It's sad to see so many terrible reviews of this location, when my husband & I have been to this location 4 times in the last month and we've always had a pleasant experience. We sat in the lobby for lunch 3 times and went through the drive through for another time. Each time, we've always gotten fresh, hot food. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, juicy, & steaming hot. Our sides are always made right. The employees are patient and kind, and even apologized for missing our desert one time, & got it out to us quickly, even adding an additional desert free of charge for the inconvenience. The lobby is always very clean & quiet. The employees seem to enjoy working there as they're always laughing in the back, making it a pleasant experience as a customer to see and hear folks having a good time, instead of being hateful. The one time we went through the drive, it moved relatively quickly and we were in and out in under 15 minutes. As someone who has worked food service for many years, it does no good blaming a location or it's employees for being out of items. Seriously. They just work there. No one can control being out of things because of the back order of items or the lack of deliveries. read more

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - a tray of food - Fast Food Near Me - Pace, Florida

Not sure why Popeyes has a App! I have ordered from here online multiple times. Maybe 1 out of 10 times has food been ready. Most often having to wait for chicken to be cooked. What's the point of ordering ahead online? read more

This Popeyes is the worst, I placed my order and mind you now one was in drive thru when I did. They took my order, then the drive thru got full. I had a 5pc tender with fries. They came back every 5 mins telling me they were waiting on fresh fries all the while the kept throwing fries in every order for drive thru but kept skipping mine. And they did this for about 5 orders and kept telling me they were waiting on fries... if you want your food fast go to the drive thru don't eat inside read more

the worst Popeye's store ever ordered 8 pc family meal and go smal single serve potatos n gravy and no biscuits chicken was small and dry read more

Waited a 45 mins for an order placed on the app with a specific time and no apologies, the lights weren't even on in the parking lot. This place needs a surprise visit from the GM or corporate Come on Popeyes get it together Very disappointed read more

If I could leave a zero I would. We placed an order online to pick up about an hour ahead of time. When we arrived we were told they did not have everything that we ordered but that they could substitute something else that we agreed on. In the meantime there were 10 or 12 cars that came through and got their food. That's not really why I was so upset. It was the attitude of the employee when she came back to tell us that she had given the items to someone else and we would have to wait another 15 minutes to get out order that we had already paid for. No apology or even apologetic look. Just a sour look and disrespectful tone, totally aggravated that we weren't ok with food we couldn't eat. read more

Had a taste for Popeyes today. Decided to try out the ghost pepper chicken sandwiches etc. wanted to use my reward points. The management on duty didn't seem to know or didn't listen when I said I was using my rewards for payment and rang up a total with payment due. Luckily I was able to place my order online while standing there to redeem my rewards. read more

I ordered dinner for myself and my husband through door dash. Half of our order was missing. The chicken was dried out and tough. Couldn't eat it. I won't ever get anything from there anymore. Tried to call and nobody would answer. This is the worst Popeyes ever. read more

Terrible--waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no one in front of me. When they finally got me to the window they pulled the ol' "pull forward and we'll bring it out" and I waited almost 10 more minutes. Abigail at the till was working her tail off to keep up so the problem must run deeper, and the manager/operator of this location should really shoulder the blame for letting a restaurant run this poorly. What a shame. read more

Crappy day at Popeyes Went for lunch @ 1:30, no one else in dinning room, I ordered their 10 pc special, for $30.00. Asked if chicken was fresh, was told it was, NOT! Chicken was overcooked, told mgr, she could care less. Never asked if order was for here or to go, everything was shoved into one box and left sitting on the counter waiting for ONE biscuit, just got colder. This was on a Friday, asked to speak to the manager, she wasn't there and wouldn't be back until Monday. Spoke to asst mgr or whoever she was and again couldn't care less, threw her hands up in the air and said, sorry you had a bad experience. Wound up throwing $30.00 worth of food in the garbage. I have eaten at Popeyes for over 30 years, worst experience i have ever had, both with the food and staff. I would go on with my experience but it wouldn't do any good, I can't even get a return phone call from customer service. Soooo, will I go back NO, will I recommend Popeyes to my friends NO, will i share my experience on social media?, ya know it! read more

This is the best chicken in pace! I love Popeyes! Their chicken is amazing and I don't have to wait long for the food! The cashiers are very nice as well! read more

This is how we received one of our sides. I called the manager. She said and I quote "The girl in the kitchen said it was full when it left the store". Rude, not helpful and not at all how I expected to be treated. Two things, it was spoiled and it was half empty. This is immediately upon opening it out of the bag. We have had items left out, the wrong orders completely and now this. Starting to see a trend. For the record, I have never called in and complained to them, this was just kinda the last straw. It seems that the manager hires her "friends", takes their word over the customer and no one is minding the quality of the product or service. Girl Bye. I quit going to the one on 9 mile Road for the same exact reasons. read more

Just spent 15 minutes in the drive through waiting for one spicy chicken sandwich and one biscuit. There was nobody in front of me in line, and there was only one customer in the lobby. Not worth your time, especially while on break from work read more

This is the worst Popeyes ever. 3 trips here over last 2 months and could not fill a family order because they were out of something....mild, or out of breasts, or only had wings and thighs....sorry excuse for a chicken place. I like Popeyes and willing to pay extra for it but this place is doomed. Publix is a lot cheaper and pretty good and KFC is nearby. Hopefully owners see this and get this fixed. Shame if the second one goes out business because a manager forgets to order/cook chicken. read more

The lunch service is way better! We got dinner there tonight they pulled us up due to waiting on biscuits and the brought out our food without the biscuits I go in and they say they only have 1 ready it'll be 7 minutes on the other . I said just give me the one and a refund for the other the manager was rude! read more

The management need to do something! We waited for 14 minutes and got the wrong order! When I complained to corporate they gave me enough "points" to get some fries. What a waste of a possibly good chance for us to have a restaurant. read more

Pulled into drive thru at 230 pm, 2 cars in line no cars ahead! 20 minutes later i get to the order speaker, made order three times, then told i would have to wait 15 minutes for chicken to cook!!!~ called manager at store, she practically refused to answer my question is this was a corporate store or a franchise! finally she said corporate store, then said she was following standards and not having chicken cooked until ordered!! and she only had 1 person to work drive thru!! Wont have to worry about this consumer going there again!! I will be sure to pass that information along to others as well!! read more

For fast food this store is hard to beat. Food was great, employees attentive, dining and bathroom areas very clean. What really impressed me was how quiet the back cooking area was. No screaming, laughing employees disturbing everyone while eating. We will be back. read more

Most Popeye's have a pretty good menu offering to fit your needs but there are exceptions. In this store the menu is VERY limited, if you want something that shown as being offered in this stores online menu, well you better order online because they will not allow you to buy it in the store. I can order a 3 piece dinner (not combo) on line and pick it up without a problem, but if I try and order the same thing in the store, they tell you they don't offer that menu item, they only offer combo meals. How can I get an item by ordering online and pick it up but I can't order the same item in the store? Won't be going back to this Popeye's. read more

Pulled into the drive through at 3:27 pm. No inside customers. One at the drive through window. One attempting to order at drive through. Ordered two sandwiches and a drink. 12 minutes later!!!! I got to the window where I was given one sandwich. How can service be THIS bad? Sandwiches were good but I'm not waiting that long again to have the order screwed up. read more

On 21 sep 2019 i went to the new store in Pace Fl. Ordered inside. A customer that had previously left with his order returned stating that they had given him the wrong order. Mary the Co-Manager took the chicken that was wrong and RETURNED it to the unserved chicken. THIS WAS AFTER HE HAD LEFT THE BUILDING, AND RETURNED. I couldn't believe that she did this. When i went to get my order I brought this to her attention. She denied doing it. I then told her I wanted my money back. lied and rude. This is a time when we must all be careful in what we do. I will not be going back to POPEYES, UNTIL SHE IS FIRED. If this what you have running your store i will not return. I will be in contact with all my friends and telling them of this also. read more

This was my first visit to this new location and I wasn't super impressed. I ordered through the drive through getting their current special and when I arrived at the window, nothing. I didn't get acknowledged, order repeated or asked for payment. I sat for about 10 minutes before it seemed like a surprise to the cashier that I was there. I Paid for my food and left. Once I got home, the wrong side orders were waiting in the bag as well as cold undercooked, raw dough chicken. I should have checked before leaving but really should I have had to? read more

Let's just say this is the worst popeye's I've ever been too. I normally love popeye's chicken but these guys don't know what they are doing. Corporate needs to check them and correct or close. They can't get food out, out of popular items. Won't be back. read more

This Popeyes in Pace is probably the worst for fast food. We have been to quite a few locations on the Gulf Coast. This location keeps raising their prices and does not have many sides to choose. Red beans, green beans and mashed potatoes...that is it. The emloyees and manager are not very nice either. They do not offer corn on the cob like the stores in AL or MS and they are too expensive for the food. Go to the one nearby beginning with a K. read more

Really bad service, not even busy, waited over 45 mins for our order. Avoid this place!!!

I am so glad that we have a Popeyes again in Pea Ridge! I love their spicy chicken & delicious sides. And for the Karens who complain about the wait-get over it. I always receive great service!!! Last night was the best ever as Mary & the entire crew made me feel welcomed and appreciated. This is such a welcome change from so many places & their lack of customer service making customers feel like an imposition instead of the ones paying their salaries. Love me some Popeyes!!! read more

Being my first time going and this being a newer location than the ones I went to I decided to give them a try. I should of went with my first mind and went elsewhere. They where not busy as usual so I did receive my food in drive thru in a timely manner. But once i got my items I was disappointed, my tenders where small and cold and I ordered red beans and rice as my side. It might as well been just called beans, literally was no rice in there and plus it was basically a empty container. Been to plenty Popeyes in my lifetime but this has been the worst food quality wise, if you going to give out cold small pieces of chicken at least give an extra piece or something. On top of that didn't ask if I wanted A bag just handed me the box smh read more

It hasn't changed here since restaurants opening, this is my second actual review, still can't get there sh*t together. Still a cluster f*ck. I won't be back. Sad, I really liked popeye's chicken. read more

Called in a pick up order on a Saturday evening, was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my order they told me it would be another 20 minutes, so I agreed to wait in my vehicle. They told me to pick up my order thru the drive thru since they were going to be closing the lobby soon, it wasn't even 8 pm yet and they stay open till 10pm??? Waited the 20 minutes, pulled in the drive thru and waited in the drive thru behind 3 cars for another 15 minutes. When I get to the window to get my order they tell me that it's going to be another 15 minutes !! Inform me they only have spicy chicken, so they basically gave my chicken that I ordered well over an hour ago to others in the drive thru. I ask them why have I been waiting so long and would they wait over an hour for fried chicken. The older woman replies with well your getting fresh chicken.... Corporate really needs to do a clean up with the employees, especially the evening shift and weekend night shift. For this being a fairly newer Popeyes it's horrible !!! Don't waste your time here. read more

This Popeyes needs to get their crap together!! First of all we could barley hear them talking out order in the drive through then when we got our drink they weren't filled up all the way and then we waited a good 20+ minutes for our food to get out to us!! read more

OK, so I recently moved back to the area and have visited 2 times. BOTH times food, efficiency, and service was 10/10. We went through the drive through and ordered two spicy chicken sandwich meals, 2 large fries, and an additional spicy chicken sandwich. We got home and started to open the plastic bag when we noticed a red substance resembling blood on the outside of the bag. We looked through the rest of the food and the paper bag that had our sandwiches in it also had blood all over the outside of the bag. We drove back to Popeyes and asked to speak to a manager. She rudely replied that she was one of them, so we proceeded to tell her that we had blood all over our bags. She spoke to another manager in the kitchen who was cooking and all she was worried about was making us a reorder. We replied no, we wanted our money back instead. The manager in the back who was handling food was also not wearing gloves. Not once did we receive an apology nor did they seem like blood on the bags of someone's food was an issue. read more

Thinking that everyone has a bad day, we returned for our 4th visit to this location. Popeyes products are delicious so you would think that management and service would be somewhat consistent. Not the case with the Pace, FL location. The last 2-times we visited was around 3:30 PM when there is little traffic. This time I placed the order at the counter for "SPICY" chicken. They took my $28 dollars and 15-minutes later informed me that they did not have "enough" spicy chicken to fill my order and that it would be another 12-minutes for a fresh batch to be available. This is a common occurrence at this location. Slowest service on the planet. NEVER have sufficient product. Here is the best part. Manager Mary was angry when I asked for my money back! She has been there on all 4-occasions I tried and is always a rude bitch! Avoid this location. Went down the street to KFC and had a perfect order. Total time in the store at KFC was 9-minutes. Friendly professional staff! I'm not sure if the Pace Popeyes is corporate or a franchise but someone needs to fire Mary and get a crew in place that knows what they are doing. Never again!!! Hi Mary! read more
