La'Keith also did not ask if/what kind of dipping sauce I would like, so he chose for me. So glad I checked the bag before leaving, it was not what I wanted. So that had to be changed as well. The poor service was appalling to say the least, and you'd think with so many other options and locations nearby they'd care enough to provide at least decent service. It matters!! After bringing this to the manager's attention (which she knew because she was clearly standing nearby, witnessing everything), still.. she shrugged her shoulders.
