have to come back. Great service.
