Do not shop here. I wish I could give no stars or even negative stars. I placed an order for…read moreballoons and was given two receipts. The day before I was supposed to pick up the balloons I called and asked if I could change my order and as I had over bought. I was told that as long as I had one receipt that this would not be a problem. When I went to the store I was told I needed both receipts by the manager. When I explained that I had spoken to someone earlier she told me that I was lying and that I could not change my order. I asked to speak to someone else and was given what I was told was her district managers number. She immediately got on the phone and was talking very rudely about me and laughing. While I was still in the store I called the number that was given to me and it was a fax number. When I brought this to the managers attention, she laughed in my face and threw a card with a different number on it at me. I have never seen anyone act so unprofessional in my entire life. I will never shop there again!

I selected the day and time for my balloon pickup. Since I had other items they held them to be picked up on the date of my balloon order. When I arrived I was happy to find 4 curbside pickup parking spaces. You have the option of clicking a link in your ordering email or calling the store number posted on the sign. I called the number and let them know I placed another order for some Halloween items. The store associates had already pulled this order and had it waiting with my initial order. How organized. Someone brought all of my items outside and loaded everything into my trunk. The balloons were huge, but properly secured. Although we both were masked, we never made any actual contact with each other. This was a fast, easy, and most of all safe process. Not to mention all of my items look great!

When I got my balloons they smelled like cigarette smoke and I could not keep them in my house or use them for the party. When called to see if I can get replacement because I have a newborn that cannot be around cigarette smoke they basically said it's not their problem. Now I don't have balloons for my sons party and I'm out 57 dollars for them. Leaving this review to warn people that once it "leaves the store" they won't replace if delivery goes wrong.

I spoke to Lauren (great name) on the phone and she was super helpful. She put me on hold to go fully check all my color options and gave me suggestions on how to make them present better. She was a delight on the phone! I easily took care of payment on the phone for my intern to pick up at a later time. I really appreciated that she immediately send me a receipt to my e-mail address. Popshelf is like a five below but better items and quality. Great prices and great item selection. I got a pair of pajamas that were from the brand Shabby Chic. Pajamas retailed for a lot of money from the original company and Popshelf had them for a quarter of the price and even had robes! I couldn't recommend them more. Store is always very organized and clean! I love visiting Popshelf when I'm in the area.

This is only a seasonal store that is never at the same address two years in a row. So let's just…read morerefer to it as a roving gypsy carnival of Chinese imports. I went to the Brooklyn location by Ridgepark Square this year, but have been to one in almost every listed suburb that is full of abandoned superstores where these things pop up. It's sort of our Halloween tradition. It's cheaper than going to a dumb haunted house where they use all the stuff sold here. If you even spend a dime, you' re taking something home. We bought a big glitter skull, skeleton garland,a shrunken head and everybody's favorite-bang snaps! I haven't had these in years. The slutty costumes are fun to make fun of and the really extravagant decorations(like a twitching full size body in a body bag) are scarier than the garbage at a haunted house. This is miles above the Marc's closeout section or Walmart. The closest competition would probably be Party City, but even they don't satisfy my spooky jones like this place. i wish it was here all year long for bar mitzvah and wedding present shopping. The funny thing is we hand out candy every year on my street, and only about a dozen kids show up. In Lakewood. We've got like twelve new middle schools! Where are all the kids? Probably working at haunted houses and saving to go to college, so they don't end up working at Halloween USA and waiting on a jackass like me.
