Brisket fell apart in mouth and their sauce was really good too. It is nice it comes with bread, pickles and onions so you can make a sandwich if you want. Mac and cheese was actually good. White Mac and cheese is kinda rare and it was well done! Cornbread with the hot honey is genius and the cornbread was moist which is the most important thing. Would definitely come back for more of their specials.

This was a long time bookmark and I had hi hopes for this place because it's a 25 mile round trip…read morethat the BBQ hound in me had to try since I have been most BBQ places around town. It's in a strip mall and caryout only with no dining room. My first thought was for a 7 piece rib tip basket, one side and a slice of bread for $20 was a bit pricey. The rib tips were sauce on the side tender but not smokey or a great bark like the really good ones have. The Smokey beans were loose with once again no really good smoke flavor and no meat chunks like the good beans have. The bread was one slice of toasted Texas bread. The sauce had a flavor that I couldn't think of but I have had it before but not in BBQ with a sweet finish like a fusion from two cuisines which I keep tasting and I still can't put my finger on it. Overall I have had BBQ from all over the country and price vs quantity vs value this place was a swing and a miss. Seriously the chain BBQ place in town is a much better $20 spent with flavor and quality. As a foodie I was not impressed with this BBQ restaurant and I hoped for a better review but it is what it is.

On my most recent trip, I had their brisket sandwich, which is a melt in your mouth delight. I normally get cheese on my sandwiches but forgot to ask this time and have to say--it doesn't need it. It is just so dang flavorful and delicious. I love their Manhattan. Theirs comes with an ice sphere, which I normally don't care for a Manhattan over ice but theirs? It just works. The wings are expensive, literally $2/piece and these are wing parts, not whole. The thing is... they are friggin delicious. Perfectly crispy, perfectly seasoned and the little grill marks on a fried wing .chefs kiss. I'd come back just for the expensive and delicious wings. No doubt! I had the 2 meat plate. Turkey and st Louis ribs. Flavorful and tender. They had about 5 sauces to try. Oddly i liked the white Alabama. Don't judge me. The cole slaw was different. Vinegar and dill forward. I wouldn't get again. The Bacardi beans was ok. The struggle was that i don't eat other people's Mac and cheese nor potato salad unless it has been vetted. Too many variations. I'd highly recommend the wings and the meats. Maybe stay safe and get a salad and some dirty rice. I'd come back... for the wings! Def don't sauce them, like they said. The ribs were good and had a nice smoky flavor, but personally I think I prefer my ribs grilled over smoked. The baked beans were decent, but lowkey felt like they were missing a little something. The mac & cheese was easily the best part of the meal though: creamy, cheesy, and the side I'd come back for. It also came with two slices of bread and plenty of sauce options to try. 3/5 Good BBQ spot if you're into smoked meats, but for me the mac & cheese stole the show.
