One of my new favorite places for breakfast & brunch. We waited over an hour in line and all worth…read morethe wait, next time I'll make reservations. I been wanting to try this place for a long time. I can't believe it took me this long to try them out. I was very pleased from start to finish. The service was excellent, the food was amazing and I was ultra impressed with the waitress explaining we can get gravy made with no pork and also for next time to ask for our home fried potatoes to also be cooked in non pork fat. ( I told her We don't eat pork ) It is so hard to find a place that offers no pork in their gravy. They went the extra mile to make us special non pork gravy on the spot, amazing. Also they fried our home fried potatoes in non pork oil, thats the extra extra mile of care and service and attending to a customers needs, I was completely satisfied. I cant wait to try more of the menu. Everything we ordered was good. The cinnamon bun was so good, I would go there just for that alone, yummy and fresh and moist and soft and so much frosting and yes I said and alot, AND? Haha Pro tip: if you dont eat pork ask for them to cook your potatoes in non pork oil and if you want gravy ask them to make non pork gravy. You have to mention it to your server, dont forget. Now go & enjoy, you can thank me later. Make reservations if possible or go on a slow day, the weekends are packed but worth the wait. They have alot of seating inside.

Burgers it is. This place had great reviews and rightfully so. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seating. Open concept as soon as you walk in. You are immediately greeted by the person behind the counter, and she was very helpful as soon as she figured we were new to the place. We ordered three of their Blue Collar burgers (no complaints, juicy and all things a burger should be. My son and I split the order of sliders which also were substantial for sliders and delicious. We ordered sides if fries which came out hot and crispy and fresh out the fryer. We also ordered a side of sweet potato fries that came with a side of marshmallow fluff. Lastly, we ordered a side of zuchinni fries which were garnished with garlic and shredded parmesan cheese. Bathrooms were clean. There is a bar and plenty of TV's to choose from if you want to enjoy a game while you eat. Prices were decent. Can't even complain that they didn't have meal deals because although we ordered burgers and the french fries and drinks on the side I believe we paid what we would have had we gone to McDonald's or even In N Out. So, its comparable to those two.

Not today so we decided to check it out. Wow. Glad we did. We got out of the truck and man it smelled good. Came inside and the folks were very friendly and the service was excellent. As soon as we sat down to BS, bam! Or food was on the table. The portions were great. We were full when we were done. And it was delicious.

This worked fine for us. We had our menus and drinks in a reasonable time, and had a relaxing time throughout. We both had the pulled pork sandwich along with the ice tea. I also had the cup of chili - nicely spiced). I enjoyed my sandwich (skipping the bun, as I am trying to limit carbs). My friend, whom I realized often fusses about the meals we share, was more critical. His comments were "Wrong bun, hamburger bun shoulda been an onion bun" and "How long does it take to make a sandwich?" (The wait time was totally reasonable to me.) He didn't like the potato salad (but ate it all with little time spared). He liked the meat in the sandwich, giving it a 5 out of 5. He liked the service less (I felt it was on point and just fine.) The twisted pig is a good place to eat, if it is noisy inside (as it often is) check out the patio.

Unfortunately, my dining experience wasn't as positive. I waited almost an hour and a half for my meal, and by the time it arrived, everyone else in my party had nearly finished eating. Since it took so long, I ended up taking the food home. I did try it later, but I wasn't very impressed. That may have been because the food was cold by the time I ate it, as it sat for quite a while before it was brought to me. While I truly appreciated the manager's efforts and customer service, the long wait time and overall food experience left me disappointed.

Absolutely love the NOLA ambiance. Would've great to have some more jazz to the music or something. But overall, really cute "bayou" eatery. It was so hard to choose from the menu, but I was craving some French toast. Everything was amazing including the over medium eggs and crispy bacon were cooked just right! The beignets are not deep southern/ Café du Monde, however, I approve of them as they came hot and ready with a handful of sauces. Highly recommended asking for more powdered sugar if you know what I mean. Them thangs needs to be sugared up! And they're huge! I could only eat one before I could eat my main item! They do to-go with the beignets as well! If you sign up on their website, you can get free beignets! Just show the email! Swamp Tea! It's very raspberry-tea like. My coworker said they make their drinks "super sweet". I've head sweeter- but not to knock on that Swamp Tea- it was delicious and served in a wide-mouth jar! HUGE! So delicious. There is I believe boba on the bottom which I hadn't noticed until I was pouring it in the to-go cup! I'll be back! I hadn't realized there were more than just one location and if I'd know there was a few in Fresno/Clovis, I would've been had it! I feel they def need to play the "Princess and the Frog" soundtrack. Ain't no other way, yall. But that stop my five star review for the folks that can make me feel like I'm home.

I ordered the honey walnut shrimp combination but asked for all chow mein since I'm not a big fan of fried rice for $16.31 with card after taxes. I believe there's a 2-3% additional charge if you use card, but I could be remembering incorrectly. Definitely call and ask or bring cash! The shrimp was fantastic. It had the right amount of batter, wasn't overcooked whatsoever and the shrimp was nice and bouncy. The sauce wasn't overly sweet or artificial tasting either! The chow mein was okay. Noodles slightly overcooked and on the verge of being mushy and as I continued eating it got extremely salty so I had to stop. Unfortunately will not be getting it again! A ton of these reviews are saying they pack the food here.. pack where? There is way too much space in the box. Food is decent but there are other spots to try, and at $16.31 I'll just take myself to Panda Express honestly!

So I ordered the #26 Mongolian beef combination that has fried rice and chow mein. The fried rice and chow mein is already premade and behind the glass counter. The chow mein had a little pork with their noodles. Lucky for me, the Mongolian beef was cooked to order and just took about 6 mins wait. To me, this is what I consider the ideal Mongolian beef. Thin beef slices that is brown in appearance with a nice glaze. It comes with tons of green onions, chili peppers and onions and topped with crispy rice noodles. Theres a nice "hot" as in flavor taste to it but not strong. It's my favorite and I feel this beats Panda Express any day. 5 stars The place probably is busier during lunch being downtown so when i picked up my order, it was close to 5 pm and wasn't that busy. Thing that I notice is their menu on the wall says $12.50 for my #26 Mongolian beef combo and when I ordered 2, the guy just used his memory to punch in $28.85 on my credit card. So sales tax is 8.88% now and when I did the calculation, it should have been less. Not sure whether they didn't update their wall menu price. But that kind of irked me since I know some places charge an added fee for using a cc (which they have no disclosure). Either way, don't rely on their wall prices if you order there in person. Door dash has this priced at $15 for pick up but i ordered it at the counter when I got there. Still, one of the better Chinese food in Modesto
