I was absolutely amazed at the selection, the different colors available, the way they had exquisite displays, with the items that were used in the displays, right there in the same area to purchase. If I would not have gone back, I would have thought what some of the other reviewers posted. I would have continued to believe it was a waste of my time. Nope. Not at all. They likely need more attractive displays during non holiday seasons. In my case, not really much going on in mid-January so I had not been enticed to look around. I went in looking for pillows and canisters. Came out with pillows and a grudge I carried for three years. So, let me just encourage you to give them a FAIR chance, which I did not do. Also, sign up for their discount program! It is free, it saves you money, and they have some REALLY EPIC SALES!!!! No, I was not paid or given any products to write this review. I am a human in the state of Ohio! . Lastly, the staff at the Erie, Pa store and the Mentor, Ohio store were just as friendly, kind, and helpful as could be. I will say that, since the store IS so large, it is not always easy to find someone to help you. But, when you do, they have been nothing but outstanding to me. Out back is a large space with some stuff outside and some in covered areas. There was no one around to ask. After wandering around for a while, I found what I was looking for. It was on a shelf well over my head. I didn't think I could get it down by myself. I left and went across the street to Home Depot where I got great service. When I arrived I was happy to find 4 curbside pickup parking spaces. You have the option of clicking a link in your ordering email or calling the store number posted on the sign. I called the number and let them know I placed another order for some Halloween items. The store associates had already pulled this order and had it waiting with my initial order. How organized. Someone brought all of my items outside and loaded everything into my trunk. The balloons were huge, but properly secured. Although we both were masked, we never made any actual contact with each other. This was a fast, easy, and most of all safe process. Not to mention all of my items look great!

When I got my balloons they smelled like cigarette smoke and I could not keep them in my house or use them for the party. When called to see if I can get replacement because I have a newborn that cannot be around cigarette smoke they basically said it's not their problem. Now I don't have balloons for my sons party and I'm out 57 dollars for them. Leaving this review to warn people that once it "leaves the store" they won't replace if delivery goes wrong.
