I love porkys because it's a vibe. They have good music ,drinks and so many different food trucks to choose from. I like it because u can bring your family there for a great time and it's kid friendly. They also have a park for kids to play and they have games like bean bag toss. Inside of porkys has a really cool nascar theme and they have a nascar simulator game were you can drive and race with other cars. If your interested in race cars i thought that was a really awesome addition to the place. Also I'm a big foodie so a food truck park is right up my alley. I've tried quite a few dishes there and they have a variety of different kinds of cuisine. They have tacos, giant burgers,smashed burgers fried potato sticks, Philly cheese steaks, crawfish boil,Italian ice, and lobster rolls just to name a few. One of my favorites trucks is called chief's Huli Huli BBQ and they are an Hawaiian bbq truck. My go to order is to get their 2 meat plate which I normally just get a double order of their kalbi short ribs they have really good short ribs and their macaroni salad is the best. I also really love their Hawaiian drinks, their very refreshing and different from the usual juice you get at the store.my other favorite truck is the smash burger truck. I really like the design on the trucks to, especially the the smash burger because the have a super Mario design which I thought was very creative. but there are plenty of good options. They have great staff as well. I've never had any bad service so I can't complain. Porkys is a great addition to the community because it brings something new and exciting to the people but it also helps so many new and small business owners get their names out there and their food. Porkys in Humble was an awesome experience, especially with its unique concept. The grand opening last week made parking a bit challenging, but patience paid off in finding a spot. The idea of a bar with food trucks offering everything from ribs, seafood, and Asian fusion to chicken was fantastic. Our order included tacos, pulled pork sandwiches, burgers, and Cajun fries. Tacos: was delicious, tortillas were fresh and carnitas were delicious with the fresh veggies. Pull Pork Sandwich: Came with fries was delicious and had big portion of pull pork. Double Burger with all the fixings with Cajun fries- Let me tell you that these cajun fries were good but spicy if you are not ready you going to have a runny nose. The Burger was flavorful and delicious also. Considering the buzz of the grand opening, the customer service was commendable, though there was a slight wait at the bar. I opted for the green lambo drink, a cool choice. The venue impressed with fancy cars and simulators for kids, making it a kid and pet-friendly spot. Despite the initial rush, this place is set to do well. I'd advise ignoring negative or fake reviews, as the business has just started. Give it a try before passing judgment.
