Pop up bagels definitely lives up to the hype! The staff here is great and it's a very well oiled operation. You can only order bagels in sets of 3, 6 and a dozen but you can mix and match. Schmears are also on the side and the scallion cream cheese was delicious. We got everything bagels along with brown sugar butter and the cream cheese. Bagels were hot and fresh and we loved them. So chewy and delicious! There is some outdoor seating but looks like most people just order to go. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare so just park on the street and walk over. Note - The only annoying part of picking up bagels here during peak times is the fact that some customers aren't courteous and don't understand the concept of "excuse me" when you're trying to leave this very tiny bagel shop -- but don't let that ruin it for you! Just do like Luda says and move b---- :)

All the bagels I had in my live before PopUp Bagels were a LIE! These bagels are light, fresh and delicious. A simple way to get great bagels with a variety of cream cheeses to choose from. Today we had the everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. After the first one I almost didn't believe I had one. It was so light, not that bloated feeling I usually have after eating a bagel. Definitely a place to return too. You got to try it for yourselves. I'm sold! Thanks PopUp Bagel for popping up in Fairfield.

The hype is real! I am very particular about my bagels, and this place nails it. First of all, I would not recommend parking in the lot. It is small and rather chaotic. That said, there is ample on street parking right there. Go for parallel parking on Post Road on the same side as the shop. The shop itself is on the smaller side, and on a weekend is likely to be a hive of activity. That's part of the charm! You know you are experiencing *something*. But let's talk turkey. Actually, bagels. There are not a ton of different kinds, but that's not what it's about. Instead, the focus is on executing the bagel to perfection. And gosh darn it, do they ever! I opted for an everything bagel which was that magical balance between crisp outside and chewy inside. Flavor was on point as well. And perhaps my favorite part was the schmear. The day I went they had a cinnamon sugar butter which was to die for. An easy recommend.

1st time @ this chain & I am a fan. The bagels are so fresh, soft & very tasty. I purchased 3 everything bagels with scallion cream cheese & loved it. I thought I would miss not having the bagel toasted but you didn't need to. It's a small shop so probably best to go outside of peak hours which I did. Pleasant service a well.

Everything on a Sunday morning:)

Did not know what the hype was all about, until I tried it. Light, not gummy, great flavor shears.

Not bad. Just not for me. Fresh and warm. Great spread options. Bagels are not as crusty as i would prefer.

I've ordered delivery, pickup, and in-house ordering and all have left me and my family full and happy. Food tastes great and the atmosphere is comfortable. However, there is one staff member whose name I don't know who works most mornings and has made several off-color comments that I can't ignore anymore. I tried looking for an email to reach out to the owner, but their website seems down. I'm not comfortable saying the words that were said in front of me and my children when picking up our food, but it was derogatory and inappropriate. She's also just generally unfriendly and makes everything about her (ie; when short staffed and she complains the whole time she's prepping our food/drinks). Perhaps she's a great employee, but if that's the case she should go through extensive customer service training or just not work the front of house. I really wish this one employee wasn't tarnishing my entire experience, but it's been a negative experience with her every time (10+ times in-store) and is starting to wear on me. If the owner would like more details on my interactions I'm happy to share privately.

You have to tell the customer the total, ask for payment, and say "please". Bagels are ok. Kind of bready but not awful. Coffee is nothing special. Price is high, upwards of ten dollars for a bagel with cream cheese and coffee. Place is disorganized. The customer flow is backwards and everyone is in everyone else's way.
