What a wonderful find! I stopped for gas at the station next door and realized Charlie P's was a place that I had not been to before. I asked for a half rack, beans, and greens. I had the opportunity to enjoy (and lick my fingers) this DELICIOUS bbq at a private party and Im glad it's finally open so I get my fix on the regular! The ribs were moist, well seasoned and they fall off the bone, chicken breast was juicy and the baked beans and mac & cheese were to die for!
